UNIT 13 They Are Going to a Trip

Xiaoling:Janet,would you like to go out for a trip with me this Sunday?

Janet: Yes. I’d love to. Where are we going?

Xiaoling:Em... Do you like animals?

Janet: Yes. I like animals very much. My favourite animal is the panda.

Xiaoling:Me too! Let’s go to the Xiangjiang Zoo.

Janet: That would be great.

Xiangjiang Zoo

Xiaoling:To tell you the truth. This Sunday is a panda PanPan’s birthday.

Janet: Really? This is a happy thing.

Xiaoling:Sure. PanPan’s friends are happy, too.

Janet:PanPan’s friends? Who are they?

Xiaoling:They are bears, polar bears, lions, elephants, snakes, monkeys, kangaroos, giraffes and deers.

Janet: Fantastic! Can I take some food to teed the animals?

Xiaoling:Oh, no. My mum always says:“Don’t feed the animals in the zoo!”Janet: I see. Where and when shall we meet?

文本1重构意图和使用设计(500字以内):

本模块的话题是动物园的动物,动物园是小学生喜欢去的一个地方,也是他们熟悉的地方,我针对这一特点把这一模块的文本1改编成日常孩子们商量去动物园的对话。在对话中同时掌握一些常见的动物园动物名称和主要句型:Do you like …? My favourite animal is …以及Don’t …。为了能让学生学得轻松,用孩子们喜欢的童话故事式,把动物拟人化,能起到提高学生的学习兴趣。对话以A trip为引导既复习了前面的知识也能拉近学生与学习内容距离,让学生一看课题就有学习的兴趣。而且对话很贴近学生生活,这样对学生来说比较容易理解并掌握。

本课的单词学习主要都是一些动物名词,比较有趣,建议用学生非常熟悉的歌曲“Two tigers”来学习这些单词,把新学动物词套入歌曲,从而增添学习的乐趣。本课句型Do you like …? My favourite … is …和Would you like…?学生已学过,所以这些句型可以直接用“Free Talk”进入教学,只有Don’t …是全新的,因此可以先创设情景复习“Don’t… in the park, ”然后在相应的情景中灵活套入动物名词和运用句型“ Don’t… in the zoo.”运用温故知新的方法进行教学,不单让学生加深了记忆,还能让学生结合以前学的英语知识进行活用,同时学生也学得开心。

Xiaoling:Xiangjiang Zoo is very big. Do you think so?

Janet: Yes. And it’s beautiful.

Xiaoling:First, let's go and see the pandas.

Janet: Good idea!

Xiaoling:Look, PanPan is eating.

Janet: It’s very cute. And it’s very happy today. I want to take photos with it. Xiaoling:But we can’t. It’s the zoo rule!

Janet: I know, don’t take photographs in the zoo.

Xiaoling:Well done! And don’t throw things at the monkeys.

Janet: Oh, Xiaoling ,Look at the giraffes.

Xiaoling:They have long necks and beautiful clothes. I like them

文本2重构意图和使用设计(500字以内):

文本2主要是继续加深祈使句Don’t …的实际运用,而该句型的运用情景性较强,因此,我把该文本改成日常生活闲聊的话题,日的是先要调动学生的学习兴趣,对话利用熟悉的动物创设情景循序渐进把重点句型Don’t …用好,简单自然地培养学生热爱动物和遵守动物园的规章制度,让学生有保护动物的意识及在公共场合的文明行为意识。

本课新单词不多,可以直接创设动物园画面导入教学,通过常见动物的外貌、特性的简单对话来和学生本来就喜欢参观动物园的实际来激发学生对学习动物

的热情。

文本3重构意图和使用设计(500字以内):

文本3是我自编的一个童话式对话,童话可以满足小学生的好奇心,让他们对学习内容充满热情,在这的基础上拓展学生的课外知识,让学生学习世界一些洲的单词及各自的地埋位置,同时让他们了解一些动物分别来自哪些地方,增强学生的文化意识。

本课单词可运用小组合作的方式让学生更好地记住各洲单词,对话内容建议配合多媒体与动作、表情,激发学生的学习兴趣,然后分角色表演的形式来进行拓展学习。
