Track Chair: Jane Gu
Dr. Jane Gu obtained her Ph.D. in Marketing from New York University, Stern School of Business and is currently Assistant Professor of Marketing at University of Connecticut School of Business.
Dr. Gu's research interest include: E-Commerce, Online Retailing, Consumer Social Networks Social Media, Behavioral Economics, Consumer Decision Making, and Competitive Marketing Strategies.
Dr. Gu has published in leading marketing journals, including Journal of Marketing Research, Management Science, and Marketing Science. Dr. Gu sits on the Editorial Board of Journal of Business Research and serves as a reviewer for Marketing Science, Management Science, Marketing Letters, Decision Sciences, and Production and Operations Management.
Marketing Analytics Track
Marketing analytics methods provide unique perspectives to understand marketing environments, consumer behaviors, and firm strategies. The modern data-rich marketing environment also entails development of innovative marketing analytics research methods and investigation of a variety of novel marketing issues. This track invites research papers that examine marketing issues using a quantitative method in, but not limited to, the following areas:
