●CPSM认证项目简介
美国供应管理协会（ISM）作为当今世界上影响最大、最受推崇的采购与供应管理专业组织，秉承其“To Lead Supply Management”的伟大使命，顺应市场变化、商业变革与新技术的应用，ISM于2008年在全球范围内推出了具有战略意义的注册供应管理专家职业资格认证项目（Certified Professional in Supply Management，简称CPSM），代表着最为严格的供应管理职业资格认证和供应管理领域最高程度的专业资质。
CPSM认证项目把范围扩大到整个供应管理，强调供应管理的专业性，适用于参与运作和决策的采购与供应链管理专业人士。CPSM.认证项目的目标是成为全球供应管理专业人士竭力追求的高端认证。
CPSM认证涉及多层次的供应管理角色，包括战略采购，物流管理，供应关系管理，供应来源多元化等，采购与供应专业人士将从该认证中获得很好的收益。认证考试将包括3项测试，涵盖供应管理的各个层面。考试还将反映出当今的供应环境，涉及危机管理，战略采购，社会责任，并对供应人员的素质提出了新的要求。另外，考生必须具有本科或以上学历，并拥有至少3年专职供应管理的工作经验。
CPSM认证的特点是不仅要体现专才，还要体现全才。

●过桥考试Bridge Exam
过桥考试（Bridge Exam）是为那些拥有学士学位、已经通过C.P.M.考试并获得认证的专业人士获得CPSM认证的一门考试。过桥考试的内容涵盖了除C.P.M.认证知识点以外的CPSM认证的其余知识点。必须通过C.P.M认证的专业人士才能有资格参加Bridge Exam并申请CPSM认证。英文版过桥考试报名截止于2014年12月31日。
考试试题180道，全部计分，考试用时3小时。
学习教材：英文原版教材，包括CPSM Study Guide , CPSM Diagnostic Kit, CPSM Bridge Exam Self-Study Workbook

CPSM认证资质要求
Three years of experience in supply management (Full-time; professional;
non-clerical, non-support)
Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited college or university (or the
international equivalent)
Successful passing of the Bridge Exam with a valid C.P.M. OR Successful passing of the three CPSM exams
1、拥有3年供应管理经验（全日制；专业；非文员；独立地）；
2、获得教育部认可学院或大学（或国际同等学院）的学士学位；
3、拥有C.P.M证书并成功通过过桥考试(BRIDGE EXAM)或成功通CPSM三科考试
以上三个条件需要同时满足。

The CPSM qualification will enable professionals to gain a clear understanding of their organization's supply operation and enable managers to take an active role in critical decisions. Each step in the development of an organization's products and/or services is controlled by supply management.
