I'm writing to inquire about the patent registration in the US. My questions are as follows:
1. Do you represent Chinese clients in filing patent registration in the States? Which State do you recommend our client to file such patent registration?
2. I remember you talked about the communication through a local Chinese law firm with you in the States would be a better option. How do you interact with a local Chinese law firm like ours? Do you wish to be a subcontractor or do you wish to communicate directly with the client? How are we going to arrange the fee division in either case?
3. How long would it take to file such a patent registration? How much are you going to charge our client?
4. Which documents should be prepared by the client/Xin Yang Law Firm?
