一、四大面试之流程

四大会计师事务所,“安永大华”、“普华永道中天”，“德勤华永”和“毕马威”的面试题之所以成为许多外企效仿的“样板题”，有三个非常重要的原因：一是因为“四大”进驻校园的招聘时间几乎是所有大企业中最早的，例如德勤的宣讲会是10月底召开的，普华永道是11月初，使得他们的题型有充分的时间在业界流通。其次也是非常关键的一点，那就是实际上很多大公司招聘都并非自己命题，而是把面试题交给专门的面试公司负责。因此，有一些公司往往“共享”同一家出题的企业，这使得“似曾相识”的几率大大提升。第三是因为通常一些知名企业的大学生面试都有一套严格的模式和流程，而“四大”作为它们其中的代表，每年的面试题都集中了这些企业对员工素质最为看重的部分和最有效的测试方式。这些都是促使“四大”的面试题成为“经典”的原因。对于求职者来说，能得到一次面试通知，就像听到了佳音降临，无论是屡屡失意的求职者还是踌躇满志的求职者，面试是一次机会更是一场考验。如何能够感动考官，如何能够让自己在众多的求职者中脱颖而出，是每一个求职者都必须好好完成的一门功课。

首先，建立正确的价值观和生活观，以诚恳的态度待人。履历可以事先撰写，但是求职者面试时的临场反应是很难提前准备的。所以求职者平时要养成良好的习惯，树立正确的价值观和人生观。在面试中，始终以诚恳和感恩的心态来对待出现的各种状况。这样，即使你当时没有被录取，也不会感到有所遗憾。

第二，充分凸现你的独特之处。包括你的专业资质，你的综合竞争力和独一无二的经历。如果你没有相关的工作经验，但是你有通过专业资质考试的证书，这无疑会为你的面试起到加分的效果。一张合格的职业证说明你经过了专业训练，可以为求职者赢得更多的信赖。

综合竞争力包括你的外语能力，计算机应用水平和你以往的工作经历。美商企业和科技类企业都会在面试前进行英语听力测验和阅读测验，或者在面试中加入口语测试。同时，现在大部分的企业都要求应聘者能熟练运用电脑，以提高工作效率。所以，求职者务必加强自己在这两方面的实践能力。

对于大学毕业生来说，你的工作经历就包括了打工或实习时所获得的工作经验。比如你应征的是市场营销工作，你就可以将以前打工时当推销员的经历作为佐证。此外，对于大学毕业生而言，你所参加的社会活动，也能向面试者反映出你的企划和执行能力，并由你在组织中的角色反映出你的人际互动模式和工作型态。所以，自己的独特之处所带来的优势，应该是求职者在面试中加以突出，并向面试者明示的部分。

第三，充分了解自己将要担当的工作，适才适所最重要。在面试中，求职者不仅要消除面试者的疑问，更重要的是，求知者要充分地了解自己将要加盟的公司，将要担当的工作包含哪些具体事务。如果事先不能获得有关公司情况的详细资料，可以在面试中通过提问来获得有关的印象，并由此作出判断。

许多企业在面试中会加入性向测试，以了解求职者的个性和工作适应度。但是很多求职者误将性向测试当作考试，全力迎合题目，造成测试结果和个人特质完全不符。不但企业误判，也对个人职业生涯的发展造成损失。

最后，向面试者强调你的职业发展动机和专业素养。一旦有机会，求职者应该向面试者询问，他们对员工有哪些培训计划。一方面可以发现企业的管理理念，另一方面，可以向面试者表明，你在某一领域有长期发展的打算，你有希望不断学习不断提高自己的愿望。尤其是对于大学毕业生而言，企业认为无论是工作技能，专业知识与人际网络，他们都必须重新学习和建立，开放的学习精神可以让他们弥补工作技能上的不足。如果可能的话，求职者还应当对所应征的行业提出自己的见解。无论对现状的分析，还是对趋势的预言，都是向面试者表明你一直在关注这个行业，你是这个行业的专家。

适当的回答或适当的提问，都会让你在一场面试中胜出。此外，在面试过程中，保持适

当的礼仪更是必不可少。总之，面试只是每个求职者必须跨过的一道坎，如何能够通过工作来满足个人的需求，实现自己的人生目标，可能是职场人士要不断考虑的一个问题。

对于就读会计专业的我们，尤其就读于广外的会计专业，无非进入四大会计师事务所已是很多人的未来求职之路的第一选择。在此介绍四大会计师事务所的面试流程，给各位于一些提示。

1、网申Application Form——

2、笔试（verbal,numerical,English writing test）——

3、AC(Assessment Center 评估中心)小组面试——

4、partner面试。四大的面试分为此几项，而每一项中又有不同的面试环节，分别考察着面试者的不同方面的素质。

作为最经典的面试流程，“四大”的招聘往往包含招聘中最重要的几个环节。

其一是职业能力倾向测试，它能够测试出一个人的性格，面对压力和挑战的承受能力和其他一系列职业特征品质。在面试中它虽然只是作为参考因素，但往往在最后时刻对于你最终的去留有决定性的影响。例如，当被问及“谁一直对你的职业生涯有重要影响”时，正是试图了解你的求职动机、工作经验和能力特长，同时考察你的思维连贯性、语言表达力等等。

第二是逻辑类题型和智力类题型。这类题目多在笔试时出现，内容多种多样，如脑筋急转弯、趣味数学等等，题目主要是考察你的思维能力，有时候根本没有一个固定的答案，关键是你在回答中体现出来的思路。从这点来说，解答的过程更加重要。例如：一个正三角形的每个角上各有一只蚂蚁。每只蚂蚁开始朝另一只蚂蚁做直线运动，目标角是随机选择。蚂蚁互不相撞的概率是多少？答案可以是：只有两种方法可以让蚂蚁避免相撞：或者它们全部顺时针运动，或者它们全部逆时针运动。选择一只蚂蚁，一旦它确定了自己是逆时针或者是顺时针运动，其他的蚂蚁就必须做相同方向的运动才能避免相撞。由于蚂蚁运动的方向是随机选择的，那么第二只蚂蚁有1/2的概率选择与第一只蚂蚁相同的运动方向。第三只蚂蚁也有1/2的概率。因此，蚂蚁避免撞到一起的概率是1/4。

第三则是小组面试。在这个过程中，面试者会被分为几个小组，互相交流介绍或讨论“案例”。这一部分通常包括阅读材料，讨论问题和解释问题。讨论以及解释问题时可以使用中文或英文。最后可以几个人各自分工全部上场，每人回答问题的一个部分，或者从小组中指派一到两名作为代表上场解释问题。通过小组面试，能够考察出应聘者的交流、合作能力和展现自我实力的能力。事实上，中间互相交流的部分和最后展示的部分同样重要。

Oral English:（包括网申、AC和partner面试中的问题的回答）

AC面试：此环节中通常为5人一组，两组在一个房间中，分为红组和蓝组，面试过程中讨论可以用中文，做presentation用英语，而面试官则做坐在旁边观察面试者的表现。1．组内建设——给小组起名字，并做presentation说明起名由来（5分钟讨论，2分钟PRE）self introduction（每个人一分钟）

2．画画猜单词——每组选出一个代表到房间外等候，其他四位抽取一个单词进行画画的讨论；七分钟后被选出的代表进来，然后其被蒙上眼睛并按照队友的描述指示在3分钟的时间内画画，最后其猜此画表示的单词。（7分钟讨论，3分钟画画）

Connect words——每组抽取三个单词，并对此三个单词进行故事编排，并做presentation。（7分钟讨论，3分钟pre）

3.case study——每组一共五个信封，每个人只有一张纸。上面的背景都是相同的，但是

每个人获得了不同的额外信息，大家不可以把自己的纸给别人看，但是可以在讨论过程中share information，讨论后针对背景上的问题提出一些认识和解决方法（30分钟准备，10分钟PRE）

4.F2F——经理一对一面试，根据自我经历，面试过程中都是轻松日常聊天和谈话，面试

过程中，manager会问一个经济方面的问题，后再由面试者进行问题提问。（15—40分钟）

Parter 面试：此环节的面试根据所遇到的partner的国籍，或全中文，或全英文，或中英结合都有可能，面试过程根据你对事务所工作的认识、自我经历和工作期望等问题做轻松聊天式面试。
