为什么学习英语

一年级时参加“激励英语”培训营，这个过程最难忘的在于如何争取在众多的参与者中脱颖而出，拿到3％机率的助教甚至是1％机率的培训师的资格。在争取这两个资格的过程中最多的是培养我一个演讲思维的能力。其中最后的一项考核是在20多位考官面前演讲，考官由专业培训师和和你同时竞争培训师岗位的学生组成。你要通过自己的演讲使得在座的所有人站起身来为你鼓掌。在3分钟左右的时间已经有大概十几个人站起来了，5分钟左右几乎90％的人都站起来了，那么不站起来那几个当然是一部分和自己同时竞争的同学。可是规则是在场所有人均要站起来为你喝彩。我要在很短的时间内调整自己的战术，根据不同的人不同的状态说应该说的话。我选择直接地面对那几个人进行激励演讲，没多久，他们也觉得没有理由不为我慷慨激扬的演讲而鼓掌了。这对我的临场应变能力，心里承受能力和胆量都是一个考验，那次讲台上的感觉会激励我走向每一个人生的讲台。

为什么学习电子

对电子的喜爱是从初中开始的，因为那时开始学习物理，物理世界里许多奇妙的现象深深吸引着我,如给电感线圈加上电压，电流想从零变大，可是磁场会反对，所以电流只好慢慢的变大；给电感去掉电压，电流想从大变成零，可是磁场又要反对，可是电流回路都没有了，电流已经被强迫为零，磁场就会发怒，立即在电感两端产生很高的电压，企图产生电流并维持电流不变。这个电压很高很高，甚至会损坏电子元件，这就是线圈的自感现象；给一个电感线圈外加一个变化磁场，只要线圈有闭合的回路，线圈就会产生电流……

为什么学习机械

毫无疑问，每位男性都对汽车有着一种特殊的情结，汽车的文化太博大精深了，它的每一个设计都是精品、杰作，它优美流线的造型，尤其是尾部的设计，浑圆、流畅，让人感觉时尚、有活力。为了更接近这个奇妙的世界，在报考大学时，我毫不犹豫就选择了机械设计制造及其自动化（车辆方向）专业，这是因为不仅仅是汽车，机械这个看似死板枯燥的专业

事实上很精彩的：几个简单的轴承及传动件就可以完成各种令人惊奇的动作，这是人本身不可能做到的。机械能帮助人完成不可能的任务，例如利用主要由机械组成的汽车在陆地奔驰，又可以利用飞机（又一主要以机械为根本的人类杰作）在空中飞驰，甚至可以飞出太空。无论这些工具是如何地复杂，讲到最后都是运用机械原理完成的，因此我对机械产生了浓厚的兴趣，希望有一日自己能设计制造一些能帮助自己、帮助别人的机械，这种满足感是令人难以置信，令人向往的。

我觉得软件技术（如程序语言）和硬件技术是相辅相成的，硬件技术的学习会对你软件技术有很大的提高。在大四的课程设计中，我计划设计一款数字温度计，但他除了要求具有c 语言编程能力外，还要具有单片机的相关知识，我大一因为校队经常训练，耽误了不少c 语言的课程，所以我必须从新学习，我那时只要一有空就看c语言的书，由于基础没打好，刚开始的时候遇到的困难非常大，遇到不懂的程序语句时只得花相当多的时间去分析、理解，实在不会的我就在堆积一定的数量后再去向老师请教，由于完成设计所需时间不充裕，我不得不日夜不分的学习以求尽早的掌握c语言，所以我每天利用休息时间大量的记忆和默写别人的程序，不断的在电脑上反复的输入大量的程序语言，在一个月的时间内，我基本掌握了它，并可以编写一些程序，可是后来才发现单片机是8位的，而c语言只适用于16、32的单片机，所以我必需用单片机汇编语言，虽然我以前没接触过汇编语言，但程序语言都是相通的，加上我一个月对c语言的努力学习，我也在短短的一个星期内克服了这个困难。对于C51单片机来说，虽然没怎么接触过，但以前曾学过微机原理，具有扎实的微机原理知识并熟悉8086芯片，由于教学资源的缺乏，当时老师只能单调的讲解课本的知识，无法让我们亲自体验一下，为了能够比较深入掌握知识，我和几个同学合钱买了一个便宜的C51芯片来玩，所以还是比较熟悉该芯片的，同时我还借了一些C51系列单片机的书籍，在设计的过程中，对还不是很清楚的问题可以及时的翻阅书籍来找到答案。最后，当一起准备工作都已完成，正式开始将我的理论转化为实际的东西时，其他的一些问题又接踵而来，虽然我以前曾经在电路板上组装过电子元件，可那都是在有现成的电路图纸情况下完成的，而这次是自己设计的，没有参考图，电路的布线、电子元件的位置与焊接、如何尽量的充分利用有限的空间等问题都是我必须面对的，我不得不在一张一张的纸上画出各种各样可能的排列方式，一个个的进行修改和完善，再进行了综合的比较最后才确定下了电路的布局和器件的排列。在各种硬件设计完成之后，软件编程的问题又出现了，虽然已经初步掌握了c语言和汇编语言，但真正到自己编写的时候，才了解到过程的艰辛，为了保证硬件的正常运行，所写的程序必须符合严格的格式要求，哪怕细微的符号错误也可能导致整个程序的无法运行，所以最终的程序是在我多次不断反复的测试、逐行的检查、改错的过程中得到完善的，最后经过烧烤程序到单片机、硬件的封装，我的电子温度计终于完成了。

二年级构思组建“邦尼文化传播坊”。当时受到一本叫做《第五项修炼》的书影响，希望尝试建立学习性组织，并通过各种理论和实践探索学习性企业的建设。于是开始构思组建团队。当时寻找了几个某些方面有特长的人组建了这个团队。制定了发展方向，组织构架，组织机制等必备的东西。定期开展学习，并开展一个大型的系列活动“大学生成功之旅”到广州一些名校进行演讲，交流等活动。并受到了媒体的关注，深圳电视台派了一个采访车随行记录，并在节目《第一现场》中播出，获得很好的效果。邦尼的成功也经历了很多困难，在团队发展中期，由于大家擅长的领域不同，到底朝哪个方向发展成为争论的主要话题。作为Leader的我，需要协调组织内部的成员，并明确方向。举个例子，当时一个设计人才想要向动画方面发展，我认为这种过于专业的方向需要一定的资历才能完成，因此，我采用先倾听他说的话，理解他提出这个观点的可行性，然后问他所说的动画产业是指什么，用以给事物定义，明确我们要讨论的内容。最后在以问题的形式结合SWOT等分析工具指引他自己推出我们应该朝一个怎样更可行的方向走。组织整个团队，将它推出到学生乃至社会面前，也是一个锻炼我学Marketing需具备能力的一个非常好的锻炼。那段学习性组织的生活是我到现在单位时间内获得知识最有效的一段时间。

2004年起，我开始关注全球无线通信行业的发展。2005年，在移动通信这门课上，我做过一个研究，内容是对当时三大3G 标准的技术特点与演变方向做出比较和初步评估。评估的准则分为频谱效率spectral efficiency 和覆盖效率coverage efficiency 两个方面。从书面材料分析，我国自主制定的TD-SCDMA 标准在许多技术上是优秀且领先的。然而，该标准自从 2001年4月完成了在 3GPP 的标准工作以来，却从来没有正式投入到商用。我想，一个优秀的可行的标准之所以一再延迟实施，除了政治上和经济上的原因，还体现我国在技术方面储备不足，在工程实施能力上的不足。这些都可以追溯到专业人才培养问题。在中国的大学里，除了个别的研究所，很少学院和实验室拥有昂贵的无线通讯实验设备，学生更几乎不可能对这样的设备进行操作。对于这个非常注重实际动手能力的行业，这显然是不够的。因此，我更渴望借助贵校在教学资源上的优势，在这个专业上获得除理论知识外的实际应用能力和操作能力。

在大学参加了登山队，这个经验是我人生至今最难忘的。因为生死只在一线间。登山是一个很系统的活动，需要系统地计划，筹备，实施。筹备期大概需要三个月的时间，其中要考虑的因素就非常的多，包括体能训练，学习技巧，了解要登的山的特点，购置装备等等，还有很多要考虑的不确定因素。忽略了任何一点都可能导致丧命。我在05年到云南攀登哈巴雪山，这次的经历对我的人生有很大的影响。当时准备做的比较充分，考虑得也非常周全，可是，上山后天气骤变，是我所没有想到得。当时一行三人，无法下撤，我经历了人生最漫长的两天。刚开始的暴风雪天气就让我非常不适应，经常会有突然的强风使得自己无法呼吸，需要迅速作出反应，躲到石头后面。由于雪山上行走非常困难，步伐的节奏掌握不好都可能导致体力的加倍消耗，因此当时每一步都非常艰辛，都需要非常大的决心才能迈过。我就不停地给自己施加阶段目标，当想放弃的时候不断鼓励自己，走10步就奖励自己休息20秒。就在这样不断制定阶段目标的方式下继续行走。第二天晚上进入前进营地的雪山上扎的帐篷。怎知晚上突然刮起12－13级的暴风雪，雪不停地击打帐篷，把帐篷压弯，外面气温极低，帐篷开始结冰。帐篷被压到只有本身1/3的高度，如果当时断了，就必死无疑。当时我蜷在帐蓬里经历了这个恐怖的夜晚。那个时候脑袋里想了很多，发现生命中真的有太多东西值得我们去珍惜。很庆幸，我们的帐篷熬过了那晚，第二天我们在艰难中顺利登顶。可是怎么知道在下撤的过程中，我遇到了与死亡更接近的一刻。我们不幸迷路，走到了一个山脊处，我滑到了一个雪坡中间，横挂在那，如果当时滑下去一点点我就掉到万丈深渊。

我挂在雪坡上努力让自己冷静下来，因为如果不冷静，手一松就绝对会没命。当时我感觉死神在诱惑我，距离我非常的进，我只要一松手，放弃了，也就这样结束了。可是自己当时那一刻突然满脑子想到自己的家人，我爱他们，他们也不能失去我，而且我还有多少东西没有尝试，我多少理想没有实现。于是，我马上要自己冷静，在脑海里回想所有可以应对的方法。后来找到了一个能够爬回去的支点。那个支点距离我10米左右，我每次只能用冰镐移动50厘米，而且要万分小心，任何一点错误都不能发生，而且在那个体力已经严重透支的的情况下，是爱和理想让我坚持下去。10米我用了40多分钟才终于爬了上来。从来没有和死忘如此接近。这次的经历让我很是震撼，回来以后也更多地去思考生活中需要珍惜的东西，因为当你要失去的时候才知道那种感觉多么无助和可怕。
