逻辑思维规律简编 一、同一律的内容和要求 同一律的基本内容: 在同一思维过程中,任何思想与其自身同一。亦即一个思想反映了什么就是反映了什么,如果它是真的那么它就是真的。 同一律的公式:A=A(A → A) 同一律的要求 第一,当公式中的“A”代之以概念时,同一律的要求就是概念必须与其自身同一。在论证过程中使用的概念,其内涵、外延必须确定。在同一思维或论辩过程中使用的概念,其内涵、外延必须确定。 同一律要求概念与其自身保持同一,是要求在同一思维或论辩过程中必须在同一意义下使用同一概念,而不能将其理解为是要求概念与它反映的对象同一;概念与其自身是否同一,同概念是否正确反映了客观对象及其特有的属性,不是一回事。 概念的确定性不等于概念的真实性、科学性,犹如思维的确定性不等于思维的真理性一样,二者不能混为一谈。 第二,当公式中的“A”代之以命题时,同一律的要求就是命题必须与其自身同一。 也就是说,在同一思维或论辩过程中,对同一事物情况的断定,前后必须以贯,断定了什么就必须保持断定了什么。即使对同一事物情况的断定运用了不同的命题形式,但这些命题形式相互之间必须真假等值。不能把本来不等值的命题混为相同命题,互相替换。 同样,同一律只是要求命题与其自身保持同一,要求对事物情况的断定,前后必须保持一贯。对此,不能将其理解为是要求命题断定的事物情况必须与客观事物情况保持同一;不能把命题实施方面的真或假,混同于命题与其自身是否保持了同一。 同一律的基本内容反映了正确思维必须具有的确定性 同一律要求的同一,不是漫无边际地要求思想确定不变,而是指在同一思维或同一论辩过程中,在对象、时间、关系相同的情况下,思想(概念、命题)必须与其自身保持同一。 有没有违反同一律? 王某今年已满50岁,不算年轻了,可是,在该厂领导干部中,他是最年轻的。 前者是就王某自身年龄而言,后者是就王某与其它厂级领导干部的年龄比较而言。 我们分析问题,往往断定有些人(或物)具有两种相反的性质,这并不违反同一律。同一律并不否认变化、发展,它只着眼于变化、发展中的相对稳定性,如果没有这种相对稳定性,一切事物就成为不可捉摸的东西了。同一律要求的同一,是在对象、时间、关系相同的条件下,在同一思维或论辩过程中思想与其自身保持同一。如果将上述任何一个方面有所不同,概念、命题当然也就可以不同:在这种情况下不但不能将其看作是违反了同一律,而且恰恰相反,若把这种情形看作违反了同一律,倒正好说明是混淆了不同条件下的概念、命题——这恰好是违反了同一律。 二、违反同一律的逻辑错误 所谓偷换概念,就是在论证过程中自觉或不自觉地改变了一个概念的内涵或外延,把两个本来不同的概念混为相同概念,并且用其中的一个概念暗地替换了原先使用的另一个概念。一般来说,这种错误的发生,往往同有意或无意地曲解语词表达的概念有关。因为一个语词究竟表达什么概念是受语言环境制约的,如果故意改变或不顾及某个语词所处的语言环境,就会改变它所表达的概念。 偷换概念的错误通常表现为两种情形: 混淆概念:把本来不同的两个概念混为相同概念,并在论证中互相替换。 在论证过程中有意或无意地改变某个语词本来表达的概念,并且用改变后的概念去替换原来的概念。突出地又表现为把语词形式相同或相似的两个不同概念,作为相同概念使用。 混淆概念常在一词多义或两词近义的情况下发生。

怎样提高逻辑思维能力 一、逻辑思维的概念 “逻辑”,或称为“理则”。源自古典希腊语λ?γο?(logos),最初的意思有词语、思想、概念、论点、推理之意。1902年严复译《穆勒名学》,将其意译为“名学”,音译为“逻辑”;日语则译为“论理学”。在现代汉语词典里,逻辑的涵义是思维的规律或客观的规律性,逻辑学被定义为研究思维形式和规律的科学。 逻辑思维(Logical thinking),人们在认识过程中借助于概念、判断、推理等思维形式能动地反映客观现实的理性认识过程,又称理论思维。它是作为对认识着的思维及其结构以及起作用的规律的分析而产生和发展起来的。只有经过逻辑思维,人们才能达到对具体对象本质规定的把握,进而认识客观世界。它是人的认识的高级阶段,即理性认识阶段。 二、逻辑思维的方法分类 (一)、系统思维法: 1.系统结构: 系统的上下级是归属关系,同级之间是并列关系。 例如:某所高中系统,分为高一、高二、高三这三个子系统,其中高一这个子系统又分为一班、二班。可见,系统的上下级之间(年级和班级)是归属关系,同级之间(年级之间或班级之间)是并列关系。 例如:人体由八大系统组成,既运动系统、神经系统、内分泌系统、循环系统、呼吸系统、消化系统、泌尿系统、生殖系统。 其中的消化系统又由消化管和消化腺这两个子系统组成。

其中的消化管又由口腔、咽、食管、胃、小肠、大肠这些更小的系统组成。 其中的小肠又由十二指肠、空肠、回肠这些更更小的系统组成。 2.系统中,同级的事物之间的关系: 系统中同级的事物之间,如果存在相互的关系,通常按组织结构分为合作和对立两种,按变化过程,分为因果和阶段两种。 (1)合作关系。 例如:餐馆是一个系统,里面的厨师、服务员、老板他们相互合作。 例如:消化系统中的胃和小肠是合作关系,都是在消化食物。 (2)对立关系。 例如:全国足球联赛是一个系统,里面两只比赛的足球队是对立关系。 例如:激素系统中的胰岛素和胰高血糖素是对立关系,胰岛素降低血糖,胰高血糖素升高血糖。 合作关系与对立关系的事例:在一个群落系统中,羚羊之间是合作关系,一批羚羊休息时,另一批羚羊要放哨,而羚羊和狮子是对立关系。 (3)因果关系。 例如:连续的一组化学反应(例如:糖酵解)就是一个系统,这个系统中,反应物(原因)转变为生成物(结果),而生成物(结果)又作为反应物(原因)参加下一个化学反应,从而形成一条因果链的系统。 (4)阶段关系。 例如:受精卵→胎儿→幼儿→少年→青年→中年→老年,这就是生命过程的系统。

浅谈数学中的逻辑思维 培养学生初步的逻辑思维能力”是九年义务教育小学数学教学大纲规定的教学任务和教育目标。而指导学生学习和掌握常用的逻辑思维方法,是培养和提高学生的逻辑思维能力,使学生乐于思考并善于思考的关键。在小学数学教学中要启发学生掌握如下一些常用的逻辑思维方法。 1.分析与综合的方法。所谓分析的方法,就是把研究的对象分解成它的各个组成部分,然后分别研究每一个组成部分,从而获得对研究对象的本质认识的思维方法。综合的方法是把认识对象的各个部分联系起来加以研究,从整体上认识它的本质。例如学生认识5,教师要求学生把5个苹果放在两个盘子里,从而得到四种分法:1和4;2和3;3和2;4和1。由此学生认识到5可以分成1和4,也可以分成2和3等。这就是分析法。反过来,教师又引导学生在分析的基础上认识:1和 4 可以组成5,2 和3 也可以组成5。这就是综合法。在此基础上,教师还可以再一次运用分析、综合方法,指导学生认识5还可以分成5个1,从而知道5里面有5个1;反过来,5个1能组成5。分析、综合法广泛应用于整数的认识、分数、小数、四则混合运算、复合应用题、组合图形的计算等教学中。 2.比较与分类的方法。比较是用以确定研究对象和现象的共同点和不同点的方法。有比较才有鉴别,它是人们思维的基础。分类是整理加工科学事实的基本方法。比较与分类贯穿于整个小学数学教学的全过程之中。比如学生开始学习数学,他就会比较长短,比较大小,进而学会比较多少。然后就会把同样大小的放在一起,相同形状的归为一类。或者把相同属性的数学归并在一起(整数、小数、分数)。前者反映的是比较方法,后者例举的是分类方法。分类常常是通过比较得到的。比较和分类方法是小学数学教学中经常用到的最基本的思维方法。 3.抽象与概括的方法。抽象就是从许多客观事物中舍弃个别的、非本质的属性,抽出共同的、本质的属性的思维方法,概括就是把同类事物的共同本质属性综合起来成为一个整体。例如,10以内加法题一共有45道,学生初学时都是靠记住数的组成进行计算的。但是如果教师帮助学生逐步抽象概括出如下的规律,学生的计算就灵活多了:①一个数加上1,其结果就是这个数的后继数。 ②应用加法的交换性质。③一个数加上2,共13道题,可运用规律①推得。 ④5+5=10。掌握了这些规律,学生就可以减轻记忆负担,其认识水平也可以大大提高。又如,在计算得数是11的加法时,学生通过摆小棒计算出2+9、3+8、7+4、6+5 等几道题之后,从中抽象出“凑十法”:看大数, 拆小数,先凑十,再加几。这样,在学习后面的所有20以内进位加法时就可以直接运用“凑十法”进行计算了。事实表明,学生一旦掌握了抽象与概括的学

案例 某学生在《观后感》中写道:“我看了电影(园丁之歌》,很受感动。我长大后也要做一个园丁,为绿化祖国作贡献。”《园丁之歌》这部电影是赞美人民教师的,这里的“园丁”指的就是教师。而这个学生在作文中却把“园丁”混同于“绿化工人”,使“园丁”这个概念在同一思维过程中未能保持自身的同一。 张炼强先生在《修辞理据探索》中写道:“……‘碧云天,黄花地,西风紧,北雁南飞。晓来谁染霜林醉总是离人泪。’乍一看来,‘晓来谁染霜林醉’问得稀奇,‘总是离人泪’答得更是不近情理。但细想一下,这‘无理’之中,也仍有‘有理’之处。‘霜林’是红的,故可‘染’而‘醉’,‘眼泪’是液体,故可用以‘染’物。若无此二者,则恐怕这里要表现的离情别绪,就失去了必要的依托了。”由此可见,有些别具一格的修辞现象所呈现出的美感是建立在逻辑的真实上的,有深邃的逻辑基础,而不是脱离真而去片面地追求一种浅层次上的美,修辞与逻辑有一种内在的同一性。 逻辑上的同一律认为:在同一思维过程中,对同一个问题的同一个方面,每一思想自身都具有同一性。也就是说,同一思维过程中所使用的概念、判断是确定的:一个概念如果反映了事物的某种性质,那么就应该反映这种性质;一个判断如果断定了事

物有某种性质,那么就应该判定它有这种性质;一个判断如果是真的,那么它就应该是真的。如果违反了同一律的规则就会犯“偷换概念”或“转移论题”的错误。 同一律要求人们在同一思维过程中思想保持一致。有这样一个故事:几个朋友聚会,甲朗诵了一首“自己”写的诗,众人称妙。乙却说,这是从一本诗集中“偷”来的。甲大怒,认为乙侮辱他,令乙道歉。乙无奈,出去一会儿,回来说:“真是对不起,是我说错了,我查过,那首诗还在那本诗集里,并没有被你偷走,请你原谅。”有人认为,这是偷换概念,其实不然。正如陈宗明、周自厚所说,这是“巧换”,它不但不违反同一律,相反,正是语言表达所追求的效果之一。我们认为,分析这个问题,必须联系说话的语境,从各种复杂的关系中挖掘隐藏的逻辑命题。乙说的第一个“偷”其含义是“抄袭别人的文章”,第二个“偷”却是它的基本义:“私下里拿走别人的东西,据为己有。”很明显,这是一个语词表示两个概念,形式逻辑告诉我们,同一语词可以表达两个概念。表面上看,乙否定了前面的观点,实际上他却利用这种一词表示两概念的关系,虚设了一个实际不存在的“偷”(基本义),并加以否定,收到了很好的修辞效果。这里乙的前后思想并没有改变。从语用方面考虑,乙并未违反同一律。 上文中提到的“巧换”这种修辞方式,也有人称为修辞上的语义转换,即利用一些词语可以表达不同概念的这一特色,在相关

第十二章思维的基本规律 1、教学基本要求:通过本章学习,使学生掌握逻辑思维各条规律的内容、要求以及违反逻辑规律的错误。 2、教学重点:同一律、矛盾律、排中律的实质、内容、要求;分析违反逻辑思维基本规律的逻辑错误 3、教学难点:矛盾律和排中律在实际思维中的应用 4、计划学时:6 第一节概述 思维形式是受逻辑规律制约的。逻辑规律中,有的是关于某种思维形式的特殊规律,有的是适用于一切思维形式的普遍规律。例如,三段论的规则,只适用于三段论推理,不适于性质判断对当推理和判断变形推理,也不适用于各种复合判断的推理,更不适用于有关概念和判断的问题。而逻辑基本规律是对于一切思维形式普遍有效的,即是说,它们是概念、判断、推理和论证所要共同遵守的。 逻辑思维的基本规律有三条:同一律、矛盾律、排中律。同一律保证思想的同一性,矛盾律保证思想的无矛盾性,排中律保证思想的明确性。而同一性、无矛盾性和明确性则是思维有确定性的不同角度的表现。在现实的思维过程中,思维的确定性即同一性、无矛盾性和明确性是人们正确思想的最超码的要求,所以,这三条规律在各类逻辑思维形式中普遍起作用,成为最基本的逻辑规律。 逻辑规律尽管只是思维规律,它不同于事物本身的规律,但是思维规律既不是先验的,也不是约定俗成的,它是客观事物固有的规定性经过人们亿万次的实践在人们头脑中的反映,是有其客观基础的。千变万化的客观事物,在一定时间和一定条件下,总是具有质的规定性,这种质的规定性反映在人类思维中,就表现为思维的确定性。逻辑基本规律恰恰是从不同角度表现了思维的确定性。所以,客观事物的质的规定性,就是逻辑基本规律的客观基础。 第二节同一律 一、同一律的内容与要求 同一律的基本内容是:在同一思维过程中,每一思想与自身具有同一性。可用公式表示为:“A是A”,即“A→A”。它表示在同一思维过程中,每一词项、每一判断都必须是确定的,都必须与自身保持同一。 根据同一律的基本内容,我们可以将同一律的基本要求归结为以下两点: 1、在同一思维过程,我们表达思想时所用的词项,必须保持其确定的内涵和外延。即是说,在同一思维过程中,一个词项,原来指称什么对象就要一直指称这一对象,而不能随意变更。这样,运用概念和判断进行推理的时候,才能保证思想内容的确定性,否则就会发生思维混乱并引起行动上的错误。 2、在同一思维过程中,不仅要保持词项内容的确定性,而且还必须保持判断的确定性。即是说,一个判断陈述什么就陈述什么,并且其前后的陈述应当一致。同样,一个判断是真的就真的,是假的就是假的,也不能随意变更,否则也会发生思维混乱。例如,“法律是统治阶级意志的体现”,这个判断的内容是确定的,我们运用它进行推理、论证的时候,必须保持其同一性,而不能时而认为它是这样的内容,时而又认为它是那样的内容;也不能一会儿说它是真的,一会儿又说是假的。在引论中,我们曾举出古希腊有名的“半费之讼”的例子。在这一例子中,普罗达哥拉斯最终陷人两难的境地。究其根源,就在于为了使自己在诉讼中处于有利地位,随意变更判定胜败的标准,即是说没有保持判定胜败标准的

逻辑思维的重要性 逻辑与我们的工作和生活息息相关,尤其是在思维和语言中意义重大。逻辑思维是人的理性认识阶段,人运用概念、判断、推理等思维类型反映事物本质与规律的认识过程。在工作中如果我们能正确运用逻辑思维的方法可以达到事半功倍的效果。 比较思维方法是确定研究对象之间异同点的一种逻辑方法。比较分为同类事物之间的比较和不同类事物之间的比较按照形式,比较分为求同比较和求异比较。运用比较思维方法,在同类事物之间的相似中,求不同处,例如:香港有一家经营粘合剂的商店,在推出一种新型的"强力万能胶"时,市面上也有各种形形色色的"万能胶"。老板决定从广告宣传入手,经过研究发现几乎所有的"万能胶"广告都有雷同。于是,他想出一个与众不同、别出心裁的"广告",把一枚价值千元的金币用这种胶粘在店门口的墙上,并告示说,谁能用手把这枚金币抠下来,这枚金币就奉送给谁。果然,这个广告引来许多人的尝试和围观,起到了"轰动"效应。尽管没有一个人能用手抠下那枚金币,但进店买"强力万能胶"的人却日益增多。如果我们在工作中,在设计开发产品时,运用比较逻辑法,多了解其他厂家产品的特点,我们自己的产品与其他厂家产品多比较,开动脑筋,开发出自己具有特色的产品,才能使自己的产品更有市场和竞争力。 逆向思维法是指为实现某一创新或解决某一因为常规思路难以解决的问题,而采取反向思维寻求解决问题的方法。人类的思维具有方向性,存在着正向与反向之差异,由此产生了正向思维与反向思维

两种形式。正向思维与反向思维只是相对而言的,一般认为,正向思维是指按照人们的习惯性思考路线去思考,而反向思维则是指背逆人们的习惯路线去思维。逆向思维法是指从事物的反面去思考问题的思维方法。这种方法常常使问题获得创造性的解决。例如金属腐蚀是一种坏事,但人们利用金属腐蚀原理进行金属粉末的生产,或进行电镀等其它用途,无疑是逆向思维法的一种应用。这是一种利用事物的缺点,将缺点变为可利用的东西,化被动为主动,化不利为有利的思维发明方法。这种方法并不以克服事物的缺点为目的,相反,它是将缺点化弊为利,找到解决方法。这使我联想到如果一个人在从事一项工作时,有很多时候,对于一个岗位而言的缺点,可能会成为另一个岗位的优点。比如说,如果你具备活泼好动的个性,往往不适合财务类工作而适合销售类工作。 从思维方向看,有直线思维和U型思维之分。在求解问题过程中,如果能用直线思维求解,那是再好不过的了,但是许多问题的求解,靠直线思维是难以如愿的,这时采用U型思维去观察思考,或许能使问题迎刃而解。U型思维的实质是:迂回前进。中国有一句古话:退一步海阔天空,其体现的恰恰就是U型思维的妙处。最通达的道路往往不是直线距离最短的道路,而是阻力最小的道路。这使我联想到在处理人际关系中,我们如果能运用U型思维,当在某些问题上与家人或同事发生矛盾时,不直接从正面冲突,而是谋求避开或越过障碍而解决问题的,即有利于人际关系和谐,又能最终达到目标。

不难看出逻辑思维在学习、工作中的重要性和核心地位。 (四)逻辑思维的形式 形式逻辑、数理逻辑、辨证逻辑 1.形式逻辑 抛开具体的思维内容,仅从形式结构上研究概念、判断、推理及其联系的逻辑体系,就是形式逻辑(又叫普通逻辑,我们平常说的逻辑,一般也指的是形式逻辑) 2.形式逻辑的基本规律 形式逻辑以保持思维的确定性为核心,帮助人们正确地思考问题和表达思想;思维要保持确定性,就要符合形式逻辑的一般规律即:同一律、矛盾律、排中律、充足理由律。 3.数理逻辑(定量的数理分析) 数理逻辑是在普通逻辑(形式逻辑)基础上发展起来的新的逻辑分支学科。数理逻辑是在深度和广度上推进了传统逻辑,使它更加精确和严密。由于数理逻辑使用了数学的语言和符号,揭示了事物和事物之间的数量关系,不仅深化了传统自然科学学科的研究,而且对计算机科学、控制技术、信息科学、生物科学等学科的发展有重要的意义。 4.辨证逻辑 “不是关于思维的外在形式的学说,而是关于一切物质的、自然的和精神的事物的发展规律的学说,即关于世界的全部具体内容及对它的认识的发展规律的学说。”——列宁辨证逻辑就是按照辨证唯物主义哲学对客观世界的认识方法和思维方式。它的思维原则主要有:全面性原则、动态性原则、实践性原则、具体性原则。 (五)逻辑思维的方法 演绎推理法、归纳推理法、实验法、比较研究法、证伪法 1.演绎推理法 演绎推理就是由一般性前提到个别性结论的推理。按照一定的目标,运用演绎推理的思维方法,取得新颖性结论的过程,就是演绎推理法 例如:一切化学元素在一定条件下发生化学反应。惰性气体是化学元素,所以,惰性气体在一定条件下确实能够发生化学反应。这里运用的就是演绎推理方法。 演绎推理的主要形式是三段论法。三段论法就是从两个判断中进而得出第三个判断的一种推理方法。上面的例子就是包含着三个判断。第一个判断是一切化学元素都在一定条件下发生化学反应"-提供了一般的原理原则,叫做三段论式的大前提。第二个判断是"惰性气体是化学元素"--指出了一种特殊情况,叫做小前提。联合这两种判断,说明一般原则和特殊情况间的联系,因而得出第三个判断:"惰性气体在一定条件下确定能够发生化学反应"--结论。 只要作为前提的判断是正确的,中间的推理形式是合乎逻辑规则的,那么,必然能够推出
