(11) 保险

由卖方按发票金额110%保一切险或战争险或陆运综合险，按1981年1月1日，中国人民保险公司有关条款负责。CONSIGNEE: TO BE ADVISED To be effected by the Seller for 110% of invoice value against all risks and war risk or overland

transportationall risks, as per the relevent cargo clause of the People's Insurance Company of China 由买方自理。

(12) 30天内提出； 凡属数量异议，买方须于货到目的地15天内提出。

The inspection standard of shipment is based on CCIB certificate or Buyer's inspection certificate, In case of no requirements of CCIB Inspection or Buyer's Inspection, the Buyer should claim quality discrepancy within 30 days after the goods at destination, while for quantity discrepancy, the Buyer should claim within 15 days after the arrival of the goods at destination.(13) 因人力不可抗拒原因，卖方对于全部或部分货物的迟交或不交不负责任。

The Seller shall not be liable for the late shipment or non-shipment of all or any part of the goods in consequence of any force majeure incidents.

(14) 凡因执行本售货确认书所发生的或与本售货确认书有关的一切争议，应由双方通过友好协商解决；如果协商不能解决的，应提 交中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会，根据该会的《仲裁规定》进行仲裁。仲裁是终局的，对双方都有约束力。

All disputes arising from the execution of, or in connection with this SalesConfirmation, shall be settled amicably through friendly negotiation. In case no settlement can be reached through negotiation, the case shall then be submitted to the China International

Economic & Trade Arbitration Commission, Beijing, for arbitration in accordance with its Arbitration Rules. The arbitiral award is final and binding upon both parties.

买方于收到本售货确认书请立即签回一份，以便存档。如有异议，买方应于收到本确认书后五天内提出。The buyer is requested to sign and return one copy of this Sales Confirmation immediately after receipt of the same for our file. Objection, if any, should be raised by the Buyer within five days after the receipt of this Sales Confirmation.
