该报错由MMON进程对wrh$_sqltext表做insert操作时发生。



经查，这个错误与bug 5017909 - SQL TUNING ADVISOR FAILES WITH ORA-904,ORA-911,ORA-1740一致，由于错误只与V$sql等性能视图有关，因此不会影响应用数据。使用相关补丁可解决该问题。

Symptoms

The following error is reported by MMON and captured in the alert log:
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [kole_t2u], [34], [], [], [], [], [], []

Database character set uses multibyte characters.

V$sqlarea.sql_fulltext/v$sql.sql_fulltext contain incorrect sql statement.

The call stack can look like this:
kole_t2u koklwrite koklc_write kolaslWrite kolaWrite koklwrite qerfxCreateTempClob FromBuff ...

Cause

Number of issues have been reported with similar symptoms. Some of them are pasted below :

70258: ORA-600[KOLE_T2U],[34] IN MMON
Bug 6066506: ORA-600 [KOLE_T2U] OCCURS IN MMON
Bug 6367143: ORA-600 [KOLE_T2U], [34] EVEN AFTER APPLYING PATCH FORBug 4562807

The cause was further diagnosed and each of these bugs was closed as a duplicate to the following:

Bug 5017909: SQL TUNING ADVISOR FAILES WITH ORA-904,ORA-911,ORA-1740

which mentions the following :

v$sqlarea.sql_fulltest/v$sql.sql_fulltext can contain an incorrect/corrupt sql statement in a multibyte database (i.e if the 1000th byte of the SQL is a multibyte character then the statement will show incorrectly in sql_fulltest). This can affect tools such as SQL tuning advisor which can fail with errors like ORA-00904, ORA-00911, ORA-01740.

Solution

To resolve this issue, you may choose any of these options:
1. Apply the10.2.0.4 or 11.1.0.6 patchset which includes the bug fix.
2. Check for the availability ofPatch 5017909on MetaLink corresponding to your platform.
and database version.
3. If no patch is available, request a patch by creating a service request with Oracle Support.
