generally speaking, overpopulation can result from increased birth rates, together with a decline in mortality rates due to medical advancements. furthermore, increases in life expectancy and resource availability also contribute to the rising population. in consequence, humans outgrow their available resources and the basic life would be stressful in turn.

so what joint efforts can we make faced with the situation? on one hand, birth control, like one-child policy which china has strictly implemented, would help to control and reduce population gradually. on the other hand, programs such as family planning education and putting women in workforce should be announced worldwide which i think will help avoid some unintended pregnancies.

this years summer vacation was most enjoyable. i spent fifteen

days helping my grandparents doing farm work in the countryside ，
