东北地区区域空间格局演变及影响因素

摘要

区域空间格局是区域中各地区的经济活动在空间上的表现，它反映了区域内经济活动的特点以及在空间中的关系，是20世纪90年代以来学术界热议的焦点。“十三五”期间，打破行政区划界限与市场的分割，优化空间格局是我国主要主要任务之一。东北地区是我国重要的老工业基地，但改革开放以来，东北地区经济增长缓慢，产业转型困难重重，特别是20世纪90年代初期，东北地区在全国经济地位明显下降。2003年国务院正式提出实施东北振兴战略，但并没有从根本上解决东北地区经济增长动力不足的问题。近年来，东北地区经济增长出现新一轮下滑趋势，2016年中共中央、国务院再次发布《关于实施东北地区等老工业基地振兴战略的若干意见》，东北地区仍是我国实现全面协调发展中的重点地区之一。随着城镇化与市场化水平的提升，东北地区空间格局也发生巨大变化，区域内部差异明显。对东北地区空间格局演化特征与演化机理分析是推进东北振兴战略实施的重要要求。

本论文的研究内容一共分为如下七个部分。第一部分：介绍了本文选题背景，写作的思路与主要内容，论文的研究方法与数据来源，研究意义与目的等。第二部分：相关理论与研究综述。整理与分析了国内外对区域空间格局分析方法、影响因素以及东北地区空间格局的相关研究成果。第三部分：东北地区社会经济发展概况。从经济发展、人口与城镇化两个方面对东北地区社会经济发展历程进行概况。第四部分：东北地区县域发展空间格局演变分析。从县域综合发展入手，首先利用主成分分析方法对四个年份东北地区县域综合发展水平进行测算，从而观察东北地区区域空间格局演变特征。第五部分：东北地区区域空间格局影响因素。从区位与交通、人口与城镇化、工业化程度、投资能力、中心城市辐射程度、对外开放程度、创新、政策八个方面着重研究了对东北地区区域空间格局的影响。第六部分：利用城市经济联系的引力模型、城市流强度、断裂点理论对东北地区未来空间格局组织进行分析。第七部分：阐述了本论文的研究结论与不足之处。

ABSTRACT

Regional spatial pattern is the spatial performance of economic activities in various regions,it reflects the characteristics of economic activity in the region and its relationship in space,it was the focus of intense discussion in the academic community since the 1990s.During the‘Thirteenth Five-Year Plan’period,breaking the boundaries between administrative divisions and the market,optimizing the spatial pattern is one of the main tasks in China.The Northeast region of China is the important old industrial base,however,since the reform and opening up,the economic growth in the northeastern region has been slow,and the industrial transformation has been difficult.Especially in the early1990s,the economic status of the northeastern region has declined significantly.In2003,the State Council formally proposed to implement the Strategy of Revitalizing Northeast China.However,it did not fundamentally solve the problem of insufficient economic growth in the Northeast.In recent years,the economic growth in Northeast China has experienced a new round of declining trend.In2016,the CPC Central Committee and the State Council issued the“Several Opinions on Implementing the Revitalization Strategy of Northeast China and Other Old Industrial Bases”.Northeast China is still one of the key areas of China to achieve comprehensive and coordinated development.With the improvement of the level of urbanization and marketization,the spatial pattern of the Northeast has also undergone tremendous changes,with significant difference within the region.The analysis of the evolution characteristics and mechanism of the spatial pattern in the Northeast China is an important requirement for the implementation of the strategy for promoting the rejuvenation of Northeast China.
