Writing Task1

You should spend about 20minuties on this task.

The table below gives information on consumer spending on different items in five

different countries in 2002.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make

comparisions where relevant.学生习作

The table shows the details regarding the percentage of international consumer expenditure in five countries(Ireland,Italy,Spain,Sweden,Turkey)in 2002.

There are three parts of statistics in this table namely food,clothing,leisure.In terms of food part-food,drinks and tobacco,they account for the highest percenatage at 32,14% in Turkey.followed by Ireland at 28.91%,Spain at 18,80%,Italy at 16.34% ,respectively.In constrast,In Sweden they makes up only 15.77% which is the

lowest one.

In the second part,it seems that the majority of nations share the average of percentage of 5.40%.Italy love clothing much more others, in which it consituted the largest proportation at 9.00%. Finally,in the third part about leisure,and education, In Turky they are responsible for the highest percentage of expenditure at 4.35%,followed by Sweden ,Italy at 3.20%,then,Ireland at 2.21% and Spain at 1.98%.

Therefore,it can be clearly seen from the table that in Turkey spend meore on food,drinks,tobacco,and leisure,education than other countries.

It is generally believed that some people are born with certain talents, for instance for sport or music, and others are not. However, it is sometimes claimed that any child can be taught to become a good sports person or musician.Discuss both these views and give your own opinion.

The relative importance of natural talent and training is a frequent topic of discussion when people try to explain different levels of ability in, for example, sport, art or music.（开头段落描述题干所讨论问题的普遍性。开头句式简短，不冗赘，一个复合句搞定。插入语的使用避免了题干的机械性重复，同时保证了句子的连续性）

Obviously, education systems are based on the belief that all children can effectively be taught to acquire different skills, including those associated with sport, art or music. （－ly副词开头主题段落一肯定第一个观点，表示作者本身的态度）（从句和被动语态的使用）So from our own school experience, we can find plenty of evidence to support the view that a child can acquire these skills with continued teaching and guided practice.（模糊例证，支持上一句中的观点。从句的使用。连接词so 的使用）
