2012年高考英语浙江卷总体上延续前几年试卷的风格，题型和要求没有改变，保持相对的稳定性，但在书面表达等方面又有所创新。从整卷的语言材料看，比较通俗易懂，词汇量控制在高考考试说明要求的范围内。从设题情况看，避免了偏题和怪题，立足考查学生语言基础知识，考点统筹兼顾，重点突出，考查内容清晰，难、中、易试题分布合理。总体而言，今年的试卷立足课改，基于语篇，突出语用，注重能力，联系实际，兼顾语言知识和语言运用，重视考查考生语言运用能力，关注学生的情感、态度、价值观，因而较好地兼顾了英语的人文性和工具性。情感体验、思维能力是命制今年英语试题的两大基本关注点。从各大题来看：

单项选择强调基础知识（如第3、6、8、9等小题）、语言情境（如第、14、16、20小题）。词义辨析依然是单选题的主流，如performance, solid等等。大约一半的试题考查了考生的逻辑能力。

完形填空所选语篇通过作者16岁时捡到一把精美雨伞、寻找失主并将其归还的故事，突出了“不以善小而不为”的主题，歌颂了无私、善良、诚信的人性之美。考查要点主要是主题理解、逻辑关系和故事情节的流畅性。

阅读理解题材广泛，涉及环境、文化、校园人际关系、生活技能等方面话题，其中A 篇关于全球气温变暖引发动物生存危机的问题，是平时教学中经常讨论的话题，学生非常熟悉；B篇所涉及的吉尼斯纪录是多数学生感兴趣的话题；C篇内容与学生校园生活密不可分；D篇关于父亲关爱他人的职业精神，是学生成长中能够感受触摸的内容。任务型阅读是关于简化生活的一些策略，对学生在学习和生活中如何减轻学业负担和精神压力有一定的启发。设问除了少量信息查询题外，更多的试题涉及信息重述、主题理解、推理判断、篇章结构、作者意图等，对思维能力的要求较高。

短文改错的选材出自学生习作，内容鲜活、错误典型，考查学生基本的语言运用能力。

书面表达是本卷最有创新的试题，要求考生就“人的未来与诸多因素有关，但主要取决于自己”这一观点谈看法，说理由。从话题看，该题符合学生认知发展水平，学生应该都有

话可说。当然，要写好这篇短文，需要考生有评判性思维能力，用事实说明观点；从语言表达的角度看，无疑对英语言表达能力提出了更高的要求，类似“摆事实、讲道理”型汉语写作，所以对学生具有较大的挑战。

从今年的英语试卷看，今后的高中英语教学应该继续关注语篇，重视语境、修辞和运用，强化语感培养，拓展阅读空间，深入解读文本，加强美文诵读，强调评判性阅读教学，关注思维能力的培养，紧紧围绕阅读教学研究高中英语教学。
