GRE考试是什么?

GRE，全称Graduate Record Examination，美国研究生入学考试，适用于除法律与商业外的各专业，由美国教育考试服务处(Educational Testing Service，简称ETS)主办。目前，北美地区各类大学的研究生院(除管理类学院、法学院)大都将GRE成绩作为申请者必须具备的条件。越来越多的欧洲大学，也把GRE作为英语授课课程录取标准之一。至于你所申请的项目是否需要GRE成绩，还需要在项目官网上进行确认。

GRE的考试形式和分数

普通GRE考试(General Test)在世界上的大部分地方都采用机考的方式。目前的GRE考试为“自适应性考试”，即语文第一个部分(section)的答题情况会影响第二个部分的题目难度，数学同理。

GRE普通考试的分数区间为语文、数学：130-170分，1分为一个增量;分析性写作：0-6分，0.5分一个增量。也就是说语文数学什么都不答也各有130分。而作文什么都不写只能得0分。

SUB是什么?

GRE考试分为两种：General Test和Subject Test。绝大多数考生需要参加的都是General Test，就是我们通常说的语文+数学+分析性写作。

SUB全称Subject Test，即专项考试，考察的是与专业有关的知识和技能。一些项目要求转专业的学生参加Sub考试，是否需要Sub成绩取决于专业的官方说明。目前，Sub考试包括数学，化学，生物，物理，生物化学、心理学，英语文学考试七项考试。

GRE考试的时间

1. 在考试中心报到(5-20分钟)

在考试当天你到达考试中心后，需要先存好随身物品，将食物放置在备考室，然后使用身份证报到、拍照，在老师的带领下抵达考位。

2. 填写考生信息 (5-15分钟)

如果你是第一次参加GRE考试，需要填写较多的个人信息，包括你的教育程度、专业、你赴美留学的打算等等。

3.分析性写作 (1个小时)

考试正式开始，你需要在1小时内完成一篇issue的写作和一篇argument的写作。之后我们也会推送关于GRE写作的专项文章。

4. 数学和语文部分(2小时10分钟)

在作文结束后，你将立即进入第一个部分的考试，可能是语文(Verbal Reasoning)也可能是数学(Quantitative Reasoning)。语文一个部分为30分钟，数学为35分钟。计入分数的考试部分包括2个语文部分和2个数学部分，穿插进行。在第二个部分考试结束之后，你会有10分钟的休息时间，建议此时去备考室补充能量。当然，你也可以跳过休息直接做题。

GRE考试题型?

第1-6题是Text Completions填空;第7-13题(包括1道逻辑题)是Reading Comprehension，阅读理解;14-17题是Sentence Equivalence，六选二;第18-20题(包括1道逻辑题)。

GRE考试如何报名?

国内GRE考试报名网站为：https://www.sodocs.net/doc/226199341.html, ，报名费为1287元。每个月通常会举行2场GRE考试，考位不紧张，不需要抢。退考转考都需要费用，具体可在报名网站查询。两次考试之间需要间隔20天。
