东京审判部分台词
I am not a fighter,I am a judge,a Chinese judge。这是梅汝敖的一句名言。
说来惭愧，看完《东京审判》之后才知道梅汝敖是何许人也。梅汝敖其人：1904年生，江西省南昌人。1926年获美国斯坦福大学经济学硕士学位，1928年获美国芝加哥大学法学博士学位。1945年 8月 15日，日本宣布无条件投降了。1946年3月，由美、中、英、法、苏、加、新、荷、印、菲等十国法官参加的设在日本东京的远东国际军事法庭成立，至 1948年 11月共进行了长达两年半之久的对日本战犯的审判。而参加远东国际军事法庭的中国，就是曾任山西大学法学院教授的梅汝敖。
在中国法官的座位次序上，其他十名法官坚持把中国排在英国之后，梅汝傲把本子一合，头也不回的离开会议室。从梅汝傲身上体现了中国人铁骨铮铮的骨气。再者就是当对战犯实行不实行死刑的时候，梅汝傲把一杯水砸碎在地上，开始了他的说服工作。当他打开信封里的投票纸，把笔拿起来，在“YES”上重重的勾了一个圈，然后把投票纸放回信封里，叠好信封，最后投入投票箱。这是他作为中国法官，中国人，所做的一切。当最后的票数为5比5的时候，所有的人都紧张了，其中也包括梅汝傲。当最后从主法官口中念出“YES”的时候，梅汝傲胜利了，他轻轻的闭上眼睛，他如释重负。“我只能说，我尽力了”这是他在审判结束以后说的一句话。这话何等悲壮
在梅汝敖去世的十年前，他说过这样一句话：“我不是一个复仇主义者，我无意于把日本帝国主义者欠下我们的血债写在日本人民的账上。但是，忘记过去的苦难可能招致未来的灾祸。”
看完这个电影，我为中国有这样有骨气的人感到骄傲。作为一名中国人永远不要忘记那段历史，永远不要忘记梅汝敖等优秀的中国人。
Ladies and gentlemen：
honorable judges and members of the court,all ofthe accused, joining in the formulation and execution of a plan areconspiracy whose purpose was to establish Japan's military,political and economic control over the countries within thePacific and Indian oceans.
In order to achieve this goal, Japan alone orworking with other countries of like mind embarked on a war ofagrresion to subjugate all who stood in their way. My prosecutionteam and I have produced more than enough evidence to prove theparticipation of the accused in these criminal actions. Through allthe history of civilization, no one has ever seen human nature onsuch a peak of crualty and barbarity. Countless people have diedhorrendous unthinkable deaths to feed Japan's insatiable appetitefor expansion. By their actions, they have challenged humancivilization, they have challenged peace and they have challengedthe whole world. Their common objective, a
criminal objective wasto ensure the dormination of Japan's Empire. There is no greatercrime than plotting and executing a war of aggresion. The securityof the world and its people was threatened by this plot anddestroyed by this war, the only possible outcome of which is thegreat suffering the world has faced.
Therefore, I, Joserf Kiner on behalf of mycolleges and the ally prosecution team solemnly request thehonorable judges of the international military trival for thefareast to serverely punish those respnsible for these horrible warof aggression in the name of justice, in the spirit of compassionand in the name ofhumanity.
纵观人类文明史，其手段之残忍，残酷！灭绝人性，实属罕见！无数的生命痛苦的消失在日本侵略野心的枪口和刀口下。他们的饿这种行为是对人类文明的挑战，是对和平的挑战，是对世界的挑战。
他们共同的犯罪目的：是为了确保天皇的统治地位，没有比发动和实行侵略战争更加严重的罪行。全世界人民的安全被这种阴谋所威胁，被这场战争所破坏。这个阴谋的唯一结果就是使全世界遭受死亡和痛苦。
所以我约瑟夫季南，代表同盟国检查团全体同仁，郑重象远东国际军事法庭庭长及各位法官提请：请你们给这些发动并实行侵略战争的被告们以严惩。
请你们以公正之心，以善良之名，以人类之愿！

criminal objective,was to insure the domination(统治) of japan's emperor（天皇，皇帝）

季南]被日本军队杀死的中国人有多少？
[东条英机]不清楚。
[季南]日本大本营所发表的年鉴上载明，1937年7月至1941年6月间，日本军队杀戮了两百零一万五千名中国人。杀戮两百万以上的中国人，你没有想过这将引起中国人的愤怒？请回答！
[东条英机]我对此深感不幸。
[季南]被杀戮者不少是无辜民众，为什么把这种残酷行为施加在无辜的人民身上？
[东条英机]所谓民众与战争无关一节，中国与我们日本都是一样的。作为中国政权的统帅者居然指挥民众，抗击日本和侮辱日本以至于招来虐杀，这是中国统帅的错误，跟我们无关。
[季南]如果你和你的同僚被无罪释放的话，你们还准备一起重复过去做过的事吗？你们还会让日本继续发动侵略、发动战争吗？
[东条英机]（沉默良久）是。

法国法官伯奈尔反对死刑,认为死刑不应在文明的国度存在）
[梅汝璈]柏奈尔先生，你说一个国家的文明程度取决于是否废除了死刑，某种角度上我赞同您的观点，但是我还是有些疑惑。按照您的逻辑，文明应该被尊重，那么生命呢，生命应该被尊重吗？我想我不用知道您的答案，您应该不会否认生命是最宝贵的，因为对每个人来说生命都只有一次。如果说杯子代表人类，水代表文明，（他将一只盛满水的玻璃杯摔碎在地）文明是人类创造出来的，如果没有人类，文明从何谈起呢？……如果法律不给日本、不给这些战犯以最严厉的惩罚，谁敢保证日本有一天不会再次挑起战争？谁敢保证日本不会再侵略别的国家？谁敢保证日本军国主义的幽灵不会再次复活？？？

[梅汝璈]巴尔先生,我再次提请您注意,您是一个法官!法官的职责是什么?是对罪行进行审判进行认定!然后根据法律给予他们惩罚!我不知道您为什么
要;来做法官,您具有一个佛教徒的伟大情怀却在纵容犯罪,这决不是一个法官应该有的立场!如果您要坚持这样,那您没有资格坐在审判席上,您应该回到印度的寺庙里去!

[梅汝璈]死刑是什么?死刑是法律对犯罪最严厉的惩罚!为了掠夺别国的资源为了扩张自己的领土为了占领亚洲甚至全世界,日本干了什么?他们杀中国人杀朝鲜人杀菲律宾人杀新加坡人杀美国人杀英国人杀无数无数无辜的平民!他们强劫,他们强奸,他们放火,他们杀戮,难道这些不足以让他们受到法律最严厉的惩罚吗?!如果法律不给日本不给这些战犯以最严厉的惩罚,谁敢保证日本有一天不会再次挑起战争?!谁敢保证日本不会再侵略别的国家?!谁敢保证日本军国主义的幽灵不会再次复活?!(他瞪着眼,强忍着泪):在座哪位先生敢做这样的保证?!
