2019-2020年小学四年级英语课外阅读计划一、指导思想以《英语课程标准》和新教育理论为行动指南，全面落实市教研室英语课外阅读指导意见，初步构建课外阅读课程，让阅读成为学生日常的生活方式。通过英语课外阅读，不断丰富学生的阅历，开拓学生的文化视野，体验学习英语的乐趣，树立学好英语的自信心，实现学习英语的真正意义和价值，为未来的学习奠定坚实的基础。二、课外阅读活动的实施 1. 周密计划建立“漂流”机制英语课外读本作为学校的图书资料，由专人负责，并设立图书漂流记载本。一个月左右漂流一次，每班由两个学生负责班级图书的借阅、登记、回收和保管整理工作。四年级起以班级为单位进行图书漂流活动，学生人手一册书，以班级为单位进行漂流。从各个年级的1班起漂，向同年级的其他班级漂流。每生每月平均阅读1本书，每天阅读20分钟左右。如：《朗文小学英语分级阅读》每册共4个单元，要求学生每周阅读一个单元。每个年级课外阅读时间最好统一，以便教师辅导与检查，阅读也可以作为家庭作业的一部分。 2. 确保时间提高“阅读”效率学生每天都要有至少20分钟的阅读时间，每周一个中午按漂流计划进行《牛津故事乐园》或《朗文分级阅读》的教师指导阅读活动，利用家作布置学生自读，每周的英语社团活动进行英语课外阅读的辅导。让学生自由阅读，自由笔记，摘录好词佳句，仿写经典语句等。 3. 授之以渔使学生“会阅读” 教师在对学生进行课外阅读指导时，应讲授阅读方法。（1）阅读与朗读结合。（2）阅读教学与听、说、读、写结合。（3）阅读与工具书使用的结合。 4. 多元评价促进学生发展对学生阅读的篇目每周进行统计，对中高年级的阅读笔记经常检查。结合平时的展示活动对学生的课外阅读进行多元评价。可以采取师生评价、生生评价、教师评价与家长评价相结合：制作一份阅读评价表——《我的一周阅读记录单》，请家长合作，对学生一周的阅读情况进行周评，对表现

新课标下的高中英语课外阅读活动瑞安隆山高级中学：项玲玲【摘要】本文论述了新课程标准背景下开展高中英语课外阅读活动的必要性阅读材料选择的原则和范围、阅读活动的指导和管理以及课外阅读活动的模式。【关键词】新课程标准,高中英语,阅读材料。一、新课程标准下开展高中英语课外阅读的必要性。《普通高中英语课程标准》(实验)（以下简称新课标）更加注重对学生综合语言能力的培养。新课标要求学生具备的综合阅读能力包括语篇领悟能力和语言解码能力;强调多学科知识的贯通;注重培养学生的语篇分析能力、判断能力和逻辑理解能力；要求学生提高阅读速度，增强阅读量和扩大记词汇量等。同时,新课标明确指出,除教材以外，高中英语阅读量六级2３万词以下,八级应达到3０万词以上。虽然英语实验教材在话题、语篇和词汇等方面都进行了改革,但仍然存在阅读量有限和题材单调等问题。为了实现新课标提出的阅读能力目标，教师应结合教材中课文的主题补充各类富有时代气息的课外阅读材料，指导学生进行大量的课外阅读。在使用现行高中英语新教材的过程中,笔者所在学校进行了教学改革实验。笔者经过观察、与学生交流讨论，并通过问卷调查的方式对高二105名学生的英语课外阅读状况做了详细的调查和分析。调查结果显示：①有85％的被调查对象认为，课外阅读能提高语言复现率,可以促进对课文内容的学习和掌握，同时也可以培养学生的阅读理解能力。②有5６％的被调查对象进行课外阅读的时间较少。③学生课外阅读材料的主要来源是报纸(英语周报或学英语报)。很多学生有目的地选择课外读物。课外阅读的首要目的要提高英语程度。④学生面临的主要问题是很难找到一些合适的阅读材料。⑤学生的英语成绩和在课外的阅读上所花费的时间呈正相关。⑥有60%的学生希望教师每周抽出一定的时间进行课外阅读指导或组织学生交流、讨论和展示。本文将介绍笔者所在学校开展课外阅读活动实践的一些思路和做法，以期与同行交流。二、课外阅读材料的选择 1、课外阅读材料的选择原则（１)发展性和拓展性选择课外阅读材料要结合课内阅读内容,并作为其延伸，以弥补教材的不足,进而实现课内外知识的连接和扩展。在课外阅读过程中，学生可以将课内所学的知识迁移到课外阅读中。新颖且丰富的课外阅读材料可以激发生的兴趣和求知欲望，促使他们去探究和获取更多的新知识。所选择的课外阅读材料要有利于拓展思维和开阔其视野，要有利于培养学生的创新精神和阅读实践能力。 (2）趣味性
