V Z is measured with the diode in thermal equilibrium (still air) at 25o C for end-cap terminations. NOTE 3: The zener impedance is derived by superimposing on I ZT, a 60 Hz rms ac current equal to 10% of I ZT (25μA). See MicroNote 202 for
