特别注意：及格分值定为9分；最低分值定为6分。

6分写作最低分制，是根据目前考生作文得分的平均值，由教育部高等教育司和大学英语四、六级考试委员会制定，目的是进一步重视英语写作教学和学生书面表达能力的培养。具体规定如下：
