Good morning,ladies and gentlemen.The topic of my speech is Something About Making A Powerful PowerPoint.My presentation consists of three parts which are font and color,title and template and global and local layout.

The first part is font and color.The size of font should be more than 18 pounds,at least 14 pounds.Or people at the back of room may not see the slides clearly.We should avoid using too many kings of font and reduce the underline and italics.The font of body should be smaller than the title’s.If there is a large amount of words,remember to make some partitions.There shouldn’t be too many capital letters by reason of not very easy to recognize.We should also pay attention to color collocation of font and background.For example,blue background and white font is impressive.Same with white background and black font.

The second part is title and template,All the titles should be with same font,size,format,location and color.The caption font should be the biggest while subtitle font are less than it.We need to care about that slide page and text color are consistent with template color.Of course,if we want to choose a suitable template,we must think about the object of the speech.

The third part is global and local layout.A good PowerPoint must has a title slide that tells audience your name and topic.Avoid by all means

changes a PPT file to a Word file.What exists in a slide should be key words or phrases but not every word you want to https://www.sodocs.net/doc/315912417.html,ually there is a conclusive slide which stresses your topic.There are two tips that can make your PowerPoint better.Mix the texts,charts and graphics.Do not put the whole paragraphs on the slides.
