中文摘要

虽然电子商务是二十世纪末出现的事物,但是其发展速度相当惊人,在改变传统商务模式的同时,也给人们带来了方便和快捷。近几年来,电子商务的发展给传统企业带来了前所未有的冲击,传统企业既要看到电子商务带来的发展机遇,更应意识到蕴含于其中的风险。

本文结合电子商务的相关理论,以琦人服饰有限公司的电子商务发展为例对我公司的电子商务发展中存在的主要问题进行研究分析,目的在于通过分析目前企业开展电子商务面临的各种问题,解除企业开展电子商务活动的后顾之忧,充分发挥电子商务带来的积极作用,促进企业的经济发展。

Abstract

Although e-commerce is the end of the twentieth century things, but its growth rate is quite amazing, at the same time changing the traditional business model, but also to people with convenient and fast. In recent years, the development of e-commerce to traditional enterprise brought an unprecedented impact on traditional enterprise, we must see the development of electronic commerce opportunities, but should be aware of the risk of implication in which.

In this paper, based on the theory of e-commerce research, take QiRen company as example analysis of the risk of e-commerce, aimed at by analyzing enterprises to develop the various risks faced by the e-commerce and its causes, to relieve enterprises to develop e-commerce activities worries, give full play to e-commerce the positive role in promoting the economic development of the enterprise.
