On August 4, while a young man in Hangzhou was caught because of killing another young man with his car, a 17-year-old girl died because of the same reason in the same city. It's reported that the driver was badly drunk.

Cars are more and more popular for more Chinese these days. And the numbers of car accidents are increasing. From 1994 to 2008, deaths because of drunk-driving increased 7.3%. In 2009, a total of 18, 371 people were killed in car accidents because of drunk driving.

In the middle of August, there were some new rules to deal with the drunk drivers: 1. If a driver's alcohol content(酒精含量) is 20mg per 100ml of blood, he is regarded as a drunk driver.

2. If a driver's alcohol content is 80mg per 100ml or more, he will be held (拘留) for 15 days and have their license revoked ( 吊销执照)for six months, and are given a fine (罚款) of 2000 yuan.

第一章绪论 参考答案: 一、思考题 1.西方经济学的研究对象是由什么基本经济问题引起的,如何看待这一问题? 答:西方经济学的研究对象是稀缺性问题引起的,没有稀缺性,就没有经济学存在的理由和必要。 稀缺性是西方经济学关于经济学研究对象的基础性概念。稀缺性是指经济生活中存在的这样一个基本事实:“社会拥有的资源是有限的,因而不能生产人们希望所拥有的所有物品和劳务。”稀缺性是相对于人类无限的欲望而言的。人的欲望具有无限增长和扩大的趋势,而为了满足这种需要,就要生产更多的物品和劳务,从而需要更多的资源。但在一定时期内,可用于生产物品和提供劳务的资源与人们的欲望相比总是远远不够的。这就是稀缺性。 由稀缺而产生的第一个基本问题是:社会如何将稀缺性的、竞争性的和生产性的资源在现在和将来、在生产各种商品和劳务之间做出选择,以决定生产什么、生产多少、如何生产和为谁生产等问题。这是关于稀缺资源配置问题。第一,生产什么和生产多少?这就是说,在可供选择的各种各样的物品和劳务中,生产哪些种和生产的数量是多少?由于资源的有限性用于某一种产品生产的资源太多,其他产品的生产数量必然会减少。社会是以怎样的次序和什么样的机制来分配稀缺资源以满足各种各样的需要?第二,如何生产?即应用何种技术来生产物品?是用蒸汽还是用水力或原子能发电?多用劳动少用资本和土地,还是恰恰相反?生产是大规模还是小规模?怎样区别一种生产方法是高效率的还是低效率的?第三,为谁生产?即社会总产品以何种尺度分配给不同的个人和家庭?谁得什么得多少?为什么穷人仅有一点点,而富人拥有的太多? 这种分配是公平的吗? 由稀缺性而引起的另一个基本问题是,社会能否最好地利用其有限的资源,在资源、需要和技术的约束条件下,最大限度地生产尽可能多的产品和劳务?这是关于经济效率问题。“经济”这一词的最初含义就是效率、节约和避免浪费。作为一门研究经济的学问,经济学研究以尽可能小的代价获得同样的满足,或以同样的代价获得更大的满足。如果社会能以更便宜的方法生产,这意味着这个社会将生产更多的产品和劳务,从而得到更大的满足。 西方经济学认为,稀缺性是人类社会产生以来就一直困扰人类的一个难题,是人类面临的永恒的问题。每个经济社会都面临很多经济问题,但西方经济学认为,任何社会——不论它的社会经济制度如何,也不论它处在什么历史年代——的经济问题都导源于一个基本的经济事实或矛盾,即人类需要的无限性和满足需要的资源的稀缺性。正是由于这样的一个基本矛盾,因此便产生了社会的基本经济问题,产生了研究经济问题的经济学。从根本上说,经济学是与稀缺性进行斗争的一门学问。 人类社会迄今为止并没有摆脱稀缺性,这是事实。但是,稀缺性是人类面临的永恒的问题吗?第一,事实上,自然科学已经证明,潜在的自然资源是无限的。自然资源的稀缺实际上反映了人还没有充分利用无限的自然资源,就是说到目前为止人还不具备利用无限资源的充分知识。第二,不能把人类历史的特定时期(商品经济)的特定阶级(资产阶级)的欲壑难填的贪婪之心当作既定存在的事实,或者当作自然的合理的现象,而以各种手段刺激或助长其无限膨胀。人的需要不仅仅是个生理的范畴,还具有社会的内容。道德、理想追求、教育、文化素质等因素都会影响和制约人的需要。因此,解决资源稀缺性与人的欲望无限性矛盾的关键在人本身,在于人的智慧、能力的解放。 2.西方经济学的理论体系是由哪两部分构成的?它们之间的关系怎样? 答:西方经济学根据它所研究的具体对象、范围的不同,可以分为微观经济学和宏观经济学两个组成部分。 微观经济学(Micro-economics)是研究构成整个经济制度的各个经济决策单位的经济行为,研究这些单个单元如何做出决策以及影响这些决策的因素。由于这些决策是市场上或通过市场进行的,各种商品和劳务的市场价格及其变动对各个单位的经济决策会产生决定性的影响,所以微观经济学主要研究市场的价格

2014年新目标九年级英语上册教学计划

九年级英语上学期教学计划 (2013-2014学年度) 本学期本人担任九年级1班及八年级1班的英语教育教学工作,为了顺利完成教育教学任务,在教学中贯彻新目标教学的要求,开拓创新,特制定本计划如下。 一、学生情况分析 本学期学校八,九年级共开设了2个教学班,其特点是班大人多且英语基础甚差(八年级1班共有学生35人,九年级1班学生共有42人)绝大部分学生上期基础知识掌握不够扎实,普遍阅读写作得分率极低;字体潦草,学习态度又不端正,学英语的兴趣极不浓厚;课堂学习积极性较不太高,回答问题也不太积极,极少部分同学能做到自觉完成作业、自觉背诵课文,但有相当一部分学生却不能按时完成作业。受学习态度、风气的影响,刻苦学习之风不太浓厚,部分学生上课不认真,当然有部分学生还是劳逸结合,掌握了科学的学习方法。从学生成绩来看,存在明显不平衡。少数优生优势不明显,差生面较广,培尖补差任务重。 二、教学要达到的目标 1、德育方面:使学生的思想认识有一定的提高,能热爱自己的家,孝敬父母亲,在学校能尊敬老师,团结同学,还着重培养热爱祖国的感情。 2、教育方面:在课堂上培养学生多方面的素质,不能只重视学习成绩和分数。 3、教学方面:提高学生听、说、读、写的各项能力及分析问题解决问题的能力。同时培养学生良好的阅读和学习习惯。 4. 兴趣方面:不仅让学生懂得学习英语的重要性而且要注重培养学生学英语的兴趣,增强每位学生学英语的主观能动性,变“要我学”为“我要学”。 5. 课堂方面:增强课堂的趣味性,让学生在快乐中获得知识,在快乐中度过每一节课。 三、教材分析 1.新目标人教版教材充分体现了新课标的“以人为本”教学理念。达到“以人为本”全面发展的新型素质教育观,新教材突出了功能和结构的有机结合.新教材非常注重话题,每个单元都围绕一个具体的话题展开,突出了话题结构、功能、实际运用三个方面的结合。让每个话题贴近学生生活实际,更便于学生灵活运用。 2、倡导“任务型”教学,强调课堂上师生互动并积极推进学校“三疑一探一考”(即:311)摸式的教学理念 本教材共15单元,分二个学期教学。按要求,第一学期为1-14单元,第二学期为第15单元。课本增加了读写训练的比重,以便于听说读写的全面训练。其内容主要反映了学生的日常学习和生活。课本设计了中外学生同校学习的情景,便于介绍英语国家的风俗习惯和文化。题材范围更广,除了学生的学校生活和家庭生活,还反映了学生的校外活动、劳动、卫生保健、体育运动、节日、尊师爱生、团结友爱、助人为乐的道德风尚。 四、教学措施和要求 A类学生:课堂上要求能回答较难提问,思考问题积极,教学任务能当堂完成,课后要求阅读一定量课外读物,考试时要求失分不大。 B类学生:加强双基教学,多鼓励多表扬,使他们爱好英语,并且用抓两头促中间的办法使他们时时有危机感。要求能较好地完成教学任务,能回答上课提出的稍难问题。
