Let's follow them with eyes and drink in tower high、

Your writing's forcible, like ancient poets, while

Mine is in Junior Xie's direct and easy style、

Both of us have ambitions high;

We'd bring the moon down from the sky、

Cut running water with a sword, it will faster flow;

Drink wine to drown your sorrow, it will heavier grow、

If we despair in our lifetime of all affairs,

Tomorrow let us sail away with loosened hairs、

Drinking Alone Under The Moon

Among the flowers from a pot of wine

I drink alone beneath the bright moonshine、

I raise my cup to invite the moon, who blends

Her light with my shadow and we're three friends、The moon does not know how to drink her share;

In vain my shadow follows me here and there、Together with them for the time I stay

And make merry before spring's spend away、

I sing the moon to linger with my song;

My shadow disperses as I dance along、

Sober, we three remain cheerful and gay;

Drunken, we part and each goes his way、

Our friendship will outshine all earthly love;

Next time we'll meet beyond the stars above、

Song Of The Conscripts

Chariots rumble

and horses grumble、

The conscripts march with bow and arrows at the waist、

Their fathers, mothers, wives and children e in haste

To see them off; the bridge is shrouded in dust they've raised、

They clutch at the men's coats and stamp and bar the way;

Their grief cries loud and strikes the cloud straight, straightaway、Another onlooker by roadside asks an enrollee,

"The conscription is frequent," only answers he、

"Some went north at fifteen to guard the rivershore

And were sent west to till the land at forty-four、

The elder bound their young heads when they went away;

Just home, they're sent to the frontier though their hair's grey、The field on borderland bees a sea of blood;

The emperor's greed for land is still at high blood、

Have you not heard two hundred districts east of the Hua Mountain lie Where briers and brambles grow in villages far and night?

Although stout women can wield the plough and the hoe,

They know not east from west where thorns and weeds o'ergrow、

The enemy are used to hard and stubborn fight:

Our men are driven just like dogs or fowls in flight、

You are kind to ask me、

To plain I'm not free、

In winter of this year

Conscription goes on here、

The magistrates for taxes press;

How can we pay them in distress!

If we had known sons bring no joy,

We'd have preferred girl to boy、

A daughter can be married to a neighbour, alas!

A son can only be buried under the grass!

Have you not seen

On borders green

Bleached bones since olden days unburied on the plain?

The old ghosts weep and cry, while the new ghosts plain;

The air is loud with screech and scream in gloomy rain、"

君不见, 黄河之水天上来,

奔流到海不复回？

And never tip his golden cup empty toward the moon!

Since heaven gave the talent, let it be employed!

Spin a thousand pieces of silver, all of them e back!

Cook a sheep, kill a cow, whet the appetite,

And make me, of three hundred bowls, one long drink!

The Sea

I e to view the boundless ocean

From Stony Hill on eastern shore、

Its water rolls in rhythmic motion,

And islands stand amid its roar、

Tree on tree grows from peak to peak;

Grass on grass looks lush far and nigh、

The autumn wind blows drear and bleak;

The monstrous billows surge up high、

The sun by day, the moon by night

Appear to rise up from the deep、

The Milky Way with stars so bright

Sinks down into the sea in sleep、

How happy I feel at this sight!

I croon this poem in delight、

Oh, but it is high and very dangerous!

Such travelling is harder than scaling the blue sky、

、、、Until two rulers of this region

Pushed their way through in the misty ages,

Forty-eight thousand years had passed

With nobody arriving across the Qin border、

And the Great White Mountain, westward, still has only a bird's path

Up to the summit of Emei Peak --

Which was broken once by an earthquake and there were brave men lost,

Just finishing the stone rungs of their ladder toward heaven、

、、、High, as on a tall flag, six dragons drive the sun,

While the river, far below, lashes its twisted course、

Such height would be hard going for even a yellow crane,

So pity the poor monkeys who have only paws to use、

The Mountain of Green Clay is formed of many circles-

Each hundred steps, we have to turn nine turns among its mound --

Panting, we brush Orion and pass the Well Star,

Then, holding our chests with our hands and sinking to the ground with a groan, We wonder if this westward trail will never have an end、

The formidable path ahead grows darker, darker still,

With nothing heard but the call of birds hemmed in by the ancient forest, Male birds smoothly wheeling, following the females;

And there e to us the melancholy voices of the cuckoos

Out on the empty mountain, under the lonely moon、、、、

Such travelling is harder than scaling the blue sky、

Even to hear of it turns the cheek pale,

With the highest crag barely a foot below heaven、

Dry pines hang, head down, from the face of the cliffs,

And a thousand plunging cataracts outroar one another

Why do people e here who live at a safe distance?

高考英语翻译技巧与能力训练 高考英语中的翻译（中译英）题要求考生能应用所学过的语法和词汇来准确地表达思想，是一种要求相当高的考查形式。要求考生把中文的句子译成通顺的、语法结构正确的、符合英语表达习惯的英语句子，并能准确地传达中文句子中的每一个信息。该题型全面地考查学生英语词汇、语法等知识的综合运用能力，它对学生的动词时态、语态、名词的单复数、冠词、形容词、副词、介词等应用能力，还对学生的词组、句型、句子结构等进行了全面考查。翻译不仅在高考英语主观题中占不小的比例，而且翻译能力还直接影响考生在作文中的表现。 高考评分标准: 1．每题中单词拼写、标点符号、大小写错误每两处扣一分；2．语法错误（包括时态错误）每处扣一分；3．译文没用所给的单词扣一分。 如何才能提高中译英水准，在高考中获得理想的分数呢？考生除了必须具备比较扎实的语言基础外，关键还在于学会总结规律，找准中译英的切入点。 一、分析句子结构、寻找合适的句型 中文必须仔细读，一定要看的就是题目给我们的关键字或关键的词组，也就是我们常说的key words。尤其是最后两句翻译句子，它们大都在句子结构上提高了难度。读什么？读出句子结构：对于简单句，辨别出主谓宾，分清定语、同位语和状语；对于并列句，记住两个语法意义上独立的分句，须由连词连接起来；对于复合句，须区分定语从句，名词性从句以及状语从句。一般来说，中译英的句型可分为三大类：1.简单句；2.并列句；3.复合句；同时我们也要注意非谓语动词及其他一些特殊结构。回顾近几年的高考试题时，也不难发现试题中考了一些特殊句式。如：It句型(近几年考得较为频繁)、倒装句、with结构。 例1: 昨天我的电脑坏了。(wrong) 解析：本题考查：1)简单句There be结构；2)wrong的用法；3)中英文表达的差异。 译句：There was something wrong with my computer yesterday. 例2: 遇到困难的时候，我们需要的不是彼此埋怨，而是互相帮助。(not…but) 解析：本题考查：1)复合句：when引导的状语从句；what引导的主语从句；2)not…but结构；3)“彼此埋怨”的英文翻译。 译句：When(we are)in difficulty/When we meet with difficulties/When we have difficulties ,what we need is not to blame each other but to help each other. 例3：我们能做什么来阻止这种疾病蔓延呢？（prevent） 分析：如果有学生没有读全中文原句的话，就很有可能看成是以前所做的“我们要做些什么来阻止这种疾病的蔓延”，而译为We should do something to prevent the spread of this disease.因为这个原因而造成扣分，就太不应该了。 译句：What can we do to prevent the spread of this disease? 例4：他很有可能通过自己的努力得到驾驶执照。（likely） 译句：He is likely to get the driving license with his own efforts. 分析：有些学生一看到有可能，就会想到自己比较熟悉的possible，想当然地翻译成It is possible that…的结构。其实，学生对likely这个key word的使用也是会的，完全能够使用be likely to do或It’s likely th at…的结构。 例5：上海近几年经历了许多变化，如今已成为世界闻名的经济中心。（go through） 分析：乍一看，学生很容易轻易下笔，Shanghai has gone through…,it has become…，这已成为很多学生的一个习惯，句子和句子中随便用逗号隔开，英语不像中文，必须要考虑到句子的结构，逗号也不能随意使用。而此句中，就要想到用并列句中的连接词and来连接两个成分。

由税务机关统一向个人所得税纳税人开具完税证明，是“聚财为国，执法 为民”宗旨的具体体现，符合国际惯例和我国个人所得税完税凭证管理工作的 发展方向。它不仅是税法的要求，也是衡量税务部门税收管理水平的标志，更 是保障纳税人合法权利的需要，其意义重大：一是可以将“聚财为国，执法为民”的宗旨落实到具体工作中，优化纳税服务、树立税务机关良好形象;二是可以贴近纳税人，满足纳税人实际需求，促进税法知识的普及，同时可以增强公 众纳税意识，培养公民依法纳税的责任感和自豪感;三是可以推动全员全额管理工作，加强对扣缴义务人扣缴情况和纳税人纳税情况的交叉稽核和监管，从而 提升个人所得税征收管理水平;四是可以为下一步深化税制改革，向综合与分类相结合的税制过渡奠定基础;五是可以为建立和完善全国征信体系打下基矗因此，各级税务机关务必对此项工作高度重视，加强领导，明确责任，积极创造条件，确保税务机关试行为纳税人开具个人所得税完税证明工作的顺利进行。 二、关于试行开具完税证明的范围 鉴于目前给所有个人所得税纳税人开具完税证明的条件尚不成熟，从 201X年1月1日起，税务机关应区别以下情况，给纳税人分别开具完税证明： (一)对实行了扣缴义务人明细申报、信息化程度较好的地区，以及纳入重 点管理的纳税人，无论扣缴义务人是否给纳税人开具代扣代收税款凭证，以及 纳税人是否提出要求，税务机关均应根据系统内掌握的扣缴义务人明细申报信 息和其他涉税信息，汇总纳税人全年个人所得税纳税情况，经核实后，于年度 终了3个月内，为每一个纳税人按其上年实际缴纳的个人所得税额开具一张完 税证明。? 纳税人在年度中间因出国、向境外转移财产、对外投资等原因需要完税证 明并向税务机关提出要求的，经税务机关核实后，开具其相应期间实际缴纳个 人所得税款的完税证明。?
