二、重点句子分析

感叹句

1.感叹句句型结构

1 what引导的感叹句的中心词时名词。该名词前常有形容词修饰句中的主语和谓语一般可省去。句型结构为

what(+a/an)+形容词+名词 主语+谓语

例:What a cold day(it is) today!

What delicious food(it is)!

What引导感叹句中的名词若为单数可数名词 要用不定冠词a/an而不用the 若为复数或不可数名词 则不用冠词。

2 how引导的感叹句的中心词时形容词或副词。其句型结构为

how+形容词/副词+主语+谓语 或how+形容词+a/an+单数可数名词+主语+谓语

2.陈述句改为感叹句常使用“一断二加三换位”的方法

(1)“一断” 即在谓语动词后边断开 把句子分成两部分

She is~a beautiful girl.

He works ~hard.

(2)“二加” 即如果第二部分的第一个词为形容词、副词 就加上

how 如果是名词 词组 就加上what。

She is~ what a beautiful girl.

He works ~(how) hard.

(3)“三换位” 即把第一部分与第二部分互换位置 同时把句号换为感叹句。

考点:(1)无论什么从句都要用肯定句语序

(2)主句和从句的时态要保持一致。

如果主句是一般过去时 从句则只能用相应的过去时态一般过去时、过去进行时、过去完成时 (3)在描述客观真理时,从句始终用一般现在时

(4)从句的连接词(that最强大)

if和whether引导的宾语从句时 一般情况下可以互换 但要注意下列情况

(1)宾语从句至句首时用whether。Whether it is true or not,I can’t say.

(2)介词后用whether .It depends on whether you can do the work well.

(3)与不定式连用whether。He can’t decide whether to accept or refuse.

(4)当与or not连用时用whether。

(1)go/come/leave/start/fly等表示位置移动的动词 常用这些动词的现在进行时表示将要发生的动作。

(2)in two weeks两周后 表示将来的时间 常用how soon来对其提问。

在使用not only...but also...时还应注意以下几点

①当not only...but also...连接两个主语时 谓语动词的数原则上与其临近的主语保持一致。

为了强调 可将not only置于句首 此时其后的句子通常要用部分倒装形式。Not only do they need clothes, but they are also short of water.

Monday,July 15th I arrived in Penang in Malaysia this morning with my family.①It was sunny and hot,so we decided to go to the beach near our hotel.②My sister and I tried paragliding.③I felt like I was a bird.It was so exciting!For lunch,we had something very special-Malaysian yellow noodles.They were delicious!In the afternoon,we rode bicycles to Georgetown.④There are a lot of new buildings now,but many of the old buildings are still there.In We ld Quay,a really old place in Georgetown,we saw the houses of the Chinese traders from 100 years ago.⑤I wonder what life was like here in the past.I really enjoyed walking around the town. Tuesday,July 16th ⑥What a difference a day makes!My father and I decided to go to Penang Hill today.We wanted to walk up to the top,but then it started raining a little so we decided to take the train.⑦We waited over an hour for the train because there were too many people.When we got to the top,it was raining really hard.We didn't have an umbrella so we were wet and cold.It was terrible!⑧And because of the bad weather,we couldn't see anything below.⑨My f ather didn't bring enough money,so we only had one bowl of fish and rice.I was so hungry!But it tasted great!,
