一、专业介绍

二、考试内容

北京大学数据科学（软件工程）专业博士研究生招生为资格审查加综合考核形式，由笔试+专业面试构成。其中，综合考核内容为:

1、我院各专业招生专家小组根据申请人的申请材料，参考申请者提交的课程成绩、硕士学位论文、外语水平、科研参与、发表论文、专著出版、获奖情况、研究计划和专家推荐意见等，对其科研潜质和基本素质等做出综合评价结论。根据素质审核结果，择优确定进入考核的候选人；

2、考核采取面试、笔试或两者相兼的方式进行差额复试，对学生的学科背景、专业素养、操作技能、外语水平、思维能力、创新能力以及申请人分析、解决问题和进行创新的综

合能力等进行考察；

3、考核时间各招生专业依据实际情况进行，外国语言文学（区域与国别）专业与生物学专业的复试时间预计安排在2019年4月，大数据类专业预计安排在3月中下旬，具体时间见后续通知。申请人须向招生专家小组作报告，内容包括个人科研经历和成果介绍、对拟从事研究领域的了解和看法、本人拟进行的研究工作设想及理由等；

4、笔试、面试任何一项考核不合格考生不予录取。对于合格考生，从中择优确定拟录取名单，报经研究生院批准后公示十个工作日。

5、以同等学力身份报考的人员还须加试（笔试）思想政治理论和两门本专业硕士学位主干课程。

四、申请材料

（1）北京大学2019年攻读博士学位研究生报考登记表：请在上述规定的报

名时间内登陆北京大学研究生招生网（网址：https://https://www.sodocs.net/doc/4d5491548.html,/applications/）进行网上报名，上传相关材料，并打印“北京大学2019年攻读博士学位研究生报考登记表”。

（2）最高学历、学位证书复印件（应届硕士毕业生报名时须提交所在培养单位研究生院或研究生部的证明信，录取后须补交学历和学位证书，审核通过后方可报到注册；只有学位证书而无毕业证书者，报名时须提交硕士或博士学位证书复印件；持国[境]外学位证书者，报名时须提交由教育部留学服务中心出具的认证报告）。

（3）身份证复印件。

（4）硕士或博士学位论文（应届硕士生可提供论文摘要和论文目录等）。

（5）毕业院校的正式成绩单原件。

七、考博经验

一、如何择校

一旦打算考博，首先第一个问题是全日制读博还是在职读博。如果还是单身的辅导员，我的建议是读全日制，这样能沉下心来真正学东西写东西出东西，有些辅导员可能觉得这样待三年太可惜不仅浪费时间收入上也得不偿失，我的个人看法是磨刀不误砍柴工，当然前提

是你得坐得住学东西，你要三天两头这跳那玩，只想混个学位，那另当别论;如果是已成家上有老下有小的辅导员，建议就读在职博士了。咨询我的大多数辅导员都是选择读辅导员专项，这里也主谈这个。

辅导员专项首当其冲的就是择校问题，今天辅导员专项计划有24所高校，选择哪所学校?离自己近点，还是远点?名气大点，还是无所谓?有些人要考虑家庭因素，我们这个年龄是上有老下有小;有些人考虑待遇因素，一离岗收入直线下降;等等。这些都要视个人的情况而定，一切随心，我第一年之所以选择师大，一个是近，二个是可以不脱岗，这样看起来是读书、家庭、收入三不误，结果没考上;第二年选择了海大，从南边跑到北边，家庭自然是照顾不上了，也脱了岗辞了职务收入锐减，只剩下读书。有得有失，今天让我再重新选择一遍，我仍旧会选择第二种。在我看来，人生其实就是做选择，选择那些你认为重要的东西，舍弃那些你认为不是那么重要的东西，毕竟鱼和熊掌不可兼得，你如果想什么都要，那结果是你什么都得不了。这半年的潜心学习，对我来说，是我人生至今收获最大的半年。当然这都因人而异，我的情况不一定适合你，所以说一切随自己心。

二、作何准备

在择校问题上，我前面文章有说过，其实我目的很简单，我是奔着老师去的——我认定老师是全国在这领域做得最厉害的人，所以我一定要去看看。所以我的择校不具代表性，对于许多辅导员来说，如果说你的主要目的就是要考上博士，去哪无所谓，那我建议大家把24所高校的招收条件好好看一下。此前有辅导员咨询我，看起来情况还不大了解，辅导员专项思政司只负责下文，事实上各高校的招收条件都大不一样。有些学校侧重考试分数，有些学校侧重实绩，就是有辅导员工作实绩加分，比如你获得全国辅导员年度人物等荣誉，在录取上会有大量加分;此外，不同学校考试方式也不一样。有些学校，辅导员专项是跟全日制考试同样的试题，比如我第一年考的师大就是这样，跟全日制考同样的理论题，对于不是科班出身的辅导员就很痛苦，我就因为有一道理论题不会(总共才四道题，这道题30分)，结果那门课只得了53分，离55分的分数线差了2分，这样尽管我总分超了许多也没拿到复试资格。有些学校则是有辅导员专项的出题，就是一门英语、二门专业课里，有一门专业课的题目是辅导员专设的。不过，这也是有利有弊，对于大家来说，难的都难，容易的都容易，一句话，你要比别人更厉害才是。这是准备一，了解学校的相关情况。

准备二，是联系导师。可以的话，建议大家还是得联系一下导师。虽然我不大提倡，但鉴于我这种理想主义者似乎不大适合当前这个“五颜六色”的社会，大家可以八仙过海的话，

还是各显神通吧。今天辅导员专项的导师基本是思政专家，假以时日，辅导员真正专业化专家化后，导师就是专业化后的辅导员专家，大家自己人，知根知底，那就不废那么多事，只管考就是，不用想三道四，实力为上。不管如何，你信不信，反正我坚信，只要你真正有实力，一定能达成所愿，所谓心之所向，金石为开。

三、如何复习

考博自然是一件苦事。我考了两年，其间多少个日夜、周末、假期，当别人都在大玩特玩、大晒朋友圈的时候，你是一杯水、一本书，在教室里埋头苦读。辅导员的空暇时间本身就不多，一旦决定要考博，其间辛苦付出自然不在话下。

考试是一门英语课、两门专业课。所考学校一般会给有参考书。建议大家尽量要到往年试题作个参考，看看题型、考点等，还是颇具参考价值。英语课不外乎阅读、英译汉、汉译英、作文。英语基础好的辅导员考博是一大优势，我就是英语基础不大行，大学只过了四级，现在想看看英文名著、还有英文文献无限苦恼，这学期博士英语期末考试还愁死了不少细胞。英语复习上我花费较多时间，买了本考博英语全项指导，每种题型反复训练，手机APP、什么词汇10000例一起上，哎呀，你懂的，苦不堪言。

专业课一般都是四道题，要你写到手抽筋。专业课除了参考书(有些学校出自参考书的题目多点，有些少点)，还真是得考你底子，所以平时一书不看的人，纯背书的人，会有一定压力和难度。没有什么诀窍，就是多花时间读、学、思。

考博是件苦事，亦为一件乐事。成功了自然欢天喜地，失败了其间亦是收获多多。时间总会不经意悄然过去，待到回头时发现我们还是努力了一些东西，也许有一天我们也可以所谓自豪说，我们把时间浪费在了有意义的事情上。
