As is known to all , The 21st century is the century of talents’ outbreak. It is a highly competitive age. but if you want to obtain a successful career, it relys on not only the practical ability of outstanding individuals, but also good relationships. Therefore, our view is that relationship is more important than the practical ability for a successful career. Here we described the following four aspects. First, as the development of the times, everyone should be raised to their real ability, but the single person's capacity is limited. A person's success, 85% attributed to his personal connections. Seemingly fortune to come, in fact, mostly the result of hard work,contacts. Second, we live in a certain social group among the people. Member of opposition I don’t agree to criminalize the payment of ransom. Now I will give my two reasons of my idea. The first reason is, paying the ransom is the kidnapper’s idea, while the payer is innocent, not the one to be blame. How can we criminalize the people who are forced to pay the ransom for the sake of their family member’s safety? What if the kidnapper kills the victim? Compared with money, apparently, people’s lives are much more important. When the police can arrest the terrorist in time, the payers will surely not worry about anything, but if the police fail, paying the ransom is the only choice for the payers. In this case, they don’t have any guilt, and there isn’t a proper reason to criminalize them at all. If paying ransom is criminalized, it will cause some bad effects. When faced with the case of blackmail, people will be in a dilemma. In one hand, paying the ransom will be regarded as crime; on the other hand, the terrorist is keeping the hostage in dangerous all the time. This is unfair for them, especially when police can’t arrest the criminal in time. But what is law for?
