一、 Teaching goals

1. Knowledge objects:

A. All the students can remember and use the new words: prepare, exam, flu, goto the doctor.

B. Most sudents can master the phrases:prepare for an exam, help my parents, meet my friend, on Saturday afternoon.

C. Many students can master the sentence patterns: Can you come to my party?

Sure, I'd love to./ Sorry, I can't. I have to prepare for an exam.

2. Ability objects:

A. Students can use "can" to make an invitation and give it an proper reply.

B. Students can improve the avilities of working in pairs and communication skills.

3. Emotional ovjects:

A. Students will be polite to make/refuse/accept the invitation.

B. Students can improve the confidence of learning English.

C. Students are able to cooperate with others actively, cherish the friendship with students and with the teacher.

二、Teaching important and difficult points

1. Teaching important points are to use the knowledge that we have learnt in this class to make, accept andrefuse the invitation.

2. Teaching difficult points are to decline the invatation politely.

三、 Teaching methods:

situational method, communicative teaching method, vedio-visual teaching method, task-based teaching method, 混合式数字化教学手段。

自主学习,合作探究微课(micro-course), pairwork, groupwork.

五、Teaching procedure

Step1.自学检测,游戏展示。

1. Teacher checks the new words.

用到的游戏是记忆大转盘,根据箭头指向的汉语说出英语短语,学生抢答争夺课堂明星.

purpose(设计意图):By the hot competition to catch students interest and activeness.

2. 检查学生在课外观看微课,自主学习的信息反馈表。

purpose(设计意图):Master the students' difficulties.

Step2. Lead in (make ,accept the invitation)

1. what do you do on Sunday?

2. Show a picture of myh daughter in the screen.

T:Who is she?

Ss:Coco.

T:Yes. Next Sunday is her birthday, can you come to her party?

Ss: Yes, I'd love.

Purpose: Arouse their interest and writ down the topic.

3.Decline an invitation.

Ask another student who is going to help her parents, "Can you come to myh party?"I help him to get the right way to answer it.

"I'm sorry, I have to help my parents."

4. If you can't come to my party, you can give me dialogue in pairs.

Purpose:This step aims to make Ss master the target language and master some important phrases.

Step3. Listening practice.

Boys and girls, so many students can't come to my party, now, let's do the listening, and find who can't come to the party, and the reason.After listening, check the answers in the screen.

Purpose: Develop students' listening skills.

Step4.合作探究Group work

Ask all the students in you r group,“Can you come to the teacher's party?” Make a survey .Then do a report like this :Li hua can come to the party but Meimei can't come to the party, she has...

评出最美小组。
