20xx年08月01日星期三

这个暑假，我得到一个难得的机会，那就是在一家服装有限公司的外贸部做一名翻译助理的实习机会。到目前为止，我尝试过英语老师，服装导购，餐厅服务员等工作，不过，对于英语专业的我而言，公司翻译助理，无疑是最理想的，所以，我分外珍惜。

今天是实习的第一天，难免有些紧张，一直以来，学习的都是书本知识，虽然参加过商务英语的考核，但毕竟没有真正的实践过，我不知道其他实习生是怎样开始他们的外贸实习的，对我来说，第一天，既新奇又忐忑。因为是实习生的缘故，今天我并没有真正意义上的实习，只是认识了外贸部的同事，前辈等，早上半天就是在认人，下午，也紧紧是端茶递水，帮忙整理文件，看公司的资料，没有翻译任务。不过，对于我而言，已经是一个很大的挑战和机遇了，临近下班，部长将我叫到办公室，对于第一天我的表现进行了点评，他认为我还不够放开，没有真正在外贸部，仅仅当自己是实习生，而不是正式员工，而部长的要求则是，不论何时，既然到了公司，那么就是公司的一员，不管是实习生还是正式员工。这也让我有了一个认知，那就是企业是我们自己的，我们是主人。

有了前一天的认识，和部长的提点，第二天我明显更投入，虽然依旧和第一

天一样，只是简单的看公司翻译过的文件，和整理前辈所需要的材料，不过，已经受益匪浅了，在整理文件中，我发现，平时书本上的知识，是那么局限，很多时候，在商务英语中，我们运用到的都是我们之前忽略的，即使是外贸英语函电，这看似很实用的课程，真正在运用实践的时候，还是欠缺点什么，一时间我也很难说出，就是觉得在实践里，果然博大精深。一天下来，跟在一些前辈后面，学到的不仅是书本上没有的，还有为人处世的道理，待人接物，跟同辈或者晚辈，或者客户，或者消费者交流有什么区别，虽然只是接触第二天，而我跟的一个前辈也仅仅是带我与其他前辈交流，但是，我已感觉，那是多么的复杂。

第三天了，慢慢的一些事物开始上手，不需要别人的指点，我知道作为晚辈，更是一名实习生，早上我会为前辈们倒好茶，讲办公室卫生弄好，虽然看起来有点假，或者作，但是，作为职场新人的我，在接受了家长的教育，和前辈的关照，这点意识还是有的。

今天是全新的一天，在接触到真正意义上的社会的我来说，这又是一个挑战。因为，今天，我跟着前辈，去接待客户了，虽然只是在一旁记录，会议内容，不发表任何言论，但是，也够我一天消化的了。这是一个原本洽谈好的合作项目，服装是远销美国的，但是对方公司在技术上有一定的要求，对方由于还处于金融危机中，销售前景不容乐观，但是合约是之前就洽谈好的，现在对方要求减少产量，这对公司来说，是不好的消息。这是因为如此，外贸部的翻译人员在这次洽谈中起着重要作用，听着前辈流利的交流着，同时把公司的意思转达，我突然觉

得，前辈是那么的伟大，正是因为有她，这次的合作没有终止，而产量也没有减少，这对于我们来说，是一大喜讯。而回到公司，部长也表扬了翻译员，正是她在此次谈判中，据理力争，为公司取得了最大的利益。

临近下班，我收到双休日休息的通知，这对于连续工作了3天的我而言，是天大的喜讯，正好休息了，为下周继续努力。

20xx年08月6日星期一

新的一周，经过2天的休整，同时更加投入工作之中。对于上周的合同，在洽谈完成后，合同的修订也是重要项目，而翻译员在这中间，需要把关，不仅传递着信息，也承担着任务。

早上半天，都在整理合同相关规定的条例，不能有任何法律上的缺失，虽说我是新手，但是前辈还是手把手的教我，让我先看经济法中的合同法，把其中与本次相关的内容摘要下来，直到中午吃饭，我还在奋斗中。

下午更是好好学习和实践的时候，在把相关资料整理后，拿给翻译员，看着他们讨论，以及如何翻译的更正规，虽然只是短短2个小时，可是，讨论过程相当激烈，结果也相当满意，那份合同也通过了主任的认可，交给了部长。这天下来，我深刻明白了，身体是革命的本钱，因为大家都为了工作，废寝忘食。

昨天的合同刚刚完成，今天又有了新的任务，这连轴转的工作，还是有点吃不消，可是一想到，这是我最期待的工作，也就没那么放松了，也紧绷着那根弦。虽然还没有直接接触翻译，只是帮着前辈打下手，已经受益匪浅，不过前辈觉得，虽然我只是实习半个月，还是尽心尽力的教我，所以每一步都比正式员工来的紧凑。今天，我就拿到一份，美国合作公司发过来的传真，要求我们的服装技术做到，而翻译工作，前辈也给了我一个机会，让我尝试着翻译，一整天，都沉浸在专业名词中，包括门襟，袖口，肩宽等服装名词，好在之前有接触，翻译起来还是顺利，不过，在拿给前辈修改的时候，才发现，自己是多么的不知天高地厚，跟他们一比，是那么的渺小，不过，我没有气馁，明天继续修改翻译传真。

经过昨天的教训，而且也实习了一个星期了，我暗暗下决心，一定要把这份传真搞定。经过半天的努力，查找了很多资料，也翻看了公司以前的记录，把相关的翻译资料拿出来对比，我按照书本上标准的词汇翻译，但是很多地方不符合公司的翻译习惯，这就造成了理解不用，所以，我根据公司的要求，再改了一遍，重新翻译过后，拿去给前辈检查，虽然她看见我的翻译眼前一亮，但是她还是很负责的跟我重新解释了一遍，我的一些语法错误，和习惯用语，作为一名在实务工作中工作了好多年的前辈，的确有很多我可以学习的地方，一直以来我的语法就不是很扎实，可是经过前辈的点拨，我发现自己进步的空间很大，同时也把前辈当做学习的榜样，虽然公司的高人还是很多，不过暂时前辈就是我的楷模。

今天和以往一样，只是简单的整理文件，而经过这一个多星期的磨练，我也对自己的实习情况也做了一些总结。作为实习生来说，要学的东西很多，要做的琐事也很多。我在实习的这段时间，每天都很充实，也让我体验到一种与之前不一样的生活，我的生命中多了一种经历。多一种经历，也就多了一种生活经验，哪怕现在用不到，我相信在不远的将来也会显示出它的重要性和好处。这次实习，主要跟着翻译前辈学习，通过整理文件，翻译传真，记录会议，接触洽谈等事情，让我对实物贸易有了一个感性的认识，针对不会的或者不懂的问题会查找资料，请教前辈，并将书本上学习的知识运用到实践，使我对外贸翻译这个岗位有了更深的理解。回想实习这么多天，每天都会有些小错误，前辈们的包容，和自我的改正，使我比以前有了更强的适应能力，不再害怕面对错误和失败。现在我都宗旨是，不怕出错，就怕错了不改，只有用心做，用心感受，每天都会有收获。

又是一个星期五，一个星期转眼就过去了。由于之前合同顺利的签订，外贸部为了庆祝，决定晚上聚餐，虽然我只是实习生，前辈还是带我前去了。经过一个多星期的相处，我发现大家都是工作“争锋相对”，生活上都是和睦相处的，不排除有些勾心斗角，可是在我看来，这也是正常的，所幸这次聚会没有那些个不合群的，只有和前辈关系比较好的，因为外贸部分了几组，每组有自己的任务和客户。看着相处融洽的众人，发现原来职场并不是以前那般认为的龌龊，还是有好的一面，工作上，大家为了更好地完成任务，八仙过海各显神通，私下里大

家都是80,90的年轻人，都有着自己的交际圈，虽然偶有嫌罅，不过总体还是很好的，这也更让我期待以后的工作环境，能够找到一帮一起工作的好友。
