Jane Eyre's parents were both dead, she lives with Mrs Reed, her aunt.The life is miserable,she was always scolded by Mrs Reed who hate her.her cousin John hated her,she was use to his bullying.But she can't stand it so resisted https://www.sodocs.net/doc/598013347.html,st,she was punished and locked in Red house.Then she was ill Dr Lloyd took care of her ,the nursemaid Bessie kept her company;which make her comfortable.Next Mrs Reed send her to Lowood School,She meet a girl ,Helen Burns They have common interest in reading .They became good friends.And Miss Temple ,the headmistress think Jane is a good girl ,though Mr Brocklehurst was told by Mrs Reed that Jane is a bad girl."life is too short to continue hating anyone for a long time .We all have faults,but the time will come soon when we die, when our wickeness will pass away with our bodies,leaving only pure flame of the spirit"(44-45). She learned to like school and forgive anyone who hurt her.As spring approached.However there was fear and death inside the school because of typhus.While Helen was dead with tuberculosis ,she believe that heaven existed so she dead in peace.She stayed for eight years
,for the last two as a teacher.After Miss Temple married ,she realized she never known any other world apart from Lowood or Gateshead so she wanted freedom or something new .So she
advertised in a newspaper for a job as a governess at Rochester’s manor house Thornfield,She meet Mrs Fairfax the housekeeper of Thornfield .Her pupil was a girl called Adele,the daughter of Mr Rochester.Mr Rochester is the master of Thornfield,who is a little peculiar not handsome.One night Jane help him when his horse slipped and fell on the ice ,at that time Jane didn't know him. From that moment on, they learned each other ."'Don't you think I have the right to command you?' 'No, sir,not just because you're older and experienced than me.You would have the right only if you 'd made good use of life'."（86）Jane is special and honest."We are equal in the sight of God."（162）She has independent character.Mr Rochester admired her character.Gradually they fall in love with each other.But they faced lots of difficulties .While Jane learned John Reed spent and wasted all his money been in debt last he killed himself ,meanwhile Mrs Reed fallen ill because of worry him so much.Before her death she want to see Jane .Finally she showed Jane her uncle John Eyre's letter . Let Jane knew she has a uncle who wants Jane to inherit all his property when he die.She didn't care of money but her relatives aunt ,uncle.After Mrs Reed dead Jane back to Thornfield. Mr Rochesteris and Jane went though lots of setback.At least they decided to get married.On the wedding,a lawyer told them Mr Rochesteris married Bertha Mason in the West Indies fifteen years ago,her wife is still alive.At last Mr Rochesteris told the truth:when he was young his father ask him to marry Bertha Mason,because her family is rich,but he didn't know her madness.She is violent and mad.Now she is locked in the top floor.Jane left Thornfield for somewhere no one know her.She arrive at Moor House,she met Diana River, Marry River and St. John River（brother of Diana and Marry ,and vicar of Morton）.They saved Jane who was tired and hopeless ,prepared to die. They were kind.St. John gave Jane a job as a schoolteacher.To everyone's surprise
,They are Jane's cousins .St. John learned this news though newspaper: uncle John Eyre dead ,he is finding Jane.Jane was happy because she not alone ,she has relatives. So divided the money into four parts. They got on well with each other. Jane and Mr Rochesteris still love each other. The novel’s climax comes after Jane receives her second marriage proposal of the novel—this time from St.John Rivers,who asks Jane to accompany him to India as his wife and fellow missionary.Jane considers the proposal,even though she knows that marrying St.John would mean the death of her emotional life.She is on the verge of accepting when she hears Rocheste r’s voice supernaturally calling her name from across the heath and knows that she must return to him.She can retain her dignity in doing so because she has proven to herself that she is not a slave to passion.The ending, after Jane hears Rochester’s call to her from across the heath,she returns to Thornfield and finds it burned to the ground.She learns that Bertha Mason set the fire and died in the flames; Rochester is now living at his home in Ferndean.Jane goes to him there,rebuilds her relationship with the somewhat humbled Rochester,and marries him.She claims to enjoy perfect equality in her marriage.

describes Mrs Reed"What? Cried Mrs Reed,her old grey eyes full of fear ,staring at me as if l were a ghost."that let us see a cruel evil and cold aunt."before I die I must confess what I've done wrong. First, l broke my promise to my husband about you and second－' she broke off .'After all perhaps I needn't to tell her.'she said to herself,and then ,No, it's no good ,I know I'm dying. Jane is independent and has her own thought.When Jane knew Mr Rochesteris got married with a mad woman who like animal,Jane still love him but his wife is alive."I will lobe you and live with you through life until death !' My hand moved towards the handle. But I stopped myself , and went miserably downstairs and out the house.I hate myself for wounding him ,and for perhaps diving him to a life of wickedness,or even death." But somehow I made myself keep walking,and when a coach past ,I arranged to travel on it as far as my money would pay for.Inside the caoch I cried the bitterest tears of my life.（202）Jane's moral action tell us she is facing with choosing love or moral.At present we also face that choice.On the one hand the thing is we like,On the other hand it will breake the code of ethics .Such as mistresses,though they love each other but it breake the code of ethics and law.l am impressed with Jane's character.The spirit of resistance :resisting John's bully.Independence: When she got help from River 's family she wanted to became independent again not still rely on them.Kindnes :Forgiving all people who ever hurt her （her aunt）,helping stranger at night （Mr Rochesteris ),loving Mr Rochesteris though he was lost his sight.I kown a girl want to others to respect her ,we must have our own thought , independent on economy.So l have to read more books and think more .The most important is that learning more usefull skills.That will help us more self-confidence and more beautiful.

J ane Eyre not only tells us a story of love, as a remarkable book it teach us to be more rational .It give us power to face setcomes ,to resist vicious power.
