Good morning!It's my honor to stand here and give you a short speech.When it comes to succe ss,different people have different opinions about what makes it come true.From my point of vie w,I think challenges are one of the most important factors that contribute to success.

Firstly,challenging new things helps broaden our horizons.We can meet all kinds of people and learn about different lives.Also,trying something new will be valuable and precious experiences. After seeing the wider world,we can get some brand new viewpoints and thinking about the world.

Secondly,challenge what we don't like.On the one hand,there are many things we don’t like but should do.We can't just choose things according to our own preferences and must try to make it.On the other hand,we may find the fun among them.Things may be different from what we think they are.

Besides,challenge ourselves can help us find a new self. life’s challenges are not supposed to prevent us from advancing,they are supposed to help us discover who we are.After challenging ourselves again and again,we can also improve ourselves.

I once read that successful people never see problems,only challenges.Thank for each new challenge that build our strength and character,they laid the foundation for our future.
