Once I begin this extraordinary book ,I can't put it down.It is so much more than a gipping suspense thriller.Dan Brown takes me beyong the main plot and leads me in the quest of the Holy Grail.It is full of brain-teasing puzzles and fascinating insights into religious history and art.It is mainly discussed the question about what I really believe in.
In a silent hall of Le Louvre
Museum,a murder happened.It reveals a sinister plot and uncovers a secret.The victim named Jacques is the curator of Le Louvre Museum on the surface.But he has dual identities,he is also the leader of the Priory of Sion.The mysterious organization have protected the shocking secret about Jesus for several centuries.Jacques manages to leave clues at the scene in the moments before his death.Only his granddaughter Sophie Neveu ,a noted cryptographer and Robert Langdon ,a famous symbologist can make the sercet visible.Then the two set foot on the road of the truth.
The most important clue in the book is the Holy Grail.The Holy Grail isn't a real cup,but a woman named Mary Magdalene who is Jesus's wife.The
statement that she is a whore is to hide their true relationship and inhibit female worship .The church tries its best to erase the evidences that he is a man instead of god.For many ages ,lots of people die for the question whether Jesus is a man or not.
In my opinion,Jesus is great enough to be the soul of Christianity.With the passage of time,he becomes more and more divine through the beautification of later generations.what I say doesn't slander Jesus at all.God isn't a kind of absolute existence in the world.Ancient people fantasy god because they can't explain many natural phenomenon.So for me,Jesus is a man.
The Da Vinci Code gives us a fresh new recognition of God and makes us think carefully about what we really believe in.
