Last year, my mother was bitten by a stray dog. Last month, eight people in Chaoyang District, Beijing were also bitten by a stray dog. In recent years, the stray dogs often attack human beings, and I noticed that there are so many stray dogs on our campus, so we must pay attention to the problem of stray dogs. Absolutely the way to kill all the stray dogs is not feasible. What we should do is to reduce the number of stray dogs and to manage the existing stray dogs.

Firstly, we must know where stray dogs come from and then Formulate measures to reduce the number of them.（ideal）A survey from Wuhan University suggests that one of the biggest sources is the abandonment of the host for economic reason, moving or the dog's ugly appearance or illness, and the over reproduction. The other reason is the natural reproduction of stray dogs. As mentioned above, the direct or indirect participation of human beings is the main reason of the generation of stray dogs.

Secondly, we should clarify the danger of stray dogs, and then formulate effective preventive measures.（ideal）On the one hand, the stray dogs roam around the city, so that they will seriously affect the urban environment. On the other hand, stray dogs are easy to host viruses and bacteria for living in filthy environments, such as rabies. Therefore, once a person is bitten, they may have the danger to loss of life.

In the end, what should we do? The first is to improve animal protection laws to clear rights and responsibilities, for example the owner must give the dog a birth

control and vaccination, etc. The second is to establish a stray dog shelter providing professional management. The third is to strengthen education so that people can understand the living conditions of stray dogs and their harmfulness.

All in all, human inappropriate behavior cause the appearance of stray dogs, and stray dogs revenge humans by biting us. This is a vicious cycle. We can only solve the problem by reducing and managing stray dogs, so that we can live better.
