考试后的心得体会范文 【篇一】 22号最后一门考试终于结束了，我紧绷的神经也终于松了下来，而接下来的将是程序答辩。说来答辩是在15号开始的，但是期间我们还有2门考试所以都把它压后到了22号才开始作。怎么说呢，课设我作的还是相当顺利，一来我认真，二来嘛我还是有一点小聪明的，可是我的两位好友可就不怎么顺利了。虽然我尽力来帮助他们了，一句话我一年学的东西怎么可能让他们两天里掌握呢? 大学里考试与高中不同，学期末考试可以持续一个多月，有时还没有考完之前考的几门成绩就出来。看到我的电模与离散的成绩时，我的心里有几丝难过。也许在旁人看来我的成绩不错都九十几分，而当我看到我不是最高分时心中的失落是无法用语言形容的。我也知道人是不可能永远第一的，但是接受现实我还是需要时间来平复我的心。平心而论，这次的考试我发挥的并好，我明白大学考试60分万岁，但是真正了解我的人是知道的我的好胜心强事事都想做到最好。妈妈曾说过这种性格好也不好：好就在于我有做任何事情精益求精的韧劲，不好也在于这韧劲，因为我对事认真那么我对做完事之后的期待值会更高，如果达不到我的期待值我的情绪就会莫名的失落，这就是妈妈为我担心的主要原因了。 我知道这是我的死穴，可是我不后悔有这样的优缺点，因为我知道只要我有动力，能力，精力做好我想做的，那就算是失败我也无怨无悔。那些说我不知足的人他们根本不会知道我的付出是多么的艰辛，多么的辛苦，才的到这么一定点儿的成绩，如果他们也付出了这么多的努力，他们还会说我不满足吗?还会说我的野心大吗?他们根本没有资格这么说我，因为没做过农活的人不知道珍惜粮食，没有辛勤劳动的人怎么会体味劳动的艰辛。他们只是寄生虫，寄生在别的生物体内的低等动物。如果他们寄生的生物不存在了，那他们的“死期”也就为期不远了。对于他们，我很同情，也很怜悯。我知道其实他们也不愿这样，只不过人是有惰性的动物，人是一种没有恒心的动物。只要他在一种环境中经历了他不能承受的挫折，足够使一个人灰心丧气的挫折，那么这个人就会认命，自怨自艾，听天由命，丧失斗志。值得庆幸我不是这种人! 【篇二】 通过这次考试及之后的培训，让我看清了自己的不足。在没有考试之前，总以为自己工作已经做得得心应手，考试应该没什么问题。不考不知道，一考吓一跳，经过这么一考才发现本身存在的问题，工作做起来是都会做的，但是让自己以书面的的形式表达出来却词不达意，不知如何描述了。 就拿第一道试题来说吧，怎样才能让自己一天的工作顺利而有序的完成呢?其实工作都快一年，每天的工作都在进行，完成的也都不错。可是让我说我却说不出来自己是怎样干的。经过主管培训，提出她个人的想法，才恍然大悟，哦，原来是这样，平时我们也是这样做的啊。介就是不知如何表达出来，首先从工作环境说起，其实我每天来到公司后的第一件事就是打扫卫生，让大家都有一个良好的工作环境，这也是工作的一个前提条件。我是实实在在的做了，却写不出来。这样问题就出现了，语言表达能力不强，平时积累不够，认识问题不够深刻，考虑问题不够全面，在回答问题时根本就没往这方面想。在以后的工作中我应该如何做才能弥补我这些不足之处的?针对这些问题我把以后的学习方向定位在以下几点：第一、平时多看、多听、多写然后做记录，以平时多积累知识来充实自己，以此来提高自己的语言表达能力及写作能力。第二、在认识问题方面，多问、多想、多总结，多方面去考虑问题，学会换位思考，然后把平时想到的、做到的有意义的地方记录下来，然后经常看看，以后如再发生类似的事情也好知道该从哪方面着手去解决。第三、熟知公司的各项规章制度，严格按照公司制度执行，同时也感染同事自觉遵守公司的各项规定。让大家的工作都顺利而有序的完成。其次，从工作计划与工作总结方面谈起，在这方面我
