First of all ,I would like to ask you how many times do you exercise every week? Or when was the last time that you took a more-than-30-min exercise? It seems that only a small number of us exercise regularly when we are fed up with piles of work and assignments.

However, you may notice you get tired easily, feel sleepy when working or studying, havea bad appetite and so on. If so, your body is giving you warnings! Scientific studies have found out that regular exercise can reduce the risk of heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, cancer and many other diseases you can name up.What is more, ones exercising regularly is likely to have a long lifespan than those never exercising, or exercising irregularly.A longer lifespan and a better life quality, how could you resist the temptation of those benefits?

But things do not stop here.Exercising regularly can also help improve our intelligence. A recent study shows that our brain will produce a special chemical when we are doing exercises. It is this chemical that can help us memorize and think logically.To be specific, regular exercise can improve our efficiency of working and studying by 40 percent. 6 hours needed with 1 hour’s exercise and 10 hours needed without exercise, everyone is the best analyst to deal with this issue.

Regular exercise has shown its magic on our physical condition. But what will happen when it comes to the mental aspect?You’ve already been stressed and desperate from your daily assignments and feel like escaping from it for a little while. Then regular exercise is one of the best choices. Jogging, yoga, tennis, pick any one you would like to engage in. you will feel definitely refreshed after hours of sweat. Believe it or not, your self-esteem and self-confidence is likely to see a considerable rise after doing so. At least, you are inclined to get rid of your nightmares-the rising reading on your weighing machine.

Please do not make any excuse saying you are too occupied to do any sports when BarackObama, one of the busiest men in the world spends two hours running every day.

To get into your new business, here are some suggestions.First ,don’t push yourself too hard at the very beginning, just take small steps. Second, do what you like the most. Last but not the least, perseverance is the soul. Exercise takes no effect, Ifyou only exercise when you think it up.
