如何提高英语教师的口语素养

当前，英语教师的口语素养在英语教学的课堂上变得越来越严重。一位名师一开口，流利纯正的英语，立刻能吸引听课的每一位老师，反之，即使你的课上得再好，教学设计理念新奇，但教师的英语口语不纯、不准，相信听者都会在心底里为之推敲：这能不能算是一节好课。

英语教师的口语素养是教师的最基本素养之一，其口语水平的凹凸在很大程度上能影响所教学生的英语口语能力，常常走进教室听学生集体朗读的语音语调就能听出是哪位老师所任教的学生，因此就更显现出教师口语素养在教学过程中的严重性了。

但是，面对在校期间的现状：早上几乎每天都要进班早读，平时要忙于备课、上课、反思、批改作业、辅导后进生等一系列教学工作，在上班时间内已很少能挤出时间学习英语口语。这就需要英语教师们挤时间，象挤海绵里的水一样，让每分每秒都能发挥它的功效。

譬如在学生读书的时候，教师也可以和学生们一起，模仿教材配套录音的语音语调；在学生完成听力的时候，模仿听力材料中人物的对话。只要做个有心人，身边也能找到可学的素材。

当然，在学校里充电的时间是无限的，利用自己的业余时间，才能更好地、有系统性地进行口语训练，准备一本教材、相关的语音材料以及制定相应的计划并按照其严格执行，我想，这样才能在循序渐进的过程中得到成长。

前几年，每年暑假期间，学校都为英语组的教师提供平台，参加了市里组织的英语口语培训。在培训过后的短期时间内，教师的口语水平也都得到了相应的提高，这得益于外教以及所给予的很好的英语语言学习环境。但同时也提醒我们：英语口语素养需要在不断地学习中才会得以提高，否则将不进则退。

英语教师结合自身的口语学习计划以及以往的学习经验，也会有各自的想法，但我想，英语学习最严重的就是坚持，如果有一份信心，有一份毅力，相信，洋腔洋调的口语将很快在课堂上萦绕。

课堂教学用语是教师组织课堂教学活动时所使用的语言，是成功课堂教学的保证之一。教师课堂教学语言的质量在某种意义上是教师基本素质的缩影。教师在使用课堂教学用语时应注意使用策略，要注意体现“人本性”，注重学生的情感因素。 教师的课堂教学用语从教学功能上可分为五大类：（招呼/问候语，提问语，反馈语，指示/演示语，告别语） 1．招呼/问候语 教师的课堂教学实际上从其走进教室的那一刻起就开始了。A good beginning makes a good ending. 一个好的开端对于一堂课来说非常重要。教师主动、友好地同学生打招呼，不仅可以唤起学生的注意力，使其为开始上课作好准备，还可以创造一个平等、和谐、愉快的学习氛围, 以保证课堂教学的顺利进行。 参考用语： ●Hi! 古今中外教育家谈“教师口语" ： 苏霍姆林斯基：教师得语言修养在很大程度上决定着学生在课堂上得脑力劳动效率。 叶圣陶：凡就是当教师得人绝无例外地要学好语言，才能作好教育工作与教学工作。 二、新授 （一)口语与教师口语 口语:就就是通常所说得口头语言。口语有一般口语与专业口语之分。教师口 语：就是指教师在从事教育教学活动得过程中所使用得专业口头用语,它就是教师进行教育教学活动得最基本、最重要得手段，就是教师得劳动工具。 （二）学习教师口语得重要性。 ⒈能有效地提高教育教学得效率与质量. ⒉能有效地激发学生得思维力与创造力。 ⒊能给学生学习语言提供示范。使每一节课成为言语训练课。 ⒋能使师生关系更加与谐。 第二课时 （三）教师口语得基本要求。 同其她行业与职业所使用得语言相比,教师语言有以下几个方面得基本要求:⒈规范性,⒉科学性，⒊针对性(可接受性），4、鼓励性，5教育性，６、生动性，7儿童性。 ⒈规范性 教师为人师表,因此，教师得语言必须具有规范性,以期产生语言得正面示范效应。教师语言规范,包括语音规范、词汇规范、语法规范几个方面。语音规范要求使用普通话标准音，做到发音清晰、吐字准确。词汇规范就是指不用方言词,杜绝生造词，如不把“母猪”说成“猪娘”，“抽屉”说成“桌板底”等等。语法规范就是指力求避免成分残缺、搭配不当、词类误用、语序失调等不规范现象。如不把“请坐下”说成“请坐起来”,“您先走” 说成“您走先”等等。 ⒉科学性 不同学科得教学，都有各自不同得知识领域与知识系统。讲授不同得学科,就要使用不同得所规定得不同术语、概念。
