1. 溫柔的音樂，艷陽天的午後，單調的蟲鳴鳥叫聲。愛麗絲坐舞台中央看著書。

樹精靈從樹後面，往前張望著，有時從這棵樹後偷偷地跑到另一棵樹後面。

2. 愛麗絲慢慢站起來，揉揉雙眼，伸個懶腰，打個哈欠，一邊說著。

Alice : Ah～～I am sleepy. A walk will help.

(愛麗絲隨意走一走，摘著花。樹精靈從樹後面走出來，排成一隊。)

Elves : (按著節奏唸朗詩)

(此時一隻兔子匆匆忙忙走出來，胸前掛著一付眼鏡，手上拖著一個大大的錶，走到舞台中央。)

(說完，認真地拿起眼鏡來看手中的錶。)

Elves : (齊唸朗詩) He is late. He is late.

Rabbit : (搖搖頭，嘆口氣) Better run! (匆匆跑下台。)

Soldiers : Here come the Queen and the King.

(隆重的出場樂。紙牌王后與國王出場，坐上寶座。衛兵列隊分侍兩旁。) Queen : What day is today?

Soldiers A : (大聲說) It’s Friday.

Soldiers B : (大聲說) No, it’s Wednesday.

King : (起立說) No, no, no. It’s Saturday.

Queen : (站起來，手一攤，生氣地說) What? Nobody knows?

Elves : (手牽手排一排，從舞台前面走過去，邊走邊唸朗詩)

(站在舞台中央。每唸一個日子，小精靈們輪流蹲一下。)

Alice : (兩位紙牌衛兵上前去捉住愛麗絲，愛麗絲掙扎了一下。) Let me go. I am a good girl. I am a good girl.

Queen : Really? Let’s check. Soldiers!

Soldiers : Yes, Ma’am! (另兩位衛兵下去。)

Elves : (手牽手排一排，從舞台前面走過去，邊走邊唸朗詩。)

Rabbit : Yes. (拿出一大張捲著的紙張，好像公布事情一般朗誦。)

Alice : (從Soldier 1手中拿起紅色卡示人) Red!

All : NO! (一個重擊的響聲。Soldier 2拿起第一張答案卡，上面畫有棕色的花。) They are brown.

Rabbit : What color are the leaves?

Alice : (從Soldier 1 手中拿起綠色卡示人) Green!

All : NO! (一個重擊的響聲。Soldier 2拿起第二張答案卡，上面畫有藍色的樹葉。) They are blue.

Rabbit : What color are the skies?

Alice : (從Soldier 1 手中拿起藍色卡示人) Blue!

(全場歸於寂靜後，愛麗絲爬起身來，揉揉雙眼，伸個懶腰，打個哈欠，再東張西望。)

Alice : Ah! It’s a dream. A funny dream. Haha! (高興地蹦跳著下台，走了兩步，然後停下來，看著地上。)

What is this? (疑惑地彎腰撿起一片A4大小的藍色的樹葉來。)

A blue leaf? (再東張西望一下，然後看著觀眾問。)

Where am I now?

(怪異的、熱鬧的音樂響起，所有的角色再度出場，排成一排或兩排，鞠躬、謝幕、退場。)

She went to a stupid trial .The Queen was angry with Alice and want ed to cut off her head. A lice fought them and then she waked up. She just made a dream.
