Use Directions

As soon as possible after the cargo has been discharged, the tanks should be flushed with cold water to prevent polymerization and evaporation of the lighter oil fractions.

Whenever possible, the cleaning solution should be heated to 30-80℃.

However, the polymerizing nature of some natural oils may demand lower cleaning temperature.

The most economical method of using LOW TEMPERATURE CLEANER is by direct injection followed by recirculaion washing, using tank cleaning machine.

If this method is not possible, other conventional methods such as separate rate direct injection, recirculation, or hand spraying provide acceptable options.

使用方法

通常清洗

本产品适用于各种类型的清洗及去脂，可以通过刷、手喷或者用于超声波清洗槽、浸洗槽和高压、

低压冲洗设备。根据污垢轻重，可以选择使用原液直至1~5%的水稀释液。

当用于机舱清洗剂时，必须保证至少有3小时舱底油污分离时间，然后再通过油水分离器。 储罐清洗

用于储罐在运输矿物油、动物、鱼及植物油后的清洗。 在用石油溶剂型清洗剂清洗后，可使用本产品除去溶剂。

推荐用量

1） 直接喷射法用于储罐清洗机。所需用量为1 -5%溶液。（1-5升/吨清洗水） 2） 循环清洗法。使用浓度在1-3%（每吨水加入1-3升）。此溶液可以反复使用直至不再有效。 3） 直接用于污点处。可以直接手喷原液或5份水的稀释液，使其保持20-30分钟，然后用水冲洗。 将清洗液加热到40~60℃可以获得最佳的清洗效果。

本产品可以用于清洗大多数储罐的涂层。如果对此存在疑问，请在使用前在小面积涂层上进行测试。 注意事项

General Cleaning

CABIN CLEANER can be used for all types of cleaning and degreasing and may be applied by brush, hand spray or used in ultra sonic cleaning tanks, immersion soak tanks and high and low pressure spray appliances. Can be used neat or diluted by up to 15 parts of water according to the amount of soil.

After use as an engine room detergent, bilge slops must be allowed to separate for at least 3 hours before passing through an oil water separator. Tank Cleaning

Use for tank cleaning after mineral, animal, fish and vegetable oils.

Use for Hydrocarbon freeing after cleaning with hydrocarbon solvent cleaners.

Dosage

1) Direct injection method into tank wash machines: 1-5% solution. (1-5Liters per ton wash

water).

2) Recirculation method: 1-3% (1-3 Liters per ton wash water). This solution can be re-used

until no longer effective.

3) Spot cleaning: neat or 20% dilutions by hand spray. Left for about 20-30 minutes before

washing off with water.

The best results will be obtained when wash water is heated to 40-60℃.

Can be used to clean the majority of properly applied tank coating. If in doubt, test the detergent on a small area of tank coating at first.

使用方法 本产品是专为清洁装运燃油的双层油柜、深舱、边舱等。它亦可用于清洗机房、甲板和机械部

件。

浸泡法：

将要清洗的零件放入本产品溶液槽内。对油污较重的部份使用未稀释溶液，对中等和轻度油污的部份，可采用10~30%的稀释溶液浸泡至少30分钟。然后用高压水冲洗，对难溶部份需要用刷洗帮助清洗。

摇晃法：

1、 航行中清洗双层油柜可采用摇晃法，一般清洗时间不少于五天。

2、 将需清洗的油舱的剩余燃油加热清舱。

3、 用海水不断的冲洗油舱。

4、 冲洗后，关闭所有通往机房的抽水阀和排放阀。

5、

从测量管或人孔加入本产品，以100立升水用0.5至1立升浓度的本产品，以75~80%舱容量计算总投药量。

6、 加入25%容量的海水，并升温至60℃以上，再保持此温度24小时

7、 再加入海水至舱容量75~80%保持60℃以上48~72小时。

8、 排放并冲洗油舱，然后加入50~60%容量的海水，清洁约2小时。

9、 将油舱内的水全部排放，再用海水一边冲洗一边排放约2小时。完成后，从人孔处检查油舱，以

确定是否需要第二次清洗。

10、 如果是第二次清洗,将本产品通过测量管投入舱内，并加入75~80%容量的海水，然后升温至60℃

以上，保持此温度约48~72小时，在平静的海洋里，让舱内的污水全部排放，再用海水一边冲洗一边排放，维持这过程2小时。

11、 排除气体，使油舱装满海水直至从排气管和测量管溢出为止，排放后并加冲洗。 注意事项

不要接触眼睛，对眼睛有刺激，一旦接触眼睛，请立即用大量水冲洗，并马上就医。 不要长时间接触皮肤，会导致严重脱脂和皮肤损伤。 戴上适当的保护手套和眼镜及面部的保护工具。

OIL REMOVER is a highly concentrated detergent emulsifier for cleaning tanks at sea where mechanical agitation is limited ．

Directions for Use and Dose Rates

OIL REMOVER is formulated for cleaning double bottom ，deep and wing tanks etc ，used for fuel oils ．It can also be used for local cleaning and degreasing of engine rooms and on deck ． Soak Method

Put parts to be cleaned into a bath of OIL REMOVER undiluted for heavy soil, for medium to light soiling use a solution of 10-30% OIL REMOVER in Water ．Parts should be soaked for at least 30 minutes before washing off with Water ． Spraying Method

Spray OIL REMOVER neat over all soiled areas ．Allow 15-30 minutes for OIL REMOVER to act ，then rinse with high pressure water hose ．For stubborn deposits ，agitation by scrubbing will assist the cleaning operation ． Rock and Roll Method

4) Dose tank with OIL REMOVER through sounding pipe or manhole, between 0.5-1 litre per l000 litres of water ,for

75-80% of capacity of tank to be cleaned.

5) Fill tank to 25% capacity with sea water ,raise the temperature up to 60C maximum,and maintain this temperature

for 24 hours.

6) Top up tank to 75-80% capacity with sea water , continue to heat for 48 to 72 hours.

7) Discharge and strip tank. Fill to 50-60% capacity with sea water and allow 2 hours rinsing time. 8) Discharge tank and. Strip, flushing tank with sea water for 2 hours ，stripping continuously. When completed ，inspect

tank to ascertain it second cleaning is required. if so ：

9) Add second dose of OIL REMOVER ，fill tank with sea water 75-80% capacity and raise the temperature to 60C

maximum ．Maintain this for 48 to 72 hours. In calm seas leave solution in tank for as long as possible and recirculate.

10) Discharge and strip tank, flush with seawater , stripping continuously for 2 hours.

11) To gas-free, fill tank with sea water t0 overflow through vents and sounding pipes, discharge and strip completely. Features ，Benefits and Applications

1) Find the source of contamination and rectify this problem before starting the cleaning operation.

2) The degree of oil contamination will determine the required solution strength. Between 2~20% of OIL REMOVER in

water is suggested. For heavy contamination, up to a 20% solution may be required, e.g.2% solution is 20 litres per 1000 litres water .

3) Does the required amount of OIL REMOVER through the steam drum manhole. Re-secure steam drum manhole cove.

Open vent valve on steam drum. Fill the boiler with water to working level.

4) Boiler can now be fired for about 4 minutes and then shut down for 10~20 minutes. .Keep repeating this process until

the solution has reached a temperature of 50-60℃. Continue this operation for 12-18 hours, maintaining the solution at 50-60℃ which will promote agitation and circulation of liquid to give better cleaning efficiency.

5) Drain boiler , then open manhole covers. Use a high-pressure hose to flush drums, tubes and headers, starting at the top.

After flushing boiler , secure and refill.

Degreasing Marine Diesel Engine Cooling Water Systems (This method may be applied when engine is out of service).

1) Drain the cooling system and flush with water .

2) Calculate the amount of cleaner required for a solution strength of 2% (20 litres per 1000 litres cooling water). 3) Refill engine with water adding OIL REMOVER .

4) Circulate the solution through the system and heat until the water reaches a temperature of about 60℃. 5) Continue circulation of the solution through the system for a minimum of 5 hours.

6) Drain engine and check the result of the cleaning operation. Repeat cleaning procedure if necessary. 7) When cleaning is completed, drain the system, and thoroughly flush with clean water .
