前言 为了认真贯彻落实《产品质量法》、《标准化法》、《消费者权益保护法》和《产品标识标注规定》等,根据国家有关法律、法规及规定,参考国家对各类商品的分类规范,同时结合我公司的实际情况,本着确保商场的商品质量、维护消费者权益、规范管理商品标识标注和明示产品质量信息的原则,特制定本规定。 本规定主要明确各类商品依法当标明的内容,适用于物价质控部、配送中心、营运部及售后服务部等商品管理部门的商品管理与监控流程。 产品标识的基本内容 一、产品标识中应当包括的内容 产品名称、生产者名称和地址、产品标准号、产品质量检验合格证明(形式主要有三种: 合格证书、合格标签和合格印章) 二、根据产品特点和使用要求,产品标识还应当包括的内容 生产xx标记: 产品的规格、等级、数量、净含量、所含主要成份的名称和含量以及其他技术要求;生产日期和安全使用期或者失效日期;警示标志或者中文警示说明;安装、维护及使用说明。 三、产品标识中可以选择标注的内容 产品产地、认证标志、名优称号或者名优标志、产品条码。 四、进口商品标志 进口商品标志用于我国进出口商品检验、认证和质量许可制度,根据不同的要求,使用不同的标志。
