【摘要】Objective To share the high-end imaging equipment in large hospitals and realize the diversion of the patients to the community healthcare facilities. Methods The flow for inter-hospitals referral based on heterogeneous images was studied, and information share for regional referral, interoperation platform architecture and key information service were determined. Then based on an example, the operation process for the regional collaborative imaging referral was discussed. Results The information share and interoperation between heterogeneous systems from different hospitals were implemented. Conclusion Regional collaborative imaging referral system provides technical support for the mutual recognition ofrnexamination results between hospitals.%目的:解决大医院高端影像检查设备成为社会共享资源的问题,促进患者合理向社区医疗服务机构分流的就医模式的形成.方法:研究跨医院异构系统影像转诊服务的流程,确定支持区域转诊信息共享和互操作平台架构及提供的关键信息服务,并通过一个实例,介绍了区域协同影像转诊系统的具体操作流程.结果:通过建立针对影像转诊患者的服务系统,解决了目前跨医院影像转诊过程中异构系统间信息共享和协同互操作问题.结论:区域协同影像转诊系统为医院间检查互认提供了技术支持.
