☆冷却塔结构示意图:

节水、防止环境污染的高效设备。

Working theory: pump the water which is needed to be cooled to the top the cooling tower through water pump, then uniformly spray the water to the fill through nozzle in the distribution system so that the hot water flow from up fill to down. At this time the suction power caused by running fan make the unsaturated air enter the fill section of inside tower from the bottom of the tower. The air flows in the clearance of fill and the unsaturated air process heat exchange. The heat will be transferred to the outside so that the temperature of water in the tower will reduce.

工作原理:将所需冷却的水通过水泵压到冷却塔上部,再通过配水系统的喷头均匀地喷洒到填料上,使热水从填料上部落下,此时,风机运行而产生的抽力使不饱和空气从塔下部上升进入塔内调料区域,在调料间隙中向上流动,不饱和空气与热水进行热交换,空气将热量向塔外传递,从而使塔内水温降低,达到降温之效果。

Cooling tower is a kind of ideal product for modernized industrial and mining establishment and all classes of civilian construction such as petrochemical, electric power, metallurgy, textile and electronic etc. to realize equipment cooling, use of cooling water and circulating water in air conditioning cooling, and is high efficiency equipment of energy saving, water saving and protection environment.

1. 冷却塔投行前的检查

1.Inspection of cooling tower before operation

1.1塔体安装质量的检查

1.1 Inspection of installation quality for tower frame.

1.11检查冷却塔的电机及减速器连接底座是否加焊固定,各螺栓接点是否紧固。

1.1.1 Check the connecting plate of motor and speed reducer to ensure that they should be welded well and each belt contact be fastened.

1.1.2检查塔顶风筒的检修门是否开启方便,密封良好。

1.1.2 Check the access door of fan stack in the tower top if it can be open freely and sealed well.

1.13检查塔内收水器排列是否整齐,有否明显透缝。

1.1.3 Check the arrangement of drift eliminator inside tower if it is put in order and if with obviously clearance.

1.1.4检查塔内填料堆放是否整齐、均匀。

1.1.4 Check the fill inside the tower if it if put in order and uniform.

1.1.5检查循环水系统的喷头及其连接件的连接是否牢固;水池是否清扫干净,出水管吸入口有否滤网。

1.1.5 Check the nozzle of circulating water system and its connector if connect fixed; if the basin is clean, and if the suction inlet is set a filter.

1.2风机系统检查

1.2 Inspection of fan system

1.2.1应检查电机型号、规格是否与设计相符;电机调整座纵、横两个方向的水平度误差

≯2/1000,依据厂家说应0.

≯ 2/1000;齿轮箱调整座纵、横两个方向的水平的误差应0.

明书为准。

1.2.1 Check the model and specification of motor if meet the design requirement; the deviation of horizontal degree of motor adjusting plate including vertical and horizontal direction can’t be more than 0.12/1000; the deviation of horizontal degree of gearbox adjusting plate including vertical and horizontal direction can’t be more than 0.10/1000.

1.2.2运行前应检查轮毂与减速箱输出轴配合定位是否良好,同时检查轴端压板连接是否牢固。

1.2.2 Before operation check the orientation of hub and output shaft of gearbox if fix well, at the same time check the connection of pressure plate at the end of shaft

1.2.31.2.3叶轮的检查:轮毂、叶片及配重对应的编号、位置安装是否正确;叶片与轮毂连接是否可靠;各叶片的β安装角允许误差应≯±30’(见右图) 。

1.2.3 Inspection of blade: if the numbering and location installation of hub, blade and hub balancer is right; the

connection of blade and hub

is reliable; the available

查油管、截止阀、支承架、液位计、加油管及油

1.2.4风机润滑油系统:应检

位监测装置是否完好。

1.2.4 Inspection of fan lubrication oil system: if oil pipe, stop valve, support, liquid level gauge, oil filler pipe and oil level monitor are in good condition.

1.2.5油位系统油标管路必须呈水平状态,正常加油位取最高和最低油位的中

部。

1.2.5 The oil mark pipe of oil level system should be horizontal, and normal filler level takes the middle of highest and lowest oil level.

1.2.6检查润滑油牌号是否与要求一致。风机齿轮箱润滑油推荐使用N100

GB5903-86中负荷工业齿轮油,依据厂家为准。

1.2.6 If the band of lubricating oil meets the requirement. The lubricating oil of fan gearbox is proposed load industrial gearbox oil in N100GB5903-86.

1.2.7加注润滑油一小时后应检查油标、油位是否在最低油位线与最高油位线

之间。

1.2.7 After an hour of adding lubricating oil to see if liquid level gauge is between the

lowest oil level and the highest oil level.

1.2.8打开齿轮箱底部油管截止阀,取样检查箱体内润滑油是否洁净,有否机

械杂质及水分。

1.2.8 Open the stop valve at the bottom of gearbox, and take the sample from it to check if the lubricating oil is clean or containing mechanical impurity and liquid.

1.2.9检查电机、传动轴、齿轮箱底座的连接是否牢固可靠。

1.2.9 If the connection of motor, driving shaft and gearbox mounted plate is steady and safe.

1.2.10手盘电机输出轴联轴器,要求手感平稳、轻重均匀,叶轮转动时同时观察叶轮叶尖与筒壁的间隙是否均匀。

1.2.10 Check the shaft coupling of motor output shaft by hand to insure it steady and flat. Observe the intermission of impeller blade tip and stack wall if is uniform when impeller running.

1.3配水系统检查

1.3 Inspection of distributing water system

1.3.1检查进水管路(总管及支管)位置是否正确,安装连接是否可靠、稳妥。

1.3.1 Check the location of inlet pipeline(main Pipe and branch pipe),and the installation and connection if is reliable and steady.

1.3.2喷头连接是否牢固,出口是否垂直向下。

1.3.2 The connection of nozzle if steady and the output if is vertical down.

1.4电气与监控系统的检查

1.4 Inspection of electricity and monitor system

1.4.1检查电缆的安装是否牢固可靠。

1.4.1 If the installation of cable is steady and reliable.

1.4.2检查电机动力电源接线,要求接线盒密封良好。

1.4.2 If motor power cable box is sealed well.

1.4.3检查齿轮箱油温、油位及振动保护开关,控制电缆接线及铺设固定是否

良好。

1.4.3 Check the oil temperature, oil level and vibration protection switches of gearbox,

and if controlled cable and laying are fixed well.

1.4.4检查照明灯具规格,数量、位置是否与设计相符,电缆铺设固定是否良好。

1.4.4 If the specification, quantity and location of lighting lamp are accorded with the design and the laying of cable is fixed well.

1.4.5检查有否避雷设施。

1.4.5 If lighting equipment is completed.

1.4.6检查电机绝缘电阻值是否符合要求。

1.4.6 If the insulation resistance value of motor meets the requirement.

2. Commissioning and operation of cooling tower

2.1循环水系统试运行

2.1 Test run of circulating water system

2.1.1逐步打开进水管闸阀,要求配水系统布水均匀。

2.1.1 Open inlet brake valve gradually to ensure the distributing water system uniformly.

2.1.2调节阀门,将水量逐步调至设计值,要求配水均匀。

2.1.2 Adjust the valve to make the water flow be rating value and distributing water uniformly.

2.1.3检查全部进水管管路、塔壁有否渗漏。

2.1.3 Check all the inlet pipe and tower wall if leak.

2.1.4检查水池出水是否畅通。

2.1.4 Check the outlet of basin if is smooth.

2.1.5通过阀门将水量逐步调至额定值。

2.1.5 Through valve adjust the water flow to rating value.

2.2风机系统试运行步骤

2.2 Test run of fan system

2.2.1接通电源,点动风机,检查叶轮转向是否正确(自上而下呈顺时针转动)。

2.2. 1 Switch on the power and start the fan to check the turning direction of blade. (running counter-clockwise from top to bottom)

2.2.2正式开启风机一小时,观察电机、塔体、传动轴振动状况,观察电源电

流、电压是否正常,观察油温指示器是否动作,观察风机运转是否平稳,有否

异常噪音。

2.2.2 Start the fan for one hour, then observe the vibration situation of motor, tower cell and driving shaft, oil temperature indicator, if the current and volt is normal, and the running of fan work well.

2.2.3 当以上两点均正常,则开始测读电流和塔体振动值,要求双向振幅值小

于150μm。

2.2.3 If above is normal, then begin to measure and read the value of current and vibration of tower body. And the tow-way amplitude value should be less 150μm.

2.2.4根据电流和电压值,计算电动机的输入功率,或直接用功率表读取电动

机的输入功率值,确认该值是否与设计功率相符,如有不符则调整叶片安装角,

使之相符。

2.2.4 According to the current voltage, calculate the motor input power or directly read the motor input power value from the power meter to affirm it to accord with design power, if it doesn’t meet the design power, then adjust the installation angle of blade to make it meet the design power.

2.2.5观察油温上升情况,连续运转4小时,要求最高油温不大于80℃。

2.2.5Observe the situation of oil temperature rise after continuously running four hours, the highest oil temperature should be under 80.

2.2.6检查润滑油系统是否有渗漏现象,油位是否稳定。

2.2.6 Check if the oil system has seepage and the oil level is steady.

2.2.7连续开车4小时,停车检查,电动机输出轴、传动轴及减速器输入轴各

处轴承部位有否异常,有否发热现象,全面检查风机传动系统,叶轮油位系统

及塔体各部的连接有否松动移位。

2.2.7 After running continuously for four hours, then stop to check the bearing of the motor output shaft, driving shaft and input shaft of speed reductor if there is abnormal high temperature, and fan driving system, hub oil level system and the connection of tower each parts should be checked entirely.

2.3水气联合试运行

2.3. Test run of the combination of water and air

分别完成1、2步的试运行步骤后,可投入72小时的水气联合试运行。

After separately completing the test running of water circulating system and fan system, the test run of combination of water-air can be carried out for 72 hours.

2.3.1先开启风机,然后打开进水阀门,并逐步将水量加大到额定设计值。

2.3.1 First start fan, then open the inlet valve and increase the water flow to the rating value.

2.3.2继续监测风机振动、耗电、油温、油位。

2.3.2 Continuously monitor the vibration of fan, consumptive electricity, oil temperature and oil level.

2.3.3检查布水均匀性,检查进风窗部分的溅水情况。

2.3.3 Check the distributing water if is even, and check the condition of splash of air inlet window.

2.3.4检查收水器使用效果,检查塔四周水滴飘逸情况。

2.3.4 Check the efficiency of drift eliminator, and the drift condition of fan stack outlet ambient tower.

2.3.5连续运行72小时无异常情况后,即可投入正常运行。

2.3.5 After continuously running for 72 hours, if all are normal, then the cooling tower can be launched into operation.

3. 冷却塔的正常运行

3. Normal operation of cooling tower

冷却塔投入正常运行后,为保证它始终处于最佳工作状态,能长期有效地

工作。必须重视各项监视工作,严格执行巡回检查制度,认真做好记录工作。

After the cooling tower operates normally, for ensuring if to be in the best working condition and work efficiently of a long time, so monitoring work should be paid attention, and the patrol inspection rules should be carried out strictly and record should be done seriously.

3.1. 冷却塔投入正常运行后,值勤管理人员应在控制室每隔二小时记录一次,

记录项目如下:

3.1 After the cooling tower operates normally, worker on duty should make a record every two hours in the control room. The record content as following:

3.1.1电动机输入电压、电流或功率、减速箱油温。

3.1.1 Input voltage, current or power of motor and oil temperature of gearbox.

3.1.2进水温度、出水温度。

3.1.2 Inlet and outlet temperature.

3.1.3大气干球温度、大气湿球温度、大气压。

3.1.3 Atmosphere dry bulb temperature, atmosphere wet bulb temperature and atmosphere pressure.

3.2冷却塔值勤人员应每隔4小时上塔巡回检查一次,检查项目如下:

3.2 Workers on duty should go up to the tower to inspect the cooling tower every four hours, the inspection content as following:

3.2.1风机运行是否平稳,有否异常振动或噪声。

3.2.1 If the fan operates steady, vibrates normally or with noise.

3.2.2风机油位是否正常,有否渗漏油现象。

3.2.2 If the oil level of fan is normal and oil seepage is happened.

3.2.3塔体各部分有否异常振动。

3.2.3 If every part of tower vibrate abnormally.

3.2.4布水是否均匀、进风窗溅水及出风口漂水情况。

3.2.4 If the water distribution is even, check the condition of air inlet splash and air outlet drift.

3.3.其它检查项目

3.3 Other inspection item

3.3.1进水管道的一个闸阀应每月开闭一次,消除泥垢,加涂润滑脂

3.3.1 One of brake valves of inlet pie should open every month to clear sludge and grease lubricating grease.

3.3.2每月一次消除水池滤网上的污泥,菌藻及其它一切杂物,保证出水畅通。

3.3.2 Clear the sludge, bacterium, algae and other things at the basin filter net in order to water come out smoothly.

3.3.3每月一次检查电动机传动轴,减速箱的精度,连接是否牢固,发现松动,

移位应及时更正。

3.3.3 Check the precision of driving shaft of motor, gearbox every month, whether the connection is firm or not, if it is loose or moveable, should adjust it right away.

3.3.4正常运行10~15天后,应更换减速箱内全部润滑油,以后则每年更换新油一次;每月一次取样检查减速箱润滑油的污染程度,并根据油位决定是否加补润滑油,减速箱齿轮油,应每年全部更换一次。

3.3.4 After normally operating ten to fifteen days, all the lubricating oil in the gearbox should be replaced. Then every year replace the new oil; every month take the sample to check the pollution conditions of lubricating oil in the gearbox, and according to the oil level to decide if to lubricating oil and gear wheel oil of gearbox should replace once year.

4. 冷却塔的维护

4. Maintenance of cooling tower

4.1冷却塔停止运行时的维护,不管是检修需要,还是间断运行需要,如冷却

塔停止运行二星期以上,那么应采取如下维护措施:

4.1 The maintenance of cooling tower when stop running, no matter what the requirement of inspection, and the requirement of interrupted operation, if the cooling tower has stopped working for above two weeks, then the following maintenance measures should be processed:

4.1.1每隔一星期开启风机一次,时间约为1小时,用以润滑电动机及减速机

内的轴承,以防锈蚀。

4.1.1 Start the fan for an hour every a week in order to lubricate the bearing of the motor and gearbox to avoid rust and corrosion.

4.1.2每月一次从减速箱底部阀门放油取样,检查有无进水及污染,如有则应

根据情况决定部分更换或全部更换。

4.1.2 Open the bottom valve of gearbox to take the sample of oil to check if it is polluted or entered water every month. If so, then according to the actual situation replace part of oil or all .

4.1.3冷却塔如停止运行二星期以上,重新投入运行,则必须根据情况对塔体

循环水系统,风机系统及电系统做全部检查。

4.1.3 If the cooling tower has stopped working for two weeks, then the cooling tower need be put into run again, at that time according to the actual situation, inspect the tower body, circulating water system, fan system and electric system.

4.2.冷却塔的定期维护:冷却塔不管是间断运行,还是长期运行,一般正常运

行下,设备应每年大检修一次,应对塔体、水、电、风机系统进行全面维护。

4.2 Regular maintenance of cooling tower: no matter how the cooling tower runs interrupted or continuously, in the normal conditions, the equipment should be overhauled completely every half year, such as tower body, water electricity and fan system.

4.2.1塔体维护项目:

4.2.1 Maintenance items of tower body:

4.2.1.1应对碳钢结构件进行全面的表面防腐处理。

4.2.1.1 The steel structure tower framework should be treated with anti-corrosion.

4.2.1.2检查连接节点的连接情况,发现松动、移位情况应予以更正。

4.2.1.2 Check the connection point of steel framework and rods, if the condition of looseness or movement is happened, it is should be corrected.

4.2.1.3检查、进风百叶、面板的全部螺接件,加涂环氧树脂密封防腐。

4.2.1.3 Check screw fasten parts of plate and inlet louver, and paint epoxy resin to seal and anti-corrosion.

4.2.1.4修补已破损的玻璃钢部件。

4.2.1.4 Repair the damaged FRP components.

4.2.2循环水系统维护项目:

4.2.2 Maintenance item of circulating water system:

4.2.2.1拆洗进水管道的阀门,加涂润滑脂润滑防腐。

4.2.2.1 Unpick and wash the valve of inlet pipe, and grease it to avoid corrosion.

4.2.2.2清洗全部管网及喷头,除去菌藻、污泥及其它一切杂物,对损坏的喷

头应及时更换。

4.2.2.2 Clean and wash the nozzle to get rid of impurity, and change the damaged

nozzle in time.

4.2.2.3清洗填料块,消除菌藻、污垢及其它一切杂物,如有较大的破损应予

以更换。

4.2.2.3 Wash the fill block to get rid of bacterium, algae, sludge and other things, if it is damaged largely, then changes it .

4.2.2.4清洗弧形收水器,如有较大的破损应予以更换。

4.2.2.4 Wash the arc type drift eliminator, if it is broken then change it.

4.2.2.5彻底清洗水池,消除一切菌藻、污垢及其它一切杂物,检查清洗出口

滤网,发现破损处应及时更换。

4.2.2.5 Wash the basin to get rid of bacterium, algae, sludge and other things. Check

the filter net of water outlet, if damaged, then change it.

4.2.3电系统维护项目:

4.2.3 Maintenance items of electricity system:

4.2.3.1电缆桥架、灯具架、避雷针、电缆架等金属部件的表面防腐处理要求

同塔架。

4.2.3.1 The specification for the surface anti-corrosion treatment of cable bridge, lamp supporter, arrester device, cape pipe etc. is the same with the specification for tower structure.

4.2.3.2检查电动机、电源、电缆、照明灯具电缆、接地电缆和控制电缆全部

接线电缆及铺设定位固定情况。

4.2.3.2 Check the connecting condition of motor cables, lightening lamp cables, grounding cables, and control cables to ensure all of these cables fixed well.

4.2.3.3检查按钮开关密封是否良好,如密封老化或破损,应予以修复或更换。

4.2.3.3 Check the switch to ensure it is sealed well, if the seal has been aging or broken, then the switch should been repaired or changed.

4.2.3.4检查控制室所有仪表及接线。

4.2.3.4 Check all of the instrument and connection of control room.

4.2.4风机系统维护项目:(风机系统是检修维护的重点,应予以重视。)

4.2.4 Maintenance items of fan system:(The fan system is the stress of overhaul so it should be paid attention to it.)

4.2.4.1电动机由于长期户外使用,腐蚀严重,大检修时应对电机外壳及电机

调整座进行表面防腐处理,应根据电机使用情况决定是否拆洗解体,更换轴承,

加注润滑油。

4.2.4.1 Because of operating outside for long time, the motor has been corrupted seriously. So when overhaul is carried out, the motor shell and motor adjust plate should be treated surface with anti-corrosion, at the same time according to the actual situation to decide if it is necessary to disassemble the motor to wash or change the bearing and add lubricating oil.

4.2.4.2风机传动轴系统由传动轴、联轴器等组成,该系统具有良好的防震动

和传递扭矩能力传动轴出厂时经严格的动平衡调正,拆卸方便,对于碳钢轴大

检修时应检查中间轴承座的轴承及联轴器中的橡胶弹性圈,如磨损较大或有损

坏,应及时更换,系统表面防腐处理要求同塔架。

4.2.4.2 The fan driving shaft system consists of driving shaft, coupling etc. which possesses good capacity of anti-vibration and transfer torque. The driving shaft has been strictly through dynamic balance adjustment when it left the factory and it is convenience of disassembly. The rubber elastic ring in the coupling should be changed if it is damaged or abrading greatly when overhaul, and the treatment of surface anti-corrosion is the same as the anti-corrosion of tower structure.

4.2.4.3风机减速箱为二级变速,由一对螺旋锥齿轮和一对斜齿圆柱齿轮组成,大检修时,放净箱内润滑油,打开观察窗盖,即可看清箱内两对齿轮的啮合和齿面磨损状况,应根据齿轮磨损严重程度,决定是否需要成对更换。大检修时,还应检查轴承及油封的磨损和老化程度并决定是否更换,箱体表面防腐处理要求同塔架,检修时需注意箱盖上的吊环螺钉,只能用来吊装箱盖。整体吊装时,应利用箱体上的铸造孔。减速箱内安装二对齿轮捏合的间隙应力0.15~0.3mm。

4.2.4.3 The speed reductor is two rating reduction which consists of a couple of spiral taper gear and a pair of bevel column gears. When overhaul, the lubricating oil in the gearbox should be clear, then open the observing cover to see the situation of two

pairs gear joggle and gear abrasion. Then according to the grade of gear abrasion to

decide if change the two gears together. At the same time, check the abrasion and

aging degree of bearing and oil seal to decide if to change them. The treatment of gearbox anti-corrosion is the same as the treatment of tower structure. And it should be

paid attention that the bolt on the shell cover is only used for lifting the shell cover and

the casting hole should be used when lifting the whole, the clearance of two pairs

joggle installing in the gearbox is 0.15~0.3mm.

4.2.4.4减速箱底部截止阀用于减速箱内放油及检查减速箱内润滑油品质而取

样,风筒外截止阀是用于检修液位计和加油管时,平时打开检查时将关闭,油

管端部截止阀用于减速箱塔上放油,检修时应检查所有截止阀能否有效开启或

关闭,检查管道系统是否渗漏,油标是否密封良好,管路系统的外部防腐处理

要求同塔架。

4.2.4.4 The stop valve on the bottom of gearbox is used for cleaning out the oil in the

speed reductor and taking sample for checking the quality of lubricating oil. The stop

valve out of fan stack is used for checking liquid level gauge and oil filler pipe, it is

opened usually and closed when inspection. The stop valve at the end of oil pipe is

used for letting oil out, when overhaul all of the stop valve should be checked if it can

turn on or turnoff efficiently, and the pipe system should be check if it is seepage and if

oil mark is sealed well. The outside anti-corrosion of pipe system is the same as the treatment of tower structure.

4.2.4.5风机叶轮由轮毂、叶片等组成,叶轮出厂时经过严格的静平衡校正,

因此,拆,卸后组装必须严格对号定位(包括平衡配重),轮毂部分表面防腐

处理要求同塔架,叶片则应视实际冲刷磨损情况决定是否返修。

4.2.4.5 Fan is consist of hub, blade etc. and it has been strictly through dynamic balance adjustment when it left the factory, so the assembly of fan should be strictly checked the number and located(including balancer weight). The surface

anti-corrosion of hub is the same as the treatment of tower structure. Whether the fan

blade should be return to be replaced or not should be according to the actual situation

of erosion and abrasion.

4.3冷却塔冬季运行注意事项:

4.3 Precautions of cooling tower operation in winter:

当冬季湿球温度在冰点以下时,冷却塔运行一般会在进风百叶及靠近进风窗的

部分填料上发生结冰现象,对此可采取如下措施:

When the wet bulb temperature is below freezing in winter, the fill in the air inlet and in the part near the air inlet will ice up. So the following measures should be adopted:

4.3.1停开风机,减小降温。

4.3.1 Stop running fan to keep the temperature of water inside the tower.

4.3.2短时逆转风机(不超过20~30分钟),使热空气从进风窗外流,帮助化冰。

4.3.2 Operate the fan to convert in counter direction for a short time(no more than 20-30 minutes)to make the heat air flow out through the air inlet to help melt the ice.

5. 注意事项

5. Precautions

5.1玻璃钢和填料易燃,使用或维修时严禁与明火接触。

5.1 FRP components and fill are all inflammable, when operation and maintenance they should not contact with flame.

5.2旁滤及水稳:

式的滤池。冷却塔主要依靠水的蒸发来吸收热量,但由于水的不断蒸发,会使

水中有害溶解物的浓度不断提高,使水质恶化,加剧对设备腐蚀和结垢。

另外,循环水中的菌藻繁殖也会堵塞喷头和填料,影响配水和散热。为此,建

议考虑水质稳定措施,使用高效缓蚀、阻垢的水处理药剂及杀菌剂,严格控制

循环水水质,减缓设备的腐蚀和结垢,延长设备使用寿命,确保设备的完好率。

For the normal operation of the cooling tower, the turbidity of circulating water system should be no more than 50mg/L, for meeting this requirement the circulating water should be set side filter and the water flow of side filter is about 5% of total

circulating water flow. The main equipment of side filter is multiform filter basin. The

cooling tower mainly depends on water evaporation to absorb the quantity of heat, but because of constant water evaporation the concentration of pernicious solute in the

water will enhance gradually and the water quality will get worsen to accelerate the corrosion and sediment of the equipment. In addition, the propagation of bacterium and

algae in the water will also block the nozzle and fill and affect distributing water and

heat dissipation. So the stabilization measures of water quality should be carried out: adopt water treatment medicament and bactericide with the property of high-efficient, resistant corrosion and anti-filthy to prolong the service life of equipment and ensure

the activity ratio of equipment.

一、系统构成 系统由一个EXE文件构成,打开系统时会自动建立Log和Project 目录。Log用于保存日志时的默认路径,Project用于保存工程文件 时的默认路径。 系统同时支持整体式和分体式的微波调试。 二、安装与卸载 本系统不需要安装,是绿色软件,直接复制MW Analyzer.exe即可。 卸载时直接删除MW Analyzer.exe和自动生成的Log和Project目录 即可。 三、图示方法 1、红点 红点是按F的当前值为横坐标,U的当前值为纵坐标画出的点,“” 表示最近一次红点的位置。 2、绿点 绿点是按F的平均值(30次)为横坐标,U的平均值(30次)为纵 坐标画出的点,“”表示最近一次绿点的位置。只有当F的当前值与 平均值之差小于5时才打印出绿点。

3、蓝点 在画板上单击左键即可,同时会把当前的坐标显示到OPERATION 中的X,Y中。也可以输入X,Y的值,点击画蓝点。 4、坐标 坐标是按F、U的真实值显示出来,默认的坐标范围是F:0430H-082FH,U:0640H-0A40H,如果显示的坐标不在此范围内时时,请单击按钮,系统自动按当前的F和U的值为中 心点输入到中,你也可以手动输入此值。设定好中心 点的值以后,单击按钮确认以后,系统即会重新设定起始坐标。 鼠标右键可以在当前位置上显示坐标虚线,便于查看坐标。 四、操作说明 1、SYSTEM(系统) OPEN(打开) CLOSE(关闭) EXIT(退出系统)
