基于LabVIEW的多通道数据采集系统

摘要:以FPGA为核心控制器,实现了多通道数据采集系统,系统主要由控制、信号调理、存储及输入输出4大部分构成。并利用LabVIEW完成了上位机软件的设计,采用生产者消费者循环结构编写采样读数代码,实现了采样读数、分通道、保存至硬盘的同步完成,将数据保存至TDMS二进制记录文件,事后可以回读数据并做相应的数据处理,包括滤波、平滑、频谱分析等。系统具有稳定性高、精度高等特点,人机交互界面友好直观、易于操作和维护。

Abstract : It is based on FPGA, realized multi-channel data acquisition, which mainly consists of controller, signal conditioning unit, storage and I/O device. And complete the design of upper computer software using LabVIEW, which edit the code of sampling reading use the structure of producer-consumer, realize sampling reading, separating channels and storing data in synchronism, the data were stored in Technical Data Management Streaming. Later it can read and process data, including filtration, smoothing and spectrum analysis, etc.The system has the advantages of high stability and high precision, and has friendly and intuitively man-machine interface, which easy to operate and maintain.
