Chinese students and American students

Today, more and more people pay attention to the performance of Chinese and American students. We have noticed that Chinese students are doing far better than American students in their studies. There are some possible causes of it.

First, Chinese students have more strong belief than American students in hard work. With fierce competition in the college entrance examination, Chinese students suffer from heavier pressure. So, they spend much time in their studies and they have to be more excellent. Second, Chinese students are more responsible for their families. The most families have the only children in contemporary China. So they have more strong duty in their families than American students. As far as I am concerned, there is another cause that Chinese students focus more on their studies. Chinese think highly of learning knowledge since ancient times, which is different from American people. Because of the diffident culture, American students pay more attention to practical abilities.

All in all, Chinese students have better learning abilities than American students.
