2003 leakage current & electric strength at operating temperature

1.0 Purpose /目的

The purpose of this procedure is to check whether the leakage current of the appliance and

electric strength comply with the safety requirement at operating temperature.

本測試的目的是評估器具在正常工作溫度下的泄漏電流及電氣強度是否滿足安全要求.

2.0 Definition/概念:

Normal Operation---The appliance which operating under the mean wattage condition,

正常工作---在做測試時,模擬吸塵器在平均功率狀態下運行的標準工作模式

5.0 General Instructions/說明:

5.1 The tests are carried out in a draught-free location at an ambient temperature of 20 +5℃.

所有測試應在20 +5℃之內的環境溫度下進行

5.2 All equipments used must be calibrated on annual base, and calibration label with the last date

of calibration and due date must be affixed to each instrument.

使用的所有設備都必須以一年為周期進行調校, 載有最後調校日期和下一次調校日期的調校貼紙必須粘固在每一個儀表上.

6.0 Procedure/步驟:

6.1 Prepare a representative sample to conduct tests.

準備一台有代表性的樣機用於測試.

6.2 The test sample must be operated under normal operation until the temperature is reached a

constant condition. It could be considered to use the sample, which has been completed

heating test to do this test immediately.

該測試樣機必須在正常工作狀態下工作,一直到穩定的溫度.可考慮用剛做完溫度測試

的樣機即刻做該測試.

6.3 If appliance incorporating a booster setting, it shall not activate during this test.

如果樣機帶有調壓器功能,在進行該測試時,該調壓器不動作.

6.4.1 Insert the plug of appliance into the electric outlet of leakage current tester, affix a piece of

metal foil having a area not exceeding 20cm * 10cm to the accessible surface of insulation material. The connection of metal foil and the grounding conductor of leakage current tester by means of a metal clamp snapping at the metal foil.

把測試樣機插入到泄漏測試儀的插座中,剪一塊20cm×10cm的金屬錫箔紙貼在與絕緣材料的易觸及的表面,用一金屬夾夾住錫箔紙並將其連接到泄漏測試儀的地線.

6.4.2 Start the leakage current tester to conduct test. The tester shall automatically record the data

of related test states.

啟動泄漏測試儀進行測試, 泄漏測試儀應能自動記錄相關狀態下的測試數值.

6.4.3 If the appliance incorporates capacitors and provided with a single-pole switch, the

measurements are repeated with the switch in the off position.

如果樣機裝有電容器,並帶有一個單極開關,則應在此開關處於斷開位置的情況下重複

測量.

6.4.4 If the appliance incorporates a thermal control which operates during the test of clause 11 of

IEC60335-1, the leakage current is measured immediately before the control opens the

circuit.

如果樣機裝有一個在溫度測試期間動作的熱控製器,則要在控製器斷開電路之前的瞬間測量泄漏電流.

6.4.5 The leakage current shall not exceed the following values:

測試所得泄漏值不應超過下述值:

- for class Ⅱappliances - 對II類器具0.25mA - for class 0, class 01 and class Ⅲappliances - 對0類,0Ⅰ類和III器具0.5mA

- for portable class Ⅰappliances - 對Ⅰ類便攜式器具0.75mA - for stationary class Ⅰappliances - 對Ⅰ類駐立式器具 3.5mA 6.5.1 After completed leakage current test, pull out the plug and ensure the switch of test sample is

in on position, and place the test sample on a insulation cushion.

泄漏電流測試完成後,拔掉插頭並檢查電源開關應在“開”的位置,並將樣機置於絕緣

墊上.

6.5.2 Check the function of Hi-pot tester whether is ok before conducting test.

測試前檢查高壓測試儀功能是否正常.

6.5.3 The test voltage is applied between live parts and accessible parts, non-metal parts being

covered with metal foil. For class Ⅱconstructions having intermediate metal between live

parts and accessible parts, the voltage is applied across the basic insulation and the

supplementary insulation.

測試前電壓施加在帶電部件和易觸及部件用金屬箔覆蓋的非金屬部件之間,對在帶電部件和易觸及部件之間有中間金屬件的II類結構,要分別跨越基本絕緣和附加絕緣來施加電壓試驗電壓值.

The values of test voltage are specified as follow:

- for the basic insulation subjected to a safety extra-low voltage during the normal use.

對在正常使用中承受安全特低電壓的基本絕緣為500V - basic insulation 基本絕緣1000V - supplementary insulation 附加絕緣1750V - reinforced insulation 加強絕緣3000V 6.5.4 Insulation shall be subjected to a voltage having a frequency of 50HZ or 60HZ for 1 min.

絕緣應承受1分鐘頻率為50HZ或60HZ的正弦波電壓.

6.5.5 At the beginning of test, the applied voltage shall not exceed a half of the specified voltage,

and then raise to the full value

測試初始,施加的電壓不超過規定電壓值的一半,然後迅速升高到滿值.

6.5.6 No breakdown shall occur during the test

在測試期間,不應出現擊穿.

7.0 Results/結果:

7.1Use the form similar to Test Results Form of TTR2003, fill the test results into the test report

completely and clearly.

使用TTR2003測試結果的表格,把測試結果完整清楚的填入測試報告中.

7.2 Describe all parts for the test Clearly and completely including all model numbers, materials,

and revision marks on plastic parts.

清楚并完整地描述本評估的所有零件, 包括所有型號名稱, 材料和塑膠零件改版符號.
