Topic: Future job.

A: Hey, how is everything going recently?

B: Not bad, but we are really busy, because we are going to graduate and we should prepare for the future job, though I don’t sure my future job what will be like. Do you have any idea about your future job? What kind of job would you like to get in the future?

C: Emm…I want to be an engineer, and I am working hard for my graduation practice. I know that it is not a simple thing to become an elite engineer, but I will make an effort to do everything, and do everything well and get close to my goal.

A: Your idea is very good, and engineer is a very good job. I believe you will realize your dream of becoming an engineer. When I was very young, I wanted to be a scientist when I grew up. My dream about being a scientist was fired up by my science teacher. I still remember the scene where my teacher did an experiment on the platform.But as I grew up, I gradually lost interest in becoming a scientist. I began to realize that people's ideal job would change with age.

B:What you said is very reasonable.When we were young, we always wanted to do whatever we wanted. When we grew up, we couldn't be so reckless and decide everything by preference. Choosing a job requires consideration of various factors, such as income, working hours, etc.When I was young, I wanted to own my own bookstore, because I liked reading very much and enjoyed the pleasant working atmosphere. But the job may actually cost you enough to support your family. It would be selfish of me to insist on opening a bookstore.

C: I strongly support your view. We really need to take our future work seriously. Do you think changing jobs is a positive thing to do? I'd say it's perfectly fine to change jobs. I mean, I can't see any point in doing one job throughout your whole career if you're bored out of your wits! So for me I would say the main thing is to be passionate about your job, and if at any point you start to lose enthusiasm in what you're doing, then it might be a good time to consider moving on and doing something else.

A: My idea is just like yours. I want to try different jobs in my life and try all kinds of new challenges. I believe that the way people work will change dramatically in the coming decades. With the development of science and technology, machines will take more place of human production. I look forward to the new challenges brought to us by the development of science and technology.

B: Speaking of changing jobs in the future, I have a new idea. I hope I can save enough money through ten years of hard work after graduation. Then start your own business, fulfill your childhood dream and open a bookstore. This bookstore can go against the trend of technological development and exist in a style of retro tradition.
