恰当的报价是中标的关键,报价太高,无疑会失去竞争力而失标,报价太低也未必中标,即使中了标也会遭受亏损,只有报价适度才是中标的基础。如何确定一个低而适度的报价这就取决于决策人员的经验、知识和能力。
