Do you ever forget a face? If not, then you could be a “super recognizer”.

Usually it's easy for someone to recognize(识别) the faces of their family and friends. But it could be difficult for them to remember faces that they've only seen once.

However, studies have found that super recognizers have amazing face recognition skills. They can remember at least 80 percent of faces they've seen. At least one in 50 people are super recognizers, reported Daily Mail.

Bournemouth University of UK recently carried out a study. They tried to find whether super recognizers have a different way to remember faces.

They found that when these people look at faces, they spend more time looking at the persons' noses.

Researchers also found that these people are not smarter than others. Their super ability usually only helps them recognize faces.

important finding is that there are subtypes(子类型) of super recognition.

Some super recognizers never forget faces. But for some, if you show pairs of faces to them at the same time, they can quickly decide whether the faces are of the same person or two different people.

In fact, many super recognizers say they are good at “spotting”(认出) faces in a crowd.

Her task: to destroy the ships supplies from the United Statesto war-tornEngland. The British had feared such a task. No warship they had could match theBismarckin speed or in firepower. TheBismarckhad eight 15-inch guns and 81 small guns. She could move at 30 nautical(海上的) miles an hour. She was believed to be unsinkable. However, the British had to sink her. They sent out a task force headed by their best battleship Hood to hunt down theBismarck. On May 24, the Hood found theBismarck.
