浙江大学研究生英语水平测试课程考试（机考）

系统程序使用录像资料配套文字说明

前段时间研究生培养处挂到网上的“研究生英语水平测试课程考试（机考）程序”，由于同一时间登录的人数过多，导致系统无法正常运行。我们现在制作了一个小录像，供大家熟悉该系统的使用。

首先我们看到的是“浙江大学研究生英语水平测试课程考试（机考）系统”的登录页面，请大家以自己的学号登录考试系统。

登录后，页面中间部分显示的是有关本次考试题型、答题规则等部分的说明。有以下几点：（1）此次考试包括听力、词汇、阅读、完形填空等4 大题，总分为100 分（合格分为60分及以上），各部分题型分数安排如下（与录像内容有出入，已作了调整）：听力15 分（选择9题，短文2篇6题，1分/题。），词汇30 分（20题，1.5分/题。），阅读40 分（4篇20题，2分/题。），完形15 分（1篇15题，1分/题。）；（2）考试总时间为80 分钟，其中听力部分考试时间为20 分钟；你可以选择从任意大题开始答题，80 分钟后系统会自动提交答卷（考试剩余时间显示在考试页面的右上角），请合理安排考试时间；你也可以选择提前交卷（注意：提前交卷后不能再返回修改答案）；（3）”听力”部分在你选择进入”听力”部分后开始计时，20分钟后系统将自动提交（”听力”部分中途不允许退出，除非提前提交。），提交后不能再返回进行修改；听力录音只播放一遍，估计耗时10分钟左右，请合理安排听力部分的考试时间；开始听力录音播放请选择左上角的“播放听力”键（在考试还未开始、或考试已开始但还未进入“听力”部分考试前，不要按此键运行“播放听力”程序；否则将影响你本次考试“听力”部分的正常播音，责任自负。）；由于是随机抽题，听力录音实际的播放顺序以考试页面左上角的显示为准，请忽略听力录音内部播放的顺序号；（4）除”听力”部分外，其余部分可以自由选择提交答案，也可再次返回修改答案（注意：选择提前交卷后不能再进行修改）；（5）如考试过程中发生意外事故（如停电、死机等现象），请考生及时向监考老师反映，由监考老师进行应急处理。

页面最下面显示的是距离本次考试开始的剩余时间，等考试时间一到，在此就会出现一个“确定”键，大家到时可按“确定”键进行答题。

趁考试还未开始，大家可调节一下耳机的音量大小：在页面的左上角有一个“听力试音”键，按该键进行听力试音；如需调整耳机音量，可按页面右下角的声音调节键，根据提示进行音量的调节。

特别提醒：在页面左上角有一“播放听力”键，在考试还未开始、或考试已开始但还未进入“听力”部分考试前，不要按此键运行“播放听力”程序；否则将影响你本次考试“听力”部分的正常播音，责任自负。

现在考试已开始，请大家按“确定”键进行答题。

在当前的页面上，我们可看到四部分的考试答题选择：听力、词汇、阅读、完形，这四部分的答题顺序大家可随意选择。除听力部分外，其他部分考试可自由选择提交答案，也可随时返加修改答案。以词汇部分为例：选择“词汇”部分后进行词汇部分答题，答题后提交答案；再选择“阅读”部分进行阅读部分答题，答题后提交答案；再次选择“词汇”部分后，可对原先的答题进行修改。

我们现在选择“听力”部分进入听力部分答题，这里要提醒大家：“听力”部分考试一旦运行，中途不允许间断。“听力”部分考试时间为20分钟，其中“听力播音”时间为10分钟，也就是说，另有10分钟大家可自行分配进行前期的考题浏览或后期的答案修改，请大家合理安排“听力”部分的考试时间。准备好开始听力播音后，请按页面左上角的“播放听力”键，选择“开始听力播音”键运行播放听力程序。由于是随机抽题，听力的播放顺序以页面左上角的提示为准。这里再次提醒大家：听力播音程序一旦运行，中途不允许中断，即不要关闭页面左上角的提示页面。听力播音结束，答题后提交答案；我们现在在页面上看到“听力”部分考试已不允许选择再次进入了。

考试时间一到，系统会自动提交答卷。今天为了节省时间，我们选择提前交卷。提前交卷前，需要提醒大家三点：（1）提前交卷的考生特别要注意，提前交卷一定要选择“提前交卷”键，不能直接关闭考试页面；直接关闭考试页面，你的考试成绩将出错，以“0”分处理。（2）选择“提前交卷”后，考试结束，不能再返回修改答案。（3）考试结束后不当场显示你的考试成绩。研究生英语教学组将根据各场次的考试结果，对相应批次的考试（机考）成绩作一调整，希望各位考生全力应考，考出真实水平。
