I,Zhang Guangxue as the legal representative of Dalian Shengxin Construction Group Co.,Ltd,incorporated in People Republic of China(registration country)with its registered main office at Dalian,Liaoning,now authorizes Robert Lu(Junwu) as the authorized lawful representative to act in its place to sign all the documents we submitted,which are in connection with the bid for BESTSELLER new distribution center project in Wuqing,Tianjin to perform all acts incidental thereto.

我张广学系大连圣鑫建设集团有限公司，在中华人民共和国注册的、公司地址在辽宁大连，的法定代表人,现指定并授权吕俊武代表本公司参加位于天津武清的绫致时装新建物流中心项目工程包的投标活动,进行合同谈判,签署合同,和处理与之有关的一切事宜,我公司予以认可。
