党风廉政建设责任书

为深入推进**党风廉政建设和反腐败斗争，落实反腐倡廉任务，促进**持续快速健康发展，根据中共中央、国务院《关于实行党风廉政建设责任制的规定》，党委书记与**各党支部书记签订本责任书。

一、责任目标

明确党支部书记在党风廉政建设上应履行的责任，按照“谁主管，谁负责，一级抓一级，层层抓落实”的责任体系要求，实行目标分解、责任共担的责任连带机制，将党风廉政建设贯穿于党建工作的始终。

二、责任范围

党支部书记为本责任书的主要责任人，对本支部党风廉政建设和反腐败斗争负主要领导责任，并向党委书记负责。

三、责任内容

（一）各党支部要认真贯彻落实中央和上级党组织、纪委关于党风廉政建设和反腐倡廉工作部署，认真执行**党委《关于进一步改进工作作风密切联系群众的具体措施》，将党风廉政建设和作风建设与党建工作紧密结合，一起部署、一起落实、一起检查、一起考核，积极完成本党支部党风廉政建设各项任务。分析查找本党支部在党风廉政建设方面存

在的突出问题，采取有效措施加以解决。切实加强对反腐倡廉工作的领导。

（二）党支部书记要带头学习廉政理论和法规制度，不断提高自身的思想政治素质和拒腐防变能力，增强廉洁从业的自觉性，并将执行党风廉政建设责任制的情况作为年度述职的一项重要内容，接受**考核监督。

（三）党支部书记要组织开展廉洁从业教育，教育本党支部党员遵守国家和上级机关有关廉洁从业的各项规定，严格执行**的各项廉政建设规定。对本支部党员的思想作风建设和勤政廉政情况进行监督检查。

（四）各党支部要以科学发展观为指导，加强党员队伍建设，强化党员的法制观念，引导党员严格依法办事，切实将“公开、公平、公正、依法”的办事原则落实到实际工作中，切实提高支部党员的依法办事能力和工作水平。

（五）各党支部要认真落实廉政提醒和诫勉谈话制度，对支部成员进行廉政教育谈话、提醒谈话；对有群众反映、信访举报或发现有苗头性、倾向性问题的党员进行诫勉谈话。

（六）各党支部要高度重视信访工作。妥善处理通过群众来信来访反映的问题，发现违纪行为，及时向**党委、纪委报告。协助**纪委做好调查处理工作。

四、责任考核及责任追究

党支部书记要认真履行“一岗双责”的情况以及个人廉洁从业情况。

五、责任期及其它事项

本责任书自签订之日起生效，责任期为2018年1月1日至2018年12月31日。

责任期内产业党支部书记职务调整、工作变动或调出

**，由继任人与党委书记重新签订责任书并履行责任。

本责任书一式叁份，产业单位主要负责人保存壹份，**党委和纪委分别备案壹份。
