英语演讲比赛活动总结
为了激发广大同学学习英语的热情，提高同学对英语口语的兴趣，
营造一个良好的英语
学习氛围，为更多的同学提供一个尽情挥洒创意，展现英语风采的
舞台，我组在全校英语老
师和同学的支持下，于4月4日举行了英语演讲比赛，此次比赛主
要针对八，九年级的学生。
学生参加的积极性很高，报名人数多，在学生中有一定的影响力，
比赛设有初赛和决赛，给
选手们提供了更多的表现机会，体现“公平，公正，公开”的比赛原则。决赛荣幸地邀请了
我校全体英语老师为评委。九年级办公室作为本次演讲比赛的地点，每班选出前两名进入决
赛。在正式比赛之前为体现“公平”原则，组织各参赛选手进行抽签，已决定各选手上场顺
序，比赛过程中，每两名选手进行一次统分及报分，以体现比赛的“公开”性。决赛结束后，
各评委对选手的表现进行了点评，只出了个选手在比赛过程中的不
足和缺点，提出对同学们
的期望，以及对同学们的鼓励，经过评委的评比打分，最终角逐出：一等奖2名，二等奖4
名，三等奖5名，最佳人气奖1名，最佳才艺奖2名，他们分别是：一等奖:

提供了可能，通过这次比赛，不仅仅让同学们发挥了自己的潜能，
向所有人展示了自己，而
且为今后的专业性比赛奠定了基础。比赛中参赛选手准备很充分，
演讲也很投入，并且充分表现出了自我的特色，让观众深
深地领略了他们潇洒的口语风采，值得一提的是几乎每位参赛选手
都能用流利的英语回答外
教提出的问题。现场的5 位评委依公正的态度为每位参赛选手打分。其中有 6 位同学表现
突出，依流利，纯正口语征服了评委和观众，在众多参赛选手当中
脱颖而出，这次比赛由非命题演讲，大家表现得非常精彩，有的选
手拥有出色的语音、语调；有的
选手拥有激情和说服力；有的选手展示了自信的力量。综上终结，
本次英语演讲赛之所以能取的这么大的成功，主要得益于事先周密
的安排，
学生会各部之间的齐心协力，同学们的积极参与以及学校团委，学
院分团委大力关心和支持，
这是一次成功的比赛，是一次圆满的比赛！不仅让同学们从中学到
了确实有用的东西,而且也
为我校营造学习英语的良好氛围出了一份力,使我校呈现出更高的学
习英语的浪潮。它对我们
学生会以后怎么样开展活动，开展什么样的活动有着重大的指导意义，为我们今后的工作打

总结为了庆祝苏州市职业大学成立30 周年，同时为了给同学们一个
更好的展现自己风采的
舞台，激发广大同学学习英语的热情，提高同学对英语口语的兴趣，营造一个良好的英语学
习氛围，为更多的同学提供一个尽情挥洒创意，展现英语风采的舞台，管理工程系英语爱好
者协会在得到老师和同学的支持下，于4月20日举行了“母校风采”英语演讲比赛，此次比
赛主要针对在校大一大二的学生。大一学生参加的积极性很高，报
名人数多，在我系大一学
生新生中有一定的影响力，比赛设有多种奖项，给选手们提供了更
多的表现机会，体现“公
正，公开”的比赛原则。比赛荣幸地邀请了外籍老师john和christing，团委学生会副主席
沈金龙作为本次演讲比赛的评委，并且邀请外语系朱佳和管理系王
慧芳作为本次比赛的主持
人。英语爱好者协会会长和前任会长也列席观看。对此次决赛之前，我部各班干事到各班进行宣传组织各班学生到赛场进行观看，以扩
大
演讲比赛的影响力。在接到系部的指示后，倾力策划并组织了这次
活动的赛事。在学生会学
习部的统筹下，把比赛中的各个环节与组织部、文艺部、宣传部合作，如此细致的分工合作，
为本次比赛顺利进行奠定了基础。这次比赛由演讲和才艺表演2个
部分组成。在第一部分，大家表现得非常精彩，有的选
手拥有出色的语音、语调；有的选手拥有激情和说服力；有的选手
展示了自信的力量。大家
都很好地传达了本次比赛的主题。同时也调动了同学们对学习英语
的兴趣,提高同学们的英语
口语能力和实用能力。
在正式比赛之前为体现“公平”原则，组织各参赛选手进行抽签，已
决定各选手上场顺
序。决赛结束后，比赛中参赛选手准备很充分，演讲也很投入，并
且充分表现出了自我的特
色，让观众深深地领略了他们潇洒的口语风采，值得一提的是有一
位参赛选手主动提出问题
与外教交流。评委对选手的表现进行了点评，指出了个选手在比赛
过程中的不足和缺点，提
出对同学们的期望，以及对同学们的鼓励，。现场的5位评委依公
正的态度为每位参赛选手打
分。其中有6位同学表现突出，依流利，纯正口语征服了评委和观众，在众多参赛选手当中
脱颖而出，
经过评委的评比打分，最终角逐出：一等奖1名，二等奖2名，三
等奖3名，最佳人气

此次演讲比赛诣在提高规范同学们的口语，与此同时，也锻炼了同
学们的英语表述能力，

仅仅让同学们发挥了自己的潜能，向所有人展示了自己，而且为今
后的专业性比赛奠定了基
础。
同时此次演讲比赛的成功举行，使我社全体干事对自己的工作进一
步了认识和了解，对
今后的工作充满了自信和动力，最后真诚地感谢系领导系学生会领
导及所有同学对本次活动
的支持，是你们的支持才有了此次活动的成功举办。本届英语演讲
比赛参赛选手水平普遍较高，他们在台上或抑扬顿挫，或激情澎湃。为保
证选手们得到专业、公正的评判，比赛过程中，我们邀请的两位外教，他们不仅为选手们作
出了专业评论，还使整场比赛在轻松活跃的气氛中顺利进行。综上终结，本次英语演讲赛之所以能取的这么大的成功，主要得益于事

由学习部组成评选小组，对参赛人员进行初赛的选拔。初赛胜出者将参加由院里直接进行的演讲比赛。选出获奖参赛者

比赛分两轮进行，初赛参赛决出前十名，决赛按照得分高低依次排列②决赛：演讲比赛
提前抽签决定上场顺序，每位参赛选手进行30秒左右自我介绍，5分钟自由演讲和6分
钟以内的才艺表演，并根据本环节评分选出一二三等奖各一名。
四、比赛注意事项
1).所有选手必须按抽号顺序上台演讲，如无法按时参加比赛，则自动放弃比赛资格。 2).
在决赛演讲比赛中，若参赛选手在规定时间内不能完成演讲，评委在打分时将酌情扣分，最
多扣除3分
3). 所有比赛完成后，将颁发个人奖的一、二、三名选手。

关于承办“英语之星”演讲比赛策划方案为了丰富文化节内容和广大
同学的课余生活，加强英语的学习和交流，提高同学们学习
英语的积极性，给学生提供一个展现自我，提升自我的机会和舞台，校团委决定举办“英语
之星”演讲比赛。
一.赛前准备工作：
1.明确承办比赛的纲要
1）活动目的
〈1〉提高同学学习英语的积极性，特别是提高对英语口语训练的积
极性。〈2〉丰富学生的课余生活。〈3〉为大学生提供一个学习和
交流英语学习的平台，共同进步。〈4〉加深对英语口语的重要性的
认识。〈5〉通过举办活动，为广大英语爱好者提供一个互相交流
和学习的机会。
2）参赛选手要求：
（1）在校学生，性别年龄不限（2）主题由承办单位选定后，题目
自选，要求内容积极、
健康、向上。（3）如有背景音乐，则自带光碟。（4）自备服装和
道具
3）参赛人数：
选拔赛自由报名，每个系2－3人
4）时间及有关场地安排：时间：10月28日中午12：00报名截止（逾期作弃权处理，通过电子邮件形式报名以收

5）比赛环节
比赛分为两个环节：录音选拔及演讲比赛。
6）录音选拔：
录音选拔出英语发音纯正、有英语演讲才能的人，其前12名参加演讲比赛。
7）演讲比赛：
〈1〉比赛流程：
比赛由二部分组成：一，先进行命题演讲（限时3分钟），命题演
讲结束后，评委提问1
—2个问题，选手回答限时1分钟。二，即兴演讲（选手准备30秒，回答限时2分钟）；其
中命题演讲是参赛者围绕我们的主题在比赛前选好文章进行演讲。
即兴演讲是现场抽题现场
回答。评委们用英语提问，可以是与主题有关的或是演讲者在演讲
过程中涉及的问题或是评
委感兴趣的问题，参赛者用英文回答，这考察了选手们的应变能力
和对英语的运用能力。
（2）评分标准：（满分100分）●仪表形象：（20分）1）着装整齐，大方得体。（10分）2）姿态自然，动作适度。（10

“cctv杯”全国英语演讲大赛
“cctv杯”全国英语演讲大赛赛程规范，覆盖面广，初赛与复赛由全
国各省、市、自治区大学外语教学研究会（指委会）协助承办。在
此过程中，各大学外语教学研究会（指委会）与当地高校外语教学
机构密切联系，周密组织，对各地的外语教学发展与人才培养起到
了积极的推动作用。
“cctv杯”全国英语演讲大赛旨在为全国大学生搭建一个激励英语学习、培养思辨能力、展现综合风采的舞台，同时为中西文化架起一

2011年“外教社杯”第四届全国中学生英语阅读竞赛
一年一度的全国中学生英语阅读竞赛，旨在鼓励学生通过广泛的阅读，扩充英语词汇，提高英语技能，开拓知识领域，激发对英语学
习的兴趣，从而提高学生的英语水平，提升人文素养。我们真诚邀
请您参加我们的比赛，通过参赛，检验并提高自己的英语阅读水平，同时也结交全国各地的朋友和英语高手！
2011年全国中学生英语能力竞赛（nepcs）
全国中学生英语能力竞赛是经教育行政部门批准的目前我国中学生
唯一的全国性英语学科竞赛，是全国中学英语教学的重要评价手段
和激励机制，深受广大师生的欢迎。本竞赛提倡“重在参与”的奥林
匹克精神，坚持学生自愿报名参加的原则，避免仅仅选拔“尖子生”参加竞赛而把大多数学生排除在竞赛之外的做法。本竞赛分初赛、决赛和全国总决赛三个阶段，2012年暑期将举办全国总决赛和夏令营活动。夏令营期间，各省获奖学生将组成代表队，有机会参加全国中学生英语演讲比赛、全国中学生英语辩论赛、全国中学生英语风采大赛以及全国优秀中学生英语学习经验交流会等系列奖励和表彰活动。本竞赛及其系列活动对全国各地的中学英语教学产生了积极广泛的影响，竞赛试题成绩和相关数据已成为教改和考试评价改革的重要参考，参赛学生通过此竞赛建立了学习英语的信心，激发了学习英语的兴趣，为英语的持久学习和个人发展打下了良好的基础。此外，竞赛成绩已成为中学生升学、加分、留学、高校优先录取以及全国近百所高校自主招生录取等重要参考依据和条件，各级教研部门、竞赛组织委员会也设立了各级奖励机制并开展多种表彰活动。

中央电视台“希望之星”英语风采大赛
大赛本着“培养兴趣、增强信心、展示风采、树立榜样”的原则，为所有爱好英语的电视观众提供了一个锻炼自我、认识自我、展示自我、捕捉机遇的舞台
2006年－2008年，中央电视台与第29届奥林匹克运动会组织委员会共同合作，连续三年在大赛的进程中融入奥运理念，配合奥组委的青少年奥运教育计划，在全国的参赛者中开展奥运知识和奥运精神的传播，是中央电视台科教频道最早利用电视媒体平台普及奥运知识，弘扬奥运精神的节目。获得了中宣部和北京奥组委领导以及电视观众的一致好评。
2009年大赛开始，中央电视台和wwf（世界自然基金会）合作，在大赛中融入自然环保的理念，宣传节能减排的知识，在青少年环保教育中起到引导和宣传的作用。为我国社会的可持续性发展，构建和谐社会贡献一点力量。2010年又牵手上海世博会，开展以“我向世界表达中国”的新一届大赛主题，让选手通过英语表达向世界介绍一个正在日益强大的中国
2011年7月3日，大赛正式与南京2014年第二届青年奥林匹克运
动会达成战略合作伙伴关系。从现在开始一直到2014年，大赛作为
南京青奥会文化教育项目的重要组成部分，将在全国数以百万计的
青少年选手中宣传青奥精神，普及青奥知识，倡导“成长比成绩更重要，体验比名次更珍贵”的理念，为即将到来的南京2014年青奥会
做力所能及的贡献。
阳光之星全国青少年英语口语大赛
为了响应党中央国务院《关于进一步加强和改进未成年人思想道德
建设的若干意见》的号召；为了适应日益扩大的中外经济、文化、
艺术、科技交流；为了给广大少年儿童英语爱好者提供展示才华和
学习交流的机会，在2010年暑假期间特举办第四届阳光之星全国青
少年英语大赛。本次大赛将在全国各地20个省，近50个城市启动，预计有25万青少年参加，全国总决赛将有近千青少年齐聚北京。我
们将全力打造权威的评委班底、规范的比赛模式和热情周到的接待
服务。使活动具有持续性和权威性。我们的目标是在全国范围内为
广大青少年营造良好的英语学习氛围，激发中国青少年的英语学习
热情，提高广大青少年英语水平及与世界沟通的能力。
全国青少年英语技能大赛
为全面贯彻党中央关于加强青少年教育的精神，迎接2008年北京
奥运会，增强中国青少年与世界各地青少年交流的能力，提高中国
青少年英语技能水平。团中央中国少先队事业发展中心、中国教育
学会少年儿童校外教育专业委员会、全国青少年技能培训管理中心
主办了全
国青少年英语技能大赛（以下简称英语大赛）。从2004年至今已经
成功举办了四届。全国有20多个省，近60至80个市，约15至25
万人参加活动。每年到北京参加总决赛的选手有1000人上升到
1500人左右。全国政协副主席孙孚凌、王文元同志，共青团中央书
记处书记张晓兰同志在人民大会堂为获得特等奖的选手颁了奖。张
晓兰书记代表团中央向获奖选手表示了祝贺。她说：“随着中国改革
开放的不断深入，经济全球化的步伐不断地加快，我们和世界的交
流逐步增多，国际交流需要我们懂得不同的语言，特别是经常使用
的英语。所以我们这次活动为大家提供了一个互相交流、学习英语
的环境和氛围，也是培养学习英语兴趣的一种探索，希望大家能够
在今后的学习中更多的参与这样的活动。”出席颁奖仪式的还有全国
少工委副主任、中国少先队事业发展中心党组书记赵武军；团中央
委员、中国少先队事业发展中心主任孙柱；全国青少年技能培训管
理中心主任王溪；我国著名英语教育专家、北京外国语大学教授陈
琳等。所有参加决赛的选手与到会领导们合了影。
英语大赛受到了团中央和社会各界的普遍好评，在全国一定范围内
掀起了学习英语的热潮，也在贯彻党中央关于加强青少年素质教育，营造良好的外语学习及应用氛围，激发中国青少年的外语学习热情，提高广大青少年外语水平及与世界沟通的能力方面进行了成功尝试。有关电视、报纸、杂志、网络等媒体对大赛进行了全方位的立体报道，围绕大赛展开一系列的知识普及推广活动。

在四月中旬初赛：进行海选，请一些英语老师当评委，选出20至30人进入决赛，晋级
同学可接受专业老师的指导以便好的在决赛中发挥。五月份决赛：全校学生都可以观看，具体过程如下：
1）主持人介绍评委嘉宾，致欢迎词
2）主持人引言，对这次活动内容做简短介绍，宣布比赛开始
3）赛队员按照抽好的编号依次进行演讲。（共两场：一场是自由演讲，一场是命题演讲）

二．活动目的：
丰富学生的课余生活。为学生提供一个学习和交流英语学习的平台，调动同学们口语训
练的积极性继而推动并提高我院四级过级率。

五．活动具体流程:
1.主持人出场致开场辞，介绍到场的嘉宾、评委，详细介绍“自我介绍”和“定题演讲”
的比赛规则，并宣布比赛正式开始,。(2分钟)
2.比赛开始，每4名选手为一小轮进行比赛。每个选手先用英文自
我介绍（限制在1分
钟内），之后随即进入“定题演讲”环节。(每人限时3分钟)（75分钟）
3.每一小轮比赛后，主持人上台公布上轮选手比赛得分。（30秒）（5分钟）
4.第一轮全部选手演讲结束后，主持人上台公布本轮选手比赛得分，并公布进入第二轮
的选手（八强产生）。
5.八强选手上台亮相，随后下台进行下轮比赛的主题抽签。
6.主持人上台，宣布比赛进入“趣味英语谜语竞猜“，与观众进行互动。（6分钟）

Hello, everyone. Today, my topic is Beijing International Film F e s t i v a l. First of all, I will introduce something about it. Beijing International Film Festival was founded in 2011, and it is sponsored by the State Administration of Radio Film and Television. This festival is aimed at Integrating domestic and international film resources, building a large platform for displaying, communication and trading and making Beijing a new film center of the world. So we can use four words to conclude the characteristics of this film festival, they are international, professional, advanced and creative. As we all know, Beijing is always the center of China in all ages, no matter in political or economic sense. What’s more, along with rapid development in almost all aspects, Beijing definitely has enough strength and experience to hold this kind of activity. By Beijing international film festival, we can show our Chinese traditional culture to people in the world, strength international communication and cooperation. Also, we can promote the development of our Chinese film. Most importantly, this activity will provide a feast for the eyes, because people will enjoy hundreds of outstanding films. On the evening of April 16, the opening ceremony of Beijing International Film Festival had been held in the Temple of Heaven.
