摘要:针对组合蒸汽吞吐技术缺少简单明确二科学可靠分区方法的问题,依托数值模拟方法,建

立稠油油藏蒸汽吞吐井间汽窜的数值模拟模型,研究渗透率突进系数二原油黏度二油层厚度二井

间压力梯度等因素与蒸汽吞吐井间汽窜发生所在周期的定量关系三利用多元非线性回归方法

建立多因素影响下蒸汽吞吐井间汽窜发生所在周期的预测模型,利用蒸汽吞吐井间汽窜发生

所在周期的不同,实现组合蒸汽吞吐区的定量划分三以王庄油田坨82块为例,采用所建立的

模型对相邻蒸汽吞吐井间汽窜发生所在周期进行了计算三实践证明,该模型应用简单方便,结

果可靠,实现了不同注汽能力下的组合蒸汽吞吐区的定量划分,满足矿场应用的需要三

Zoning of Combined Steam Huff -Puff in Heavy Oil Reservoir

Abstract :A simple ,clear ,scientific and reliable zoning method is necessary for the combined steam huff -puff.

Numerical simulation is used to establish a numerical simulation model for the inter -well steam channeling in the steam puff -huff of heavy oil reservoir.The quantitative correlation is studied between the inter -well steam channe-ling during steam huff -puff and multiple factors such as permeability contrast coefficient ,viscosity ,inter -well

pressure gradient ,etc.The multiple nonlinear regression is used to establish a prediction model for the cycle of inter

-well steam channeling during steam huff -puff under the influences of multiple factors.The quantitative zoning of combined steam huff -puff zone is realized by considering the different cycle of inter -well steam channeling.This model is used to predict the inter -well steaming channeling cycle in the Block Tuo82of Wangzhuang Oilfield.Prac-

tice has proved that this simple and convenient model could quantitatively zones the combined steam huff -puff zone for different steam injection capacities ,which is favorable for field application.

蒸汽吞吐是中国国内稠油油藏最主要的开发方式[1-2],开发初期可获得较高的周期油汽比,但

随蒸汽吞吐周期的增加,周期开发效果逐渐变差,其中,蒸汽吞吐井间汽窜是热利用率降低,周期产

油量下降的重要原因[3-7]三组合蒸汽吞吐将邻近的几口油井划为一个组合蒸汽吞吐区,同一组合蒸

汽吞吐区内的油井同时注汽二同时生产,消除井间驱替压差,有效抑制蒸汽窜流,提高热利用率和周期产油量,矿场实践取得较好的开发效益[8-9]三但矿场注汽锅炉数量有限,无法满足一个蒸汽吞吐区块的几十口甚至上百口井同时组合吞吐,以往矿场实施组合蒸汽吞吐,多是人为划分组合蒸汽吞吐区,操作主观性强,缺少科学的分区方法三在数值模拟的基础上,明确蒸汽吞吐井间汽窜发生所在周期的主控因素,定量分析单因素与蒸汽吞吐井间汽窜发生所在周期的关系,利用多元非线性回归万方数据
